When I picked up my car the change holder was not out back in the car. Also my umbrella which was in the back seat was missing. I will be filing a claim against Marietta Toyota.

Purchased a 2017 Corolla from this location. The purchasing process was fairly smooth, but when I had follow-up questions it was extremely difficult to get in contact with anyone who was knowledgeable. Also, Roberto Manzur, the finance manager offered me a $300 referral for anyone I brought into the dealership and made a purchase.

I brought my sister, she purchased a similar Corolla and they sent me a $100 check. I called multiple times to speak with Roberto and he disappeared. After the friendly handshake you will never hear from him again.

This is easily the best Toyota dealership in the area. The staff is very nice and very knowledgeable. They do not talk down to you and make logical decisions about your car Care needs. I would like the lobby to be a little bit better but that is a minor issue compared to their good work in maintaining the vehicles.

Service was fast and efficient. Everyone was very friendly.

I've had great experiences with both the service centers at this Toyota dealership and the one in Kennesaw. It's nice to have a mechanic that you can trust to tell you what's going on with your car, and how you can get the most value out of your vehicle. Service specials are competitive and it's nice knowing that you're getting original equipment. The waiting room includes complimentary coffee, and most service work is accompanied by a complimentary inspection.know that if your service time seems a little bit long, it is probably because they're doing their additional inspection which I would highly recommend as you get a lot of very useful information on the current condition of your car.

Not a glamouris place with all the shine and glitz, but they do take care of you after getting through some of the unnecessary really high rates they offer on used cars.

They changed my oil, Air Filter, Cabin Filter, rear disc brake pads and true rear rotors at very affordable rates and in no time. And now my camry runs just like new. Thanks Marietta Toyota. You guys rock.

I bought a 2015 Prius Two from Marietta Toyota and I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff. They really seemed to be doing what was best for my interests. The price of the auto was outstanding. The website was particularly well designed and user friendly. Without all this "good stuff" it would have been difficult to accomplish my long distance purchase.

Justin Gispert is the man to deal with, I have done business with him in the past and he is certainly an upstanding man with moral integrity. Hard to find people like him these days. If you have the opportunity to meet him you will not be disappointed.

I live out of state however I decided to buy a car from Marietta Toyota due to the Covid 19 outbreak my state was behind in processing registations from cars that were brought out of state and my temp tag was about to expire. I reached out to the sales dept over at Marietta Toyota and three times they assured me that they could and would provide me a new temp plate so that I could continue driving my newly purchased vehicle however when I went to pick up the new temp plate they completly changed their tone and told me in a very uncaring way that they could not provide me with a new temp plate and I know have a vehicle that I can't drive until my state catches up with the backlog. Be very careful when you deal with them they will tell you anything even though it isn't true.

Ricardo remains the most valuable salesman here.In terms of explaining all the available options and very friendly and making one feels comfortable.This will be my place and my Toyota lovers friends future Toyota purchases.-Alphonce

I brought Camry SE last year (2016) and got best deal in 30 mins working with John. I tried to buy RAV4 this year and sales Manager Andrew tried his best to offer me lowest deal but could not buy. I would recommend Marietta Toyota highly everyone to try.

My salesman was Robert Glover Jr. He was great. Let us make our decision without any pressure. Met Robert Glover Sr., He was equally as nice. He did everything he could to make the numbers work. The finance guy explained everything that we were signing and answered every question we had. I would not hesitate to recommend your dealership to my friends and family. I drove 65 miles but it was totally worth the drive. If I am in the car market again your dealership will be my first stop.

It took an 1.5 hours for a synthetic oil change without tire rotation and I had an appointment.

Today I went and I was in and out within an hour.

Looking to purchase my 3rd 4Runner. I attempted to purchase from the dealership closest to my home and yet again no luck. They have the EXACT 4Runner I want, but pulled up to the dealership walked through the lobby no greeting. Walked the entire parking lot of new cars took pics of the nightshade 4runner, stood at the car for 20mins and still nobody approached me. I guess people don't work off commissions anymore. Anyway headed back to Toyota Roswell again to get my 2019.

Shawn was a pleasure to deal with at Marietta Toyota and this is our third deal with the dealership. All of the paperwork was ready for us to sign without ever visiting the dealership and it took less than 15 minutes to get it all taken care of. I would highly recommend.

