Very disappointing; definitely check what they charge you for as, at my last visit I was charged and paid for service not done or very poorly done and it was supposed to have been checked plus they charged me for some expensive parts which were not even replaced.
I don't care what anyone may think but this is fraud, stealing...........

I was in the market for a brand new sr5 Hilux.
This afternoon I walked into the showroom meet with a very friendly sales person and we discussed what I was after. We discussed the price and the possibility of getting a deal.
After the sales person came back from his manager stating his manager wouldn t budge on price and calling me a liar, and this coming after they asked me whether I had quotes elsewhere which I confirmed with prices.
The manager cam out shouted me down and berated me in front of his staff. I mean this guy would not let me speak and down right bullied me. I still can t believe it! I now have a beautiful brand new Hilux for a very reasonable deal and a fantastic experience from another dealership, who were friendly and fell over backwards to make the experience of buying my first new car a special and memorable experience.
Shame on you Martin Jonkers Toyota, I will never forget how horrible you treated me, a simple customer coming in to get my first new car and you bellow and shout at me like I am dirt. How do you think anyone would want to do business with you is beyond me.
That was just my experience, I m sure and hope you treat other people better and learn from this.

My partner and I just purchased a new hilux through Moh who was extremely professional, polite and most importantly he helped us get exactly what we wanted.
Once the deal was done he kept us up to date with the process every step of the way.

I recently had a warranty repair done through Mart...

I recently had a warranty repair done through Martin Jonkers. On arriving to collect my car, my husband was informed for the first time that they needed to remove the child restraint to do the work and that they weren t qualified to refit the seat. Whilst I understand that they aren t authorised to refit the car seat, it would have been preferable to know this before the car was collected so alternative arrangements to have the seat refitted could have been made. Whatever happened to customer service guys ?

I rang at 3:15pm 20/3/19 and drove out at 4:30pm the same day with my Brand New Toyota Hiace. I want to say a massive THANKYOU to Melissa Jonkers who in a space of 1 hour and 15 minutes had a Van ready for me to drive away in. I could tell you about my last two weeks but one van was written off and the other the radiator/fuel pump failed and so I was left with no vehicle and a pile of jobs, but so grateful to Melissa and her fast attention to my issue I was back on the road Thursday 21/3/19 6am with my new van heading to my customers house. Highly recommend them. I have used Toyota for the last 5 years for serving my vans and previously purchased a 2015 Toyota (which is the one that was written off in an accident) Kind Regards Ross Taylor (AllyRat Services Pty Ltd)

Very average service. They only did what was necessary and not a thing more. Go to sunshine Toyota in caloundra: They wash my car, give me sweets, offer bottles of chilled mount Franklin and make sure I'm happy with everything. This is the real Toyota experience because autocorner in mackay do something simelar. I would not recommend the Martin Jonkers team at all.

Have 2015 Camry Altise and it has only done 30,000...

Have 2015 Camry Altise and it has only done 30,000 klms - still in new condition. But I started to experience locking issues with the car after only 12 months (key remote device/fob does not lock all doors). Booked the car into Toyota at Morayfield and they said that they would need the whole day to investigate and fix the problem. They gave me the car back with hand marks all over the inside of all the doors including the fabric etc! I was told that they didn't have the relevant part (actuator motor issue) and will have to order it in. After putting up with the issue for some months before taking back to Toyota (as it was intermittent at that stage) I was now told that they were booked out for 2 weeks and to re-book in after that (it also took me 2.5 weeks to book the car in for the initial investigation). They also said the part would be acquired in about 3-4 days. Rang a week before dropping the car back in again, to make sure the part had arrived before taking another day off work. Told me no one had ordered the part yet!

