Great and prompt service, good view (saw half of fireworks over the falls from my 9th floor room), clean and classy. Only problem was one of the elevators seemed to be broken but still in service (made beeps and opened every floor, only closed when it timed out when when not full). Other than that, great experience and location, would stay again.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Always there to answer our questions and give us extra supplies like shampoo and pillows.
Room is spacious, modern and clean.
The bathroom in room 1202 was small.
Bed was so comfortable.
Complimentary water, tea and coffee.
Great view.
Bedside lamps have a plug to charge your phone.
Highly recommended!

Water pressure was unpredictable and would turn off and on often while showering. The views aren't as close as online photos make it seem but you can still see a decent view from the hotel. The restaurant is mediocre and the breakfast buffet was decent but wasn't worth $23. All in all its an ok hotel. Not dirty but in the middle of the night you can hear the pipes banging. Its not terrible if you're just coming to sleep like we were.

There was just 1 issue or I would have give this hotel a 5 star. In my jacuzzi tub while I was attempting to full it up with water, I found a fake nail in the tub. GROSSSS!

Awesome views of the Horseshoe, American and Bridal Veil Falls. Excellent customer service. Milestone restaurant had excellent food. Loved the whole experience and look forward to returning soon.

Great location at reasonable prices. Rooms are modern in style and very clean. Lots of nice included perks, but a little expensive breakfast. The bathroom doors are weird sliding doors which don't lock, however.

The location and view are awesome! However, front desk provided us a not clean up room at beginning, we asked for replacement after that. Then, we got an incorrect rate on our credit card when checked out, while we reacted the price was incorrect, the front desk should advice payment list in detail without doubt but he didn t. Finally, we founded the rate was adding parking fee for 2 nights by ourselves but we did not parked of course. I think I ll recommend the hotel for other reasons but the receptionists should get more training.

We had a great stay here. The hotel is right across the street from the falls. We had a high up room with a fallsview. Since we were here in the off season aka cold season, seeing the falls from our room was perfect.

Room was amazing, sadly the view was of the roof. Service was good and staff were friendly. Very close to the falls, restaurants, and Clifton Hill's. Paid Wireless service was a disappointment and we all refused to pay the high fee to use it since we all had our data to fall back on, no big deal in the end.

Really, really nice. Amazing modern design beautiful rooms and amazing service. When we checked in they were extremely nice about everything and guided us through the process. We got a superior fallsview room on the 31st floor and it was incredible. Everything was modern and really nice. I loved the walk in shower and the view was just amazing. The lady at concierge was EXTREMELY helpful and made our trip that much easier. I only had three complaints. They're not enough elevators, the carpet was slightly dirty, and the TV didn't have that many channels. Besides those small things our stay was amazing and I would definitely stay here again.

I have to complain about the excessive parking fee...

I have to complain about the excessive parking fee - $30 a day! Plus the buffet breakfast we had on Sunday was VERY overpriced for the modest selection. Also there was an event going on in the hotel when we were there at the beginning of May - Dance Off or something. The elevator situation that weekend was HORRIBLE and grossly UNSAFE! If the hotel ever hosts such an event again they need to 'suck it up' and tell regular customers they're booked because it wasnt fair to have to deal with people congregating in the hallways having 'pizza parties' and having to wait 15 to 20 min to catch an elevator that wasn't full. At one point my hubby and I walked down the stairs from the 29floor we were so fed up.

Wonderful experience, staff was friendly and helpful there was a little problem with the toilet flush it got fixed immediately, loved the breakfast options and the live egg station nice too pool is really small i can say it s not upto the mark as it was overcrowded and yes parking is additional too which should be free for the guests still i loved it their as they gave us a high rise room for a good view.

Booking online through the chat is a joke. Spoke to a Victor Q. in which I was very specific that I was traveling for my sons wedding in which the guy told me to book a 2 bedroom suite as it would have 2 bedrooms, 1 with a king bed and 1 with two queen beds. We spoke for quite some time and I kept asking him for the price in USD and he would convert it and he gave me the price with taxes and everything. I get the confirmation email and the amount is not correct, there is an additional $200.00 USD. Call in an without even looking up the reservation they say it is because there is additional charge for extra adults in the room. I have NEVER heard of this and feel that this should have been in his quote that he went over several times in our chat. I even emailed myself the chat to make sure things were correct. Marriott when I called the 800 number the lady said they are not going to do anything about anything and basically told me that if I didn't want to pay it that I could just cancel my reservation. It is false advertisement for a representative of your company to give someone a final rate with taxes and all without saying anything about any additional fees. Wow, really getting this vacation/ wedding off to a great start. Welcome to Canada right?

