This is my second time dealing with the service division of MJ. At both times I have found the staff extremely helpful, kind, courteous and considerate. This time Jarod went out of his way to be helpful when the battery decided to die. As an older person all this help is reassuring. Mike and the courtesy bus is also very helpful.