Left car second time to have car locking issue repaired - drove home that afternoon and issue still not fixed! Rang them again and asked if it had been tested after repairs? Asked the Service person where do we go from here as the problem is still there. He said that he would notify the foreman and get him to ring me back as the foreman was too busy to speak to me at that stage in regards to what was done and whether it was tested afterwards. I rang at 10 o'clock yesterday (Monday) morning and no one has bothered to ring me back (foreman obviously too busy to ring me back), it is now Tuesday - how many times do I have to ring them, and have to take the car back to get the issue repaired, not to mention I will have to take another day off work (need use of car for work) to have the issue investigated and repaired for the third time!

Everyone just be wary as this central locking issue (remote key device won't lock doors (actuator motor issue) has been around for years and it appears that they still have not fixed this issue.

Given my experience, I would rate this establishment and their service zero stars.

DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO JONKERS
I've had the worst experience EVER with Jonkers Toyota Morayfield - They are not worthy of one star. My experience started after taking my vehicle for it's scheduled service - then about 1 week and half later my vehicle started to play up. Before taking my vehicle for it's service my vehicle ran fine....It started to misfire,surge,lose power and the engine light came on. So I as a trusted customer called Jonkers Toyota to discuss the mechanical problems that had arose. This is when the saga began - My worst nightmare - I took the vehicle in - The mechanic of 30 years at Toyota put it on the diagnostics computer to see what codes it had thrown as the engine light did come on when i experienced the mechanical issues. I was told to (leave it with us to have a look )so I left my vehicle with them ( in confidence mind you ) . So the first part - I was told that afternoon " Come pick your vehicle up, it's ready " So I went in to pick it up - Was told we WENT THROUGH EVERYTHING and cannot find a thing.....Which I found odd - why did it throw a code & why did I experience the mechanical issues ???? Anyway I collected my vehicle and drove out Jonkers driveway - I didn't even make it 100 meters up the the road - My vehicle was exactly the same misfiring, surging & losing power.
So I took it straight back - this time a Mechanic came for a drive with me and plugged in the diagnostic machine whilst I was driving to get the readings of the engine - it was not running correctly or right for that matter. So back it goes.....a few days pass and i called to ask the progress of my vehicle - at this point i was not happy at all with the service...I was told it may have water in the fuel - maybe water contamination ( which i was skeptical as the mechanic that came for the drive with me earlier said that from the diagnostic readings it wasn't water or contaminated fuel ) Then that afternoon I was called and sent what looked like a cup with a couple of drops of water in it ( not my fuel tank fuel ) I asked if you think it's water in my fuel tank ? How much water was in it - which they said " WE DON'T KNOW! After days and days of my vehicle being with them and not having any answers of the progress - Paying around $700 for the so called two drops of water in my tank I became upset and not confident of the competency of the Mechanics at Jonkers Toyota Morayfield . So once again i was told my vehicle is ready " we've taken it for a LONG DRIVE and it's already to go.....the saga continues - so I pick my vehicle up and drive it out the driveway for the second time - straight away I notice the the surging and misfiring....not to mention the fuel light came on so i quickly drove it the fuel station....still thinking this is not fixed...I try to drive about 15 minutes drive before the SAME SYMPTOMS START AGAIN BUT WORSE!!!!! So I call the manager, at this stage i'm furious and upset. I explain to him whats be going on with my vehicle - he tells me to bring it back.....After another week being with Jonkers they say that they ' DON'T KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS " they will try to find the problem - which mind you I just paid almost $700 for the SO CALLED 2 DROPS OF WATER IN MY TANK.....( which was investigated and found not to be true) this is becoming very stressful and affecting me being able to get to work....After all this I was called on Friday to say we found the problem....I'm not confident at this moment due to it being given back to me several times already without it being fixed...So I was told it was the AIR FILTER ELEMENT!!!!!! WHAT???? you've got to be kidding.....so I pick my vehicle up and take it for test drive...it seems not to be surging but vehicle is NOT THE SAME!!!! It feels like a totally different vehicle to drive.....I believe Jonkers are incompetent and were negligent fixing my vehicle. they wrecked it and it will never be the same. After my experience I will be contacting the CEO of Toyota to tell him of my terrible experience. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE FOR ANY REPAIRS AT JONKERS ..

