Excellent family run spots shop catering to all needs. I went to pick up a couple of cricket kits for kids and the staff were very helpful n knowledgeable. They really helped me choose all the items I needed n answered all my questions. Especially their sales person sayeed. Found out later that the store owner was also my college's alumni and we had a great chat reminiscing life on campus. Only thing to keep in mind.. if ur paying with an international card, make sure they select an INR transaction since ur bank probably will give a better conversation rate than axis that they route through.

I bought a defective ball for overy 500 rs
And the ball wasn't in proper shape after one use and when I brought it back they refused to exchange and accused me of mishandling the ball

I have bought bats from many places in the world and when i visited Chennai two weeks back from Sri Lanka i checked most of the places and Pavilion was on top. Everything was fine, until i found that this shop don't have a scale to weigh the bats. i think it is a must in this age to check the weigh also when checking about 10-12 bats of the same variety. Hope they will be kind enough to have one,specially for overseas customers. Also another concern i had was the driver who took me to the place was offered a commission( He informed me later, but did not say how much). I bought a bat for Rs 13,000 and would have felt better if there was a discount, it would have been offered to me rather than the guy whose vehicle i used.

We went to buy a volleyball in Paviliin Sports near Chepak Stadium at Chepak. only 2 to 3 sales person atten the people came to purchase, they can't able to atten more 3 client at a time. Very very slow response from sales people and the owner is also very slow to finialize the rates. At last we brought a volleyball in 45 to 60 mins time. OK
