My 2011 Prius slowly lost power driving on the freeway. Without much notice, I had it towed straight to the Mark Miller service department. On a Friday evening, less than an hour before closing, and no appointment. They got it off the tow truck and got me into a complimentary rental right away. Kept me update on the diagnostics, and it turned out there was a warranty covering the computer part that went out, so the whole experience cost me $0. I was back in my own freshly washed/vacuumed car the following Monday. Great experience, and great communication with Chris in service.
