The room was spacious and clean..well except for a few bugs ...not bed bugs or I would have left. And only 2 of them. I've actually stayed in other hotels in the Niagara region and seen them there too.

The reason for this testing instead of 5 is because there was a kids dancing competition that weekend. Kids every where. The parking lot was super full we had to park across the street at the back and the wait time for the elevator was ridiculous. Children were in the lobby waiting for the elevator in their bathing suits and doing wet. The lobby was very noisy. One child almost ran my husband and I over when we were taking the stairs down to the main. Other than that the room great!

The hotel just does what it wants when it comes to your stay. Never coming here again.

Very poor stay. The room was very dirty. It has been 4 days now with no response from the property to an email that was sent to them about the condition of the hotel.

I would like to work harder on the cleanliness of this hotel, the room is very dusty, the windows are constantly dirty, which makes it difficult to look at Niagara well, the TV remote control does not work in the room, and it was necessary to turn it on manually. Well, the service is no more than 3 stars.

I had one of the best treatments and hospitality from a property during this stay. From the smooth check in, to small gestures like the extra kind hospitality during breakfast and housekeeping. Not to mention, this property really treated me like the elite member, and I am beyond honoured to have received their hospitality. Mr. Anurag Singh, who is the front office manager personally greeted me and ensured if I needed anything, the team would do their best. In a time like the pandemic, getting such treatment and hospitality was refreshing. This property is easily one of the best in Ontario and definitely the best one in the Niagara Falls region. Will definitely be visiting again.

Clean and newly renovated suites. Beds linens are very comfortable and gave us a restful sleep. We had an 18th floor view of the horseshoe falls giving us exquisite views day and night. Can watch the evening fireworks right from your room. We had an issue with some of the outlets not working and couldn't figure out why the bar fridge wasn't running plugged into different outlet and no issues. Room does not have a microwave which would have been nice to reheat leftovers.

Fantastic view of Niagara Falls. Be sure to book on a clear day with high visibility and low fog conditions.

Great hotel with awesome views, though Fallsview has a closer and more unencumbered view. Staff were very helpful, rooms were well laid out and nicely equipped (except for a rather old coffee maker). Walking distance from most major attractions.

Good rooms and definitely has a solid view of the falls. The interior is spacious and clean. It is on the end of all the falls hotel line and if you plan to walk everywhere. It is a bit of a hike and plus have to spend $5 for the lift to go up and down to the falls.

Stunning views! The rooms were spacious, clean and bright. Very nice beds/linens and new bathrooms. Walking distance to resturants, attractions and a wonderful pedestrian walkway to view the falls.

We parked in their parking lot to attend Niagara Falls Comic Con. It cost 20$, but we didn't get towed so... successful day I guess! Whoo!

Staff was very accommodating however the room was not cleaned properly upon arrival. The sheets, shower area had remanants of hair and other debris. The interior windows were also full of smudges plus under the beds was some serious dust bunnies.
When we ran the coffee pot, crud was floating in the cup. Creamers were chunky. I would not rate this hotel 4 stars. Too many cut corners. I didn't even bother going to the pool area because I was doubtful of the cleanliness. While the manager Michelle was very accommodating, I found the whole experience sub-par for a premium room. Normally Marriott stays are excellent. So disappointed with this location.

The view from the restaurant is incredible, the Starbucks service was good, the concierge was very helpful. Lobby was busy at all hours but staff were helpful and efficient. Loved that the preferred member package included public transit cards!!

Absolutely amazing! By far best hotel experience I've ever had. There was no hassle or mix up or anything. It was a seamless streamlined service. The room was better than described, super clean and had great design! The view was spectacular! They even remembered I said it was my anniversary and even sent a small gift to make it special. The front staff was so friendly and wonderful, they assisted graciously with everything. Overall amazing! Not a single complaint.

We were here for our mini honeymoon, very accommodating! Brought us white wine and chocolate covered strawberries! Also gave us a high room to look at the falls, wife was so happy!

If you book well and in advance. You can get a good view of the falls from this hotel. Good for a romantic night stay

The stay was spoiled by an extremely long check-in. The room was locked from an inside (an apparent malfunction of an internal security lock ), so we had to wait upstairs for a very long period and the front desk staff did not seem to be bothered about this fact. For the first 15-20 minutes they even did not call maintenence and it took me going downstairs and reminding them that we are actually waiting to enter our room, only then they picked the phone and called. Overall, the front desk which is supposed to be the front line of customer care, was absolutely useless during whole our stay and even cleaning lady was more worried and tried to do at least something to get us inside the room. The location is also kinda aside of everything. The only two positive things - view is really stunning and the lady at breakfast is super friendly and nice. Taking the choice of hotels with similar offerings, I would go elsewhere.

Very nice, modern, white and gray room furnishings, spectacular views from every floor in the corridor leading to the elevators even for those who do not take the rooms with a view of the falls.
On the third floor there is a roof terrace.
15/20 minutes walk from the city center

Although the front desk made an error in our reservation which caused some inconvenience, they made up for this by upgrading our room. The room was spacious and clean, and great services were provided, including room service and valet parking. I would stay here again.

