I have been getting my 2011 Toyota corolla service...

I have been getting my 2011 Toyota corolla serviced here since the day I purchased it. I have always had issues with getting the car booked in for a service at this joint. They either can't get it in on the week that I'm available or a certain day I can they are overbooked. I then worked around my work roster to a day they said they can do got back to them the next day and they are overbooked. When the car gets serviced I'm always being told they are understaffed and it may take abit longer than anticipated. On the recall for the fuel suction plate, i was never notified by toyota. After contacting Toyota I was called by Chris from Martin Jonkers he told me that I could get the car booked in whenever next week as they finally have the part in stock after 3 months of waiting(ontop of a year prior) I rang back the next day and spoke with Graham and asked to book my car in for a service, Graham said "i can't get you in next week as we are over booked but I can get you in as early as the week after on Wednesday" I then asked if I could speak with Chris as he told me to call him and I was told "Chris is busy on the phone at the moment, can I book you in on Wednesday? " after these 7years of being stuffed around at this place it is time to move on as some staff want to rectify the issue whereas other couldn't care less about their customers. My advice to those reading this, if you ever get a reply of we are "overbooked" hang up the phone and call Torque Toyota at North Lakes. I was able to book my car in with less than 48hrs notice, they offer a loan car for the day unlike Martin jonkers. I always had to take a courtesy bus and was dropped off last, always.
