Great room, very luxurious, modern and great staff...
Great room, very luxurious, modern and great staff. Definitely recommended for the price as well!

Nice rooms. BUT the elevator system is awful. The system was unable to manage the flow. Hockey teams were in town and several were late because of this.
Came off season and hotel was mostly empty, very good prices and fantastic views of the Falls. Hotel parking quite expensive though but at least it's safe.
Great hotel & fantastic views. Very nice rooms, look like they were recently renovated. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars was because the elevators are ridiculously slow.
Went there for Christmas holiday during the covid pandemic. The check-in experience was simple and fast. We paid a little bit extra for rooms above 20th floor as the views of the falls are more amazing the higher up you go.
The room was large and spacious, tons of space for myself and wife and two kids not to be knocking each other over. And the views, can I say amazing. Room as clean and amenities were great!
My only qualm is the $35 parking situation... I think they should either bake it into the price and give you a parking permit. But this is Niagara after all where you must strip tourists of every dime!
Overpriced and below standard service. We booked for one night to celebrate my wife s birthday. While checking in request to include some surprise element for the evening. I was ready to pay for it. I checked two times about the plan and they confirmed as well. At around 9 pm when nothing happened I called the desk to find out nothing has been arranged. Perfect way to ruin the day. Room view was not as booked because they were not ready at the time of check in. I am s Gold Elite member and I regret staying there.
Not bad rooms. Wifi 10$ a day. Parking 30$ a day. Room with a view, extra 30$ a day. Average.
Excellent hotel, spectacular view of the falls very polite and friendly staff
Great location, had the room with the best view. Thank you so much for scheduling me the best room on a busy weekend.
What a great view! Only Food is delicious. Their service is really nice and they have a good selection for the price. Really kid friendly and parking is expensive . But the problem is that the bathroom is not so clean. There were some dirty stuff in the pool and it was way too small. The elevators were slow and busy. If you were really looking forward to seeing the fireworks you wouldn t be able to see it properly because there are some hotels that were blocking it. Because of that they should add more elevators. Other than that I love the place.
Lovely view from the window but window glass is bit dirty and it's not clear to take snaps. Hotel is charging 35$ for parking whereas nearby places can accomodate your car for 10-20$. Hotel service is nice, very neat and clean rooms.
Wonderful views from the fallsview side of the hotel. We stayed in the bi-level loft suite and our view was better than I imagined it could be! I could have stayed in the room and stared at the falls for hours. Do yourself a favor and book a room with a view of the falls!
Super clean and awesome room. Can't complain here. A1
My visit was to reserve a room for Sept 20. The receptionist was very nice and made reserving my room very simple. I liked that he was able to let me pay for my room and parking rather than waiting for my visit. This helped me financially Looking forward to my stay later this month in the Jr. Presidential suite!
Edit: the room was beautiful, overlooking the falls at the top floor. Our stay was everything we dreamed about. And that jacuzzi tub. For a day we felt like royalty :)
Absolutely great stay with a spectacular view over the falls. The front desk staff were very help with ideas on where to eat, visit, and get coupons etc. The housekeeping staff were always nice as well. I will definitely stay at this location again.
We had a fabulous stay at the junior presidential suite. The view was magnificent with floor to ceiling windows.
Great hotel! Clean and comfortable rooms. Bed was beyond comfortable! I even asked what was the mattress brand, pillows and bedding. We had the best sleep ever :) Restaurant on property serves delicious breakfast! Would stay again!
We had the most amazing view of the falls from our room!! The hotel was extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable and the staff very friendly and accomadating.
GREAT PLACE...GREAT STAFF...GREAT VIEW...CONFORTABLE ROOMS WITH ALL AMENITIES....VALUE PRICES...PARKING EXPENSIVE FOR ME
Love the facility , hate the double talk about rates and fees
Great location, great service, great experience for events
Good: Nice layout, pleasurable dealing with staff, view from 25th floor!
Bad: Absolute crap fireworks show -3 mins long / overpriced Starbucks $8 for a specialty coffee - Not even in the USA do they pay that much!
Overall room was clean and renovated but the view was not what showed in the advertised pictures. I felt that I was fooled when booked this hotel for false advertising.
For the money they charge they lacked packages in the room. Simple hair caps or slippers not there. There are also some added charges which you will see in the bill other than room charge and tax. Busy elevators and noisy hallways which we were disturbed few times during our sleep.
Room was nice. Hotel was very busy due to a conference. So elevator waits and things were quite long and was hoping to pay to upgrade the room but hotel was fully booked. Good hot but bad weekend to stay
Great view of the Falls. We spent our 10th anniversary here and really enjoyed the Hotel.
