I have booked two appointments recently and both appointments never happened and they can t tell me why...They just want to reschedule me at their convenience (another month out) even though it s their mistake. Going to miss Dr. Rich but the staff can t seem to get it together anymore and have wasted my time twice now.
I choose to come here because i like how clean it is. Comfortable. Staff always has answers to my questions, and Dr. Do is a great dentist! Very nice and always does a great job. Couldn't give 5 stars because i had to wait 2 months for an appointment.
Had a very good experience with dr. Heggie. I was having issues with my wisdom teeth and got them removed, I was nervous because I thought it would be very painful. I actually didn t feel a thing throughout the entire extraction even without laughing gas or anesthesia. I think dr heggie did a really good job making sure I was comfortable and didn t feel pain. The price when you FIRST go to their office as a new customer is unbeatable. However, When you go to get your first visit for 19$ I recommend you have them look at EVERYTHING in your mouth. If you don t they want you to come back right away for appointments at full price to get X-rays and anything else you may need done that they didn t cover in the first exam. I understand it s how they make money, I m just trying to help the next person that may not have insurance or much money. It s a extremely good price to get you in, but it s a one time thing. Overall I think it s a great place to have any work done.

Dr. Haggey and his staff was extremely pleasant. I had a tooth extracted and I did not feel a thing. I had a cracked tooth and didn't have to see a specialist, Ddr. Haggey was able to do it on the spot. I highly recommend Comfort Dental.

I've gotten different services with each of doctors and can definitely testify each and everyone of them are pleasant and have always listened to my concerns. From the front desk to the doctors they have always shown sincere interest in trying to make sure I get exactly what I needed and what is necessary. This entire team deserves more than five stars because they take customer service to the next level. I love my dentist and would recommend them to anyone!
I called to set up an appointment and was seen the next day. Met with Dr. Heggie and he was very easy to talk to. I didn't have insurance so I was told and shown what I was paying beforehand. No surprises, excellent work. I've found my new forever dentist.

Don't normally leave reviews but I had a really great experience considering it was an appointment for a tooth extraction. Dr. Rich was extremely professional and nice, and that goes for his entire staff. For both appointments, literally everyone who helped me or I interacted with was friendly, personable and helpful. Most comfortable I've ever felt at a doctor or dentist office.