Old crusted semen on the comforter when we got there .... I called to get it changed and it took them 30 minutes before I called again to see what was taking so long. Total time to change the comforter was around 35-40 minutes and ew ew ew!!!! Nasty.

Celebrated an anniversary with my boyfriend. The "Riverview" room was over priced for what it was. No fridge, kind of a weird layout. (Room 830 I think it was) The view was okay... We had to call security 3 times with a noise complaint with a couple just a room over. They were screaming at each other and it was quite unsettling. They never quieted down, security did not do much other than tell them to quiet down every time we called. Thus, we had quite an awful sleep that evening, could not sleep until 4am.

Nice view of the falls once you get past all the garbage out front. They really should consider cleaning this up. Even if it's not hotel property. My room wasn't the cleanest. One of the beds was clearly never changed. Found crumbs and a used kleenex in the bed. The bathroom door has never been washed. This place is definitely not worth the price.

Loved it!!!!! Originally booked a double Queen room with a fallsview but we were upgraded to a king suite on the 32nd floor. The girl at the front desk who helped us check in was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern, the bed was comfy, and the view was incredible. I actually gasped when I saw it. We enjoyed our stay so much, it was very, very hard to leave after only one night!!

Really nice hotel, great location, the staff was very good, parking was reasonable. Rooms clean with an ecological option (no room cleaning while you stay) offering a Starbucks voucher(no a fan but I liked the option). In all my travels I rarely NEED my room to be cleaned, so good for the option. Definitely will come back. Completely different experience to the Embassy Hilton...60 dollars offsite parking or 80 valet... no thank you.

Due to the location upstream of the waterfall, Canada Falls is close but not visible. The American waterfall is a bit far but the whole view is visible. However, Marriott is on the opposite side of the landscape. It is a bit disappointing to stay and enjoy the view (^ ^ ;. The hotel itself is neither good nor bad nor standard level. Breakfast is not a big deal that requires a voucher, and it is an American free breakfast level. The price is reasonable for a tourist destination hotel, so overall it looks like this.

Staff was professional and friendly. I stayed on the 17th floor with falls view which was nice. This is a busy hotel with a lot of guests. Management does a good job keeping this hotel clean and maintained. The soaking tub is a nice feature.

I was expecting it to be a nicer hotel considering the price but I was not impressed. I purchased a falls view room with a jacuzzi tub. I went to use the jacuzzi tub later the first day and the water temperature was less than warm, which made for a cold tub. After an hour and a half of going back and forth with different employees (front desk, maintenance coming to the room, etc.) they moved us to a new room with the same specs and they apologized for the water temperature. The second room was a little smaller but not a big deal. I checked the jacuzzi water and it was warmer but still not hot. I drew a bath the next night and the bath was actually warm. Great! I jump into the bath, turn the jacuzzi jets on and they barely work (compared to the first room). Every night the room seemed warm and humid like the air conditioning wasn't on. I called down to complain that the air wasn't working. They told me that because of outside temperature the air conditioning is shut off and until temperature rises the units will remain off.

I'm paying over $250 dollars per night. I don't think expecting hot water, the room amenties to work, and the ability to control the air conditioner or heater is a ridiculous request.

I should also mention that I overlooked some other issues. This is a family area and popular for tourists with kids. There were kids running up and down the halls, shouting and playing. Grown adults shouting down the hallway, sometimes after 11pm. These kind of issues I can understand because they are out of the hands of the hotel.

I'll be complaining to management at the end of my stay. Again, I am not impressed with the hotel for the price associated and the problem faced.

Very Disappointed! Reserved a Full Falls view with a credit card directly with Marriott(over $300 per night), showed up and they said that they were over booked and there were no rooms. They helped get us another set of rooms, more money and no view of the falls. Just wonder if they would have charged us if we didn't show, double standard??