Ok hotel. Food is very expensive for ok quality. Elevators are really slow.
Amazing view of the falls and close to thr casino!!
Great falls room view. Very clean room. Good dinner, food delivered to room promptly. Nice and quiet to sleep. Comfy bed. Crib brought to room for us. Polite employees.
Awesome view of the Falls! Very clean. Staff was friendly and professional. The "WEGO" bus stops right in front of the hotel and takes you to all the popular attractions. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Niagara Falls.
Is there a better place to watch Niagara falls? The suite had floor to ceiling windows overlooking the falls. You don't really need to get up close, just relax in the armchair with your feet on a stool and watch the great view right from your window.
Make sure to take a higher up floor and east side.
Usual amenities. Pool. Paid parking ($30 a day).
We had a great time at this hotel last week for our mini honeymoon. The reception staff made our mini moon feel so much more special by giving us a complimentary upgrade to our room to the 28th floor, and surprising us with a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries! The hotel was also very clean and the bed was comfortable. Will be coming back for sure!
Very Clean Hotel Rooms That Have Recently Been Updated. Reasonable Priced Compared To Other Niagara Hotels.
The hotel was right next door to the falls. Day or night terrific view.
Great location and clean the front desk staff were very helpful Vanessa and Kana. The Manager of front desk. Tamara recommended the best family owned pizza place Zappi s. Give it a try. Lots of Niagara is closed for now because of Covid and being in red zone. But the hotel is worth at stay.
Thanks staff the 3 of u for the great service.
Regards
Adam
Excellent hotel! The daily rate is not cheap, but the value is fair taking into account what it offers, there are several amenities for guests, such as: 2 waters a day, 2 unlimited passports for the Wego bus for 48 hours, unlimited calls to Canada and the USA, beer or wine for 2 in the hotel lounge, wifi and many other things!
And anyone who chooses to choose a room with a view of the falls will not regret it!
There is only one reason to stay here, the view! They got the view right and our suite had a sweet garden tub! If you have the means, I would highly recommend this Marriott!!
Most expensive Marriott that I have stayed in, but the worst in quality. Carpet stained. Hair on the bathroom counter. Dust all around the ac unit. Only thing good is the view of the falls.
Great location, great views, comfortable bed, and bathrooms were quite nice! Oh and loved our free drink at the bar!
Best views of the falls. All rooms and restaurant overlook the whole falls landscape.
The Marriott internet was there when I needed it the most. I like how consistent it is from one location to the other.
Hotel was fine. There are two Marriott properties across the street, so that's confusing, but the stay was as expected. Watch out for extra charges.
You can have the Best view of the falls from this hotel
Although the views to the falls are unique, the hotel maintenance is not the best! Our room didn t had any toiletries, there was a vent missing behind the main door, the couch had what seem to be blood stains. Outside the main hallway there where plates in the floor that lasted from the day we check in until the next day.
Also, my mom and her husband stayed in this hotel as well, their first room had to be change because the sheets had yellow stains. The second room was on the last floor but to go there guest have to take the elevator to the 31 floor and then the stairs to the 32 floor, the stair were dirty and there were towels left by the door to keep it open and the towels were never pick up.
Wouldn t recommend this hotel.
What a view!! Pay a little extra and go for the falls view room. Also, if you are booking from the Marriott website, you can request for higher floor rooms. Our room was in the 30th floor, falls view room. We got the view of the Horse Shoe falls right outside the window. We got a panoramic view of all the 3 falls, the rainbow bridge, other side of the rainbow bridge, the Niagara skywell. The extra cost was totally worth it. The location is 20 minutes walk from the falls. We got 2 48hour WEGO cards (for a small fee deducted while booking) and that made going around easy. The Blue line stops right across the street, and drops you near the falls. The staff is polite. We reached around 11am and got an early checkin. The room was huge and super clean. There are restaurants available at the hotel and at walking distance. Express checkout is available.
Lockdown time. Rrstaurant. Ordering and picking up in person at the bar.
Worst flat bread stake I have ever tasted - the meet was rancid with strong bad smell. Veggies - dated. Returned.
Was charged 18% Service Fee, 8% L.F. and paid 18% tips. N
The hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the view was gorgeous. Couple of things we didn't care for...the room was open to the bathroom. Very little privacy and if one person tried to get ready before the other person gets up, well it's over. No sleeping with the noise of the early riser. Our toilet would not flush, but they took care of that pretty quickly. The worst thing was the A/C. It was very noisy and went off completely (dead silence) when it reached the desired temperature. When it came back on it was noisy again, so it woke us up when it came on and again when it went off, all night long. Would be nice to have a microwave in the room. We could have warmed up leftovers from the ridiculously overpriced restaurants in Niagra.