Need to fix the well known DPF issues with the new...

Need to fix the well known DPF issues with the new vehicles prior to selling them to people. When time is taken out of work to take vehicle in for repair make sure it's resolved on the first visit rather than the 10th. As the service department know, cleaning out the DPF and changing CPU settings is only a temporary solution. Time to fork out, buy the replacement parts and do the right thing by your customers.
Toyota is supposed to be a reliable and trusted brand but after the troubles Ive had and time taken off work I'll never recommend nor buy another Toyota again.

After buying cars from both Sunshine Coast dealers I had almost given up on Toyota. I thought as a last resort I would try a dealer that was not on th Sunshine Coast and I dropped an email to Jonkers about the Corolla I was thinking about getting . I had the pleasure of getting a call straight away from Melissa Jonkers one of their new car salespersons who sounded lovely and friendly and went over what I was looking for . To my surprise Melissa asked me had I considered waiting for a month as the All new corolla was being released which I didn t know was happening and although she could sell me a new carolla today from her current stock she wanted to be transparent and let me know the other new model was just around the corner .
I was so happy as had previously had a bad experience elsewhere , where I picked up my new vehicle and the same week the dealership took delivery of a newer model in which they forgot to inform me was on the way.
Melissa arranged for me to test drive multiple variations of the new model and let me have as much time driving it as I needed to make my decision, she was not pushy and was just as happy to sell me the cheaper model if that s what better suited me as she was the more premium model.
I placed an order for a vehicle through Melissa and she sorted out the approval and placed the order for my vehicle. I received an email from Melissa with all my vehicle details and also a link so that I could track my car being built, yup I could watch it progress through the different areas of the factory, all the way to the boat then I was given the boats identification number so I could watch my vehicle travel in real time live it s journey across the ocean to the Brisbane port..Melissa kept in contact the whole time and 2 days after I watched the boat pull into the Brisbane docks (u can literally see the tug boats pushing the ship onto the wharf) Melissa called to say the car had arrived and was almost ready having some roof racks etc added.

Melissa called again to say come get your car and had it all ready for me ... Bow and everything .
Showed me everything about the car I left with a full understanding of all the features and she assured me I could call her direct had I need anything or any questions.
Amazing job will be back in the future and Melissa made me feel like I was the only customer in the entire world and a complete VIP.

5th service here. On a Saturday. I can't get in during the week so they squeeze me in. Customer service, and coffee is above expectation and my Ute feels like new. Special thanks to Phil for going one step further. Thank you.

I have been getting my 2011 Toyota corolla service...

I have been getting my 2011 Toyota corolla serviced here since the day I purchased it. I have always had issues with getting the car booked in for a service at this joint. They either can't get it in on the week that I'm available or a certain day I can they are overbooked. I then worked around my work roster to a day they said they can do got back to them the next day and they are overbooked. When the car gets serviced I'm always being told they are understaffed and it may take abit longer than anticipated. On the recall for the fuel suction plate, i was never notified by toyota. After contacting Toyota I was called by Chris from Martin Jonkers he told me that I could get the car booked in whenever next week as they finally have the part in stock after 3 months of waiting(ontop of a year prior) I rang back the next day and spoke with Graham and asked to book my car in for a service, Graham said "i can't get you in next week as we are over booked but I can get you in as early as the week after on Wednesday" I then asked if I could speak with Chris as he told me to call him and I was told "Chris is busy on the phone at the moment, can I book you in on Wednesday? " after these 7years of being stuffed around at this place it is time to move on as some staff want to rectify the issue whereas other couldn't care less about their customers. My advice to those reading this, if you ever get a reply of we are "overbooked" hang up the phone and call Torque Toyota at North Lakes. I was able to book my car in with less than 48hrs notice, they offer a loan car for the day unlike Martin jonkers. I always had to take a courtesy bus and was dropped off last, always.

Amazing experience. Although I didn't buy a car, the salesman Jai was really professional and helpful with my situation. Sad to see him gone. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a vehicle with a family feel approach.
