For the price of the room I was expecting a better experience. First of all pulled into the hotel had option of valet parking or park outside . We chose outside . Would have been nice if staff suggested to leave our luggage with him instead we had to carry our luggage from parking lot to hotel. The room had an amazing view of the falls . These is the reason for the 3 stars. Other than view very disappointed in the hotel.
The room need alot of maintenance and lacked attention.

This is what we call a 5 star service. Really happy with the stay and service. The staffs were so professional. I got a deal on Expedia and booked the room. Staffs were really welcoming and they even gave me and my wife bus passes for 2 days in Niagara. Will recommend to all my friends! It was our honeymoon and I messaged them earlier to give me a high floor view room. And you will see in my review photos and video how good it was. Didn't want to leave the place after a day! Overall the best experience I ever had in a Hotel! Oh and there is StarBucks inside the hotel, yes you heard it right, in the hotel lobby! Thanks Marriott for the good hospitality, keep up the good work! will come back for sure !

My family had an excellent time at the this Marriott!

They were extremely accommodating and had spectacular service!
The views were incredible and possibly the best view of the horseshoe than any other hotel on the strip, including the other Marriott across the street.

A special mention to Mr. Sign, ensuring we were well taken care of.

Thank you,
NYY

Stayed in the Premier King Fallsview room and it was worth it. Great views of the Falls both day and night. A lot of great food options within walking distance and Starbucks & Milestones all inside the hotel. Guest services at check-in in were fantastic as well.

Clarifying that we are not users of 5-star hotels, for us it was very good. The breakfast buffet was incredibly complete, the rooms great, and the ground floor Starbucks my best friend.

We booked this hotel for it's location for our wedding. All I can say is that the hotel catered for our every need. It was clean and fresh in appearance, with fantastic views of Niagara Falls. Breakfast was leisurely, plenty of choice on the buffets, and freshly cooked eggs. The rooms were very comfortable, lounge areas with picture windows, and great chairs to relax in, watching the fireworks over the Falls. The restaurant dinner menu was ample, and the food and waitresses were excellent. The wedding chapel on the top floor was awesome with it's views, but more importantly created our desired atmosphere for the wedding. The ladies made good use of the spa and swimming pool facilities. The levels of service offered and the smoothness in which all of our requirements were met proved how right we had been to choose this hotel.

We arrived right at checkin time and we were met with large checkin lines, but the hotel quickly added more staff to move things along. Great view of the falls from our room. The breakfast at Milestones was excellent. The room itself was clean and well designed. This was our second visit.

Too many hidden costs for a mediocre hotel. Paid 45 dollars for valet parking and waited in the valet drop off area for 20 minutes before having to walk back into the hotel to find out I have to look for someone to park my car???? Really unimpressed to be honest.

Great service, clean rooms. Perfect location. I would like to specifically thank Karan and Anurag from receiption for resolving our issues when our room was not ready for check-in. Great problem solvers, welcoming attitude and quickly ensured that our needs are met!

While the view from the hotel is different from the main page of the website, we still enjoyed a fantastic view and wonderful service. The rooms were really nice and the pool too. A pleasant experience thank you.

Drove out here from Montreal. After a long route and a never ending stop at the outlet on the way. We were greeted by a wonderful gentleman by the name of Anurag Singh who explained to us all the situation concerning covid19 precautions and new restaurant and room service hours etc. He took the time to explain to us about the area and attractions as well. I am staying here for two nights and could not be any more content. Lovely view. Clean room. Nice furniture choice. Top customer service. Will be back for sure !!

Good hotel, rooms are renovated and clean, front desk friendly & welcoming, parking fee seems a little too high considering it is not underground but not a big deal. Milestones and Starbucks in the same building and Turtle Jacks 2 mins away walking distance. Stayed in a room with falls view and loved it.

The dance competition was a little cumbersome, when it came to the elevator service. They were cute and polite.

Great location! Less than $5 uber ride to casino or 10 min walk. Amazing view from the Falls side. Great customer service. And the view from milestones while having breakfast is just great!

Had a very nice stay at the hotel on the date attended. As an elite member I was upgraded which added to a pleasant experience.

The hotel is the furthest down on Fallsview Blvd but is so close to the other hotels that you really wouldn't notice.

Parking setup is much better then the Marriott across the Street. They seem to have vehicles cluttered everywhere which adds to an extremely confusing check-in experience. If the temporary parking spots are full at this hotel for check-in I would suggest parking first and then checking in. There is no issue with doing this and you can let them know at check-in.

During the check-in and throughout the stay the staff were extremely friendly and good to deal with both in person and using the online app.

The elevators are slow and during the current COVID environment they ask that you restrict to 3 people so be prepared to wait if you need the elevator. Take the stairs if at a lower floor.

The room was nice. The TV' were not smart TVs so you can't stream any services. There is not a work area for a computer if you have work to do.

Beds were typical comfortable Marriott mattresses.

Restaurant staff was friendly and food was OK. No issues.

Would stay at location again in the future.

Had a great stay here a few weeks ago. Rooms were very clean and had an incredible view of the falls. The hotel is in a great location with many restaurants and tourist attractions within walking distance or a short drive. There is parking available at the hotel for a fee. Service was polite and friendly as well. Would definitely return here again in the future.

Beautiful and clean hotel. The room - 2 queen beds - was spacious with a city view. The staff is very nice. Hefty parking fee - $30 a day! Great that it has a Starbucks at the lobby. Busy pool area.

Great service, friendly staff and very accommodating. Also breakfast buffet has a range of choices for all family members and their flavours to satisfy every taste bud. Most importantly, our 1 year old needed more rest and staff accommodated us by granting us one more hour of stay. Room is spacious and wide with a beautiful falls view. Also cleanliness cannot be compared with any other hotel we've been to. I would definitely come back!!