This property is located very close to the Falls. If you get a Falls view room, the views are amazing. The hotel and the rooms are clean. It's a 5 minute drive to most of the restaurants/attractions. Parking lot is always full. It's a big problem considering they charge for parking.
Overall a good value.
Came for a conference. Facilities well maintained. Milestones on site very convenient and did not have higher charges like other food establishments like Starbucks.
Great view on top of Niagara Fall, got a good deal of the room. Although a bit walking distance to the Casino, but it s worth it. Staff are well trained and very friendly. Every one say hi to you when they meet you anywhere. Very pleasant experience.
No coffee in the room, not sure if this was because of the current covid situation? There were five of us in a two queen bed room including three kids. Worked fine as we just used the room for sleeping. 17th floor nice view. Parking was $25 per night. This place is about a 25 minute walk from Clifton Hill. You may want to consider parking on Clifton Hill for the day if walking is challenging for you and you are spending the day there. Washroom in the room had a sliding door which was odd. They have a good room service and breakfast menu but didn't get an opportunity to try.
Very convenient location. You are literally on top of the horseshoe falls and can watch the falls from the third deck patio, which is right next to the elevators on the third floor. There is a bus top right in front of entrance that takes you all the way out to clifton hill, a strip with many fun things to do. The hotels gives you 2 48hr passes for the bus. I suggest you arrive and try to check in early, park your car at this location and just ride the bus. This will save you from spending more money on parking elsewhere. Parking is $35 CAD. We walked to the horseshoe falls from here by going through the sister Marriott hotel thats next door, out to the pedestrian bridge behind the hotel. This is just a shortcut. Breakfast is mot included, but there is a Starbucks in the lobby and restaurant on second floor. Bathroom is very small and it had a sliding door with about a 2 inch gap on the side. Overall, great experience. Only reason for 4 star is the parking fees and a few extra fees. Parking is big enough to be free.
Hotel exactly at the waterfalls. Definitely book room with Fallsview. From the 11th floor you have a terrific view, especially in the evening, when the falls are lit.
Large room me sitting area at the big window, comfortable beds, bath with tub and shower curtain.
The breakfast in the room with the view indescribable, but quite expensive for the crowd.
Parking in the car park next door cost only $ 10 per day for hotel guests and you could park there until fourteen hours on the day of departure.
Good view from room. Otherwise the hotel was just Ok.
Air conditioning wasn't working most of the night, but they did try to fix it. Clean.
Hotel is clean and amenities are decent however the elevators are a nightmare and the room HVAC system is horrible as was our night's sleep.
This appears to be a smaller but better reviewed sister hotel of the bigger one just up the street. People here are incredibly courteous and professional. Room is clean and tidy and they were honest about the tourist fee. Be sure to ask to have it removed off your bill as it's not a tax or mandatory fee, but one most businesses charge anyway here in Niagara Falls. Nevertheless, I am incredibly happy with my room and the service, and the amenities (some of which are shared with the bigger hotel) are great. I would highly recommend this place. Also, the falls view is SPECTACULAR! Save on the tourist fee but pay extra for the view, it's worth it!!
To begin thank you to ALL employees at this hotel for the wonderful, hospitable, kind, and prompt service we received without fail from most of the staff. I have never been so "taken care of" while staying anywhere. The cleaning staff, the front desk staff, and Tamara, who I assume is part of management and is absolutely brilliant - deserve all the recognition for their work. I hope the Marriott treats their employees at this location as best as possible because I didn't meet one person along our 3 day stay that didn't represent the company to the absolute best of their ability. Very amazing.
The hotel staff was great the room was awesome and clean unlike other hotels in the nearby area
The location of this hotel is amazing for a view of the falls. We had a front row seat to the fireworks over the falls all from the room. Rooms are tastefully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Everyone was nice. The only downside is the charge for parking and wifi but that seems to be the norm for the area. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was good though a little slow but we weren't in a rush so it worked out fine. Would definitely stay again.
5 star service, beautiful views and spacious rooms
High quality hotel, I recommend to get a room with view to the falls even if it's cost more... totally worth it!
Gorgeous views and room. Free wifi is nice and service has been pleasant. Would stay here again even when not attending a work event.
The hotel where I stayed in Niagara in the final of my trip to Canada covering Toronto, Montreal, Quebec and Ottawa. I found myself very lucky with the advantage of seeing the Niagara waterfall right across from the room I stayed, as well as the great width of the room.