Great location. Beautiful view of the Falls. Near to lots of restaurants, attractions. Staff are so friendly and helpful, esp. Mr. Anurag. Comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet is good. Got free bus passes for 2 days. Bus stop is just right in the front of hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

The staff is nice and polite, good service, the rooms are quite spacious and clean, of course, stunning views of the waterfall, in the cold season, one of the nicest viewpoints) Breakfast chur American (sausages, scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, fruit and dessert) is very lack of salads and vegetables

A beautiful 4-star luxury hotel in a unique location right in front of the Canadian side Niagara Falls, the view enjoyed from the twentieth floor up is unmatched and absolutely worth what you pay.

I have been several time on this hotel. The service is usually great. It is very convenient to have a Milestones restaurant just inside so you don't have to get out (especially during Winter time). The view of the falls is absolutely breathtaking.

Very upset that they refused to refund or credit our stay. When i tried to canel 24 hours prior because our flight was cancelled due to a snow storm. Could have at least given a credit for the stay, now we definitely won't be going back, no matter how nice it may be.

One of the worst staying experience with Marriott Gateway. Absolutely no value for money. No house keeping (no cleaning) for two days stay. Dirty carpet and loose taps in washrooms.

I stayed four night and not even one night they change sheets. I have a 6mo old baby that he pucke the first night on the bed and part on the pillow. I even leave a note to the HK and they ignored. So I stayed four night sleeping on top of baby pucke I had to clean it with a baby wipe to be able to sleep. Front desk personel very rude. I lock my CC for securiry reasons and They call my room asking for another metoth of payment because the card declined. I explain her that I only need to unlock the card and she was arguing that I still need another metoth of payment. She rised her voice to a level that I had to scream over the phone. She was very rude and was talking over me when I was trying to explain her that I only need to unlock the card. At the end she scream at me over the phone "well unlock the CC and hung up the phone". I wish she could give me the opportunity to get her name. Be prepare to pay 35.00 per night in parking and be prepare to pay 16.00 per night in hotel resort fee on top of your stay.

Premium location with magnificent falls view. Services are good. Food at bar and breakfast are below the average.

Such a wonderful experience! The staff is fantastic here - very friendly & helpful! The room was clean and up to date. My view of the falls would have been breathtaking if it weren't for the quite unusual fog for that time of year (late January).

I would certainly consider staying here again!

This is the last Hotel on Fallsview Boulevard across from the Marriot Fallsview Resort and Spa and it seemed a little dated but clean. The walls are very thin and we could hear the conversation next door and the partying on the other side of our room. We called security and they came and dealt with the problem. The hotel seemed empty and I don't know why they put us all on the 20 th floor. The beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. My complaints for the room other than the fact the walls were thin was the lighting. We had 3 dull lights and it was very dark in our room so if you want to read in the evening you're out of luck. The bathroom door in both our Suites were barn door like and hard to push and did not close properly. The doors seemed a little dirty as there are no real handles and the last thing you want is to hear is somebody else's toilet business. We had the two-for-one breakfast special and it was good. As a Marriott Rewards Traveler this hotel was okay. The staff were all great and very friendly and dealt with the noise issue promptly. All in all I would possibly return.

I had the Fallsview, 1 King bedroom. It was a beautiful room and the view did not disappoint. Great, friendly staff. Having Milestones restaurant on the lower floor of our hotel was very convenient. The food was delicious and the staff provide excellent customer service. The breakfast buffet was also good. A lot of variety, including breakfast staples e.g. Bacon, home fries, toast. Having the option of yogurt and various fruits was very nice as well. I had a great stay.

Needs more improvement in cleaning.
Have find dust all around mirrors and some 0arts means not have attention.
About soapa and shampooh for 2 nights they have left only for 1 night (thanks I always bring my own),
Haven't see any preson from maintenance in hallways during the day as some garbage have been over left from others in garage been near elevator and not picked in the same day.
This place needs a huge update

Stayed here for my birthday in July. We upgraded to a nicer room with a better view which we really enjoyed. What we didn t enjoy is the fact that they don t clean the room at all during your stay because of covid (I think it makes more sense to clean it even more than usual). They also don t restock the bottles of water (you have to go get them from the reception every day). Plus if you have a car that s extra $35 a day for parking. And don t forget about the tourist tax! After all we get the fireworks at night and the money goes towards beautifying the area.... just kidding, fireworks have been cancelled because of covid (not sure what the excuse was) and the city looks so run down it makes you sad walking around and looking at all the broken windows and empty abandoned and overgrown lots.

My stay was wonderful and the The View was amazing I couldn't ask for a better view and place really love it.

Hotel is amazing. From the cheerful greeter at the front to the helpful staff and immaculate rooms; this hotel has superb views inside and out.

Perfect view of the falls, get a package though. They give hundreds of dollars worth of incentives and local vouchers. Went on the wine tour.

Beautiful hotel. Amazing view from my room.i stayed on the 30th floor. Very clean everywhere. Would definitely stay here again. Got free WEGO bus passe voucher and free beer samples voucher when we checked in. If you choose to not have your room cleaned you put a special sign on the door and they give you a $5 voucher for Starbucks in the foyer.

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, very slow elevators

rooms were dirty, toilet was not working...shower was making loud noises and barely worked... customer service was horrible, rude,.. elevators were annoying and then stop working and we were on the 8th floor... It was freezing in the hallway and elevator.. Would not recommend this hotel and will never go back!!!!