Was here for a day-long professional event in the "Salon" meeting rooms. Catering was not bad, but they could have refilled some dishes more promptly at lunch. The room itself was adequate for the function.

This hotel is really all about location. The hotel itself is fair. It has a nice lobby with a Starbucks. It does have a restaurant with a beautiful view as well. The rest of the hotel shows it's age. The hallways were dark with heavily worn and stained carpet. The rooms were clean and comfortable! However we didn't have water at one point. We checked out before that was resolved. We're Marriott rewards members and stay in Marriotts all time. Usually we get nice little parks like free parking, small upgrades or even a free newspaper. Not here. There wasn't even a newspaper to buy. Yes, I was annoyed by that. There is a newer Marriott Courtyard on the Canadiian side that may be a nice alternative. Best part of this hotel was the view!

My husband and I recently stayed at the Gateway while attending a conference. It would have been an excellent experience if we were able to sleep for the two nights that we were there. We had no idea why we kept waking up during the night, until the second night. I woke up at 4am after waking several times already. I decided to try sleeping in the chair. While I was resting there, I was startled by a loud click that preceded the heater coming on. My husband who had been asleep woke up at that time. I mentioned this to another couple who had also spent the night and they said that they had experienced the same thing. I hope that Marriott can fix the clicking heater problem soon.

Very pleasant. Great view of the fall. Very nice staff. Overall an extremely welcoming atmosphere. This is my first time in Canada and I see what the hype is about. Visited nearby Walmart and you couldn't find a more organized, clean and quiet place.

Spectacular views and great breakfast. My wife and I spent part of our honeymoon moon here and explored the Canadian side of the Falls area by foot. It was fun and the hotel and its stall were all very nice and helpful.

Staff seemed to be overwhelmed by the number of the guests. Elevators were a nightmare, we missed couple of elevators because they were filled in the morning, and we ended up taki g the stairs (6 floors, which wasn't super bad)

Beautiful, amazing, breathtaking view of the Falls! The beds are so comfortable and the room was spotless! I stayed here with a girlfriend in a room with two queen beds and a view of the Falls! Absolutely spectacular! Will definitely be back if my wallet allows me lol - this hotel is on one of my favourites list !

The view of the falls was great. The place was very clean. Room was nice. It lost star ratings for me because of all the hidden fees. They charge multiple fees that aren't listed in price. Also they charged me $35 a day for parking, that's super exorbitant in my opinion, if you want to charge a parking fee for entire time I would understand that, but to charge your own guests a parking fee everyday on top of hotel charges is ludicrous. The ambiance of being right over the falls is wonderful though.

Naaahhhh! Slowest lifts, room wasnt cleaned well, there was stuff (coke bottles, hair clips) fron previous occupants of my room.

Starbucks in extremely expensive, closes soon. Not useful for me.

Service staff is very attentive, not so much at the valet station, was expecting a bit more upfront welcome and directions, instead we had to guess our way around until we found the guest check-in which is not very visible as you enter. Other then that it was a nice stay.

Excellent hotel, very clean, however expect to pay many tips for delivery of items that should have already been placed in the room. Parking is at least $25/day and it is billed to your room. CASH PAYMENT FOR PARKING is not required if you are using a credit card. This location utilizes an open parking area & a parking deck at the hotel's Stanley Avenue (ON 102) entrance. There are several undisclosed occupancy taxes that raise the cost of the room considerably. This is probably the same for all of the Hotels in the same tax district. There were a lot of Police and Security in this area (October) near the Canadian Falls. Front side rooms have an excellent view of the falls as Lake Erie approaches the falls. All guests have access to an outdoor deck on the second floor. Front Second floor rooms have glass door access to this deck. There is a reasonably priced Pizza and Sub restaurant within walking distance on Stanley Avenue.

Had a great time here. The room we originally wanted wasn t available, so we were able to get a better suite and with a beautiful view of the falls.

Staff was helpful and liked that the hotel had dining options and was close to other restaurants outside. Highly recommend to anyone.

We drove 7 hours to stay at niagra falls and chose to stay here. When we got to check in we learned that they sold our reservation and were all sold out. Normally a manager would try and take care of this situation promptly. Instead they made us wait over 2 hours to try and rectify the situation. They kept telling us 15 minutes and an hour would go by before we had to go back to the desk and ask what was going on. Very pr service and not a care that they did this to us. Never again will I stay at a mariott and I will advise all of my buisness partners the same. Horrible experience.

I decided to upgrade to a corner room to get a better view. I expected the room to have large windows on 2 out of 4 walls, however what you get is a regular window on one wall and a tiny sliver of a window in the corner looking down the street that improves the view slightly, but it wasn t as glamorous as I expected. And that goes to the rooms located on floors (I believe) 25 and up. Also, the bed is far away from the window. I think I would have a far better experience if it was closer to the window, so I could enjoy the view directly from the bed. Also, when they are slow their restaurant is closed, so forget about getting a breakfast. These are the only reasons I gave 4 stars. Other than that, the room was nice and clean, and the view was really nice. There's a small size fitness center and a small pool you can use free of charge

The rooms were recently renovated, so were well cleaned and modern. The service was great and the basic amenities are clean. The place was a bit far from the waterfalls compared to other hotels, but in general I would love to go back to the future.

I recently stayed at Marriott on the Falls for two nights. While the room was nice and the employees were wonderful to deal with, there were some discrepancies. My main complaint is that there was not adequate parking for a hotel of this size. There was also only 3 handicap spots and then they charge $30 a day on top of the hotel rate. If I am staying at your hotel, I should not have to pay to park as well.