I purchased a 2020 Toyota Camry from this establishment on Monday 2/3/2020. My ending experience when it was time to seal the deal was HORRIBLE!! I reached out to the general manager and as of today I have not received a call back. The finance manager Terry who processed my paper work was extremely stressed due to the system being down and was very unprofessional and down right rude to me. This company didn t represent Toyota in a good light at all and I plan on calling the cooperate office to let them know. I don t recommend anyone to shop here.

Didn't have an appointment but had time drop by for Maintenance checkup. Had me in and out in 75 minutes. Great, friendly, service.

Poor customer service and full of just get you in the door sales tactics. We live almost 2 hours away but found 2 trucks online that we were interested in so called ahead to make sure they were on the lot. We were told 1 had been sold but the other was available. We let them know we would be headed that way. Once arrived, we were greeted by a nice salesman and by no means was this his fault, but we were informed the other truck was not on the lot and had been sold. After we specially talked to them 2 hours prior to confirm before driving. Now we have spent half a day driving and no purchase of a vehicle. They lost a sale and future business because we intended to purchase multiple vehicles for our personal business. What happened to real customer service? From one business owner to another this is unacceptable.

Me and my wife had a great experience with Mr. Jimmie Wilson We do recommend him to future buyers. He made the car buying process go very smooth. We can not say we had a good experience with the Finance team. They took everything very personal and at times they had to be reminded that we were the customers here. But at the end of everything I did purchase a vehicle and we love it. So thank you Jimmie Wilson, and we will be referring our friends and family to see you about buying a vehicle. I just wish you helped us with the financing part as well

Stephen was very helpful in calling to say he found nothing wrong on the diagnostic equipment. Appreciate a service that does not push or steer you to fix what does not need fixing. Got a tiune up and runs greatnow

Aaron & Rick were awesome salesmen!! They helped us out all 4 times that we went to the dealership. They were very engaged with us and stuck with us until we finally decided which car we'd take home.

At first, I had a small issue with a tire that had a gash in it, but after contacting Marietta Toyota about the issue, they were VERY quick to resolve the issue. The manager (David Swaggerty) called me back, told me to go back to the shop as soon as I could so they could check it out and see what they could do.

I went back that same afternoon, they looked at it and offered to replace it free of charge!

This is the 4th vehicle that I've bought from Marrietta Toyota, and except for this "hiccup", I have to say that I've never had any issues with them (or my cars, for that matter). I've owned Toyotas all my life and given their track record with me, I don't think that will change any time soon.

Thank you guys for making it right; this shows that your Customer Service is amazing! "A little, goes a long way" and you definitely demonstrated that this is true.

Hopefully, I won't need a car anytime soon, but when I do, I guess I'll see you guys again!!.

Lets start by saying buying a car is no walk in the park. However working with Alan Kell made it not as bad as past experience buying a car. He wasnt obnoxious or overly pushy. But make no mistake at the end of the day they are there to sell so you will end up in price negotiations. But I felt we got a fair price for the car we wanted. But we stood pretty firm on what we were not going to go over and the fact that we were not "desparate" to buy we were ready to walk if they were not willing to stay within our price range.

I dropped my car off Saturday night. I got a prompt call on Monday morning that they had my car.

I spoke to the service representative about what was needed and when I was going to pick it up.

I went in to pick up my car and they could not find my paperwork and it took me almost half an hour to pick up my car.

The people were nice enough but it took way too long to get my car.

I have bought many a car in my lifetime but this was one of the best experience I have ever had , the young salesman was very knowledgeable,I felt the team of people there really care about there customers we were not just a number .I usually buy a car evey 2 years and I will now never buy another car from any other dealership . That is a great feeling to know I will not have to worry about someone taking advantage of me ,that Marietta Toyota really cares .

12/19/2017 - Dropped to 2 Stars as a result of Service Department. Had my alternator replaced, was charged $500 in labor for two hours of work. Steer clear.

This was not a good experience. Got a quote from you for around $1,700. So I brought the truck in for repairs. Three days later the repair price was confirmed over phone. 2 days later after the truck was taken apart the price tripled. I was told the repairs would take 10 days to 2 weeks. It took a month to finally get the truck back. When I came to pick the truck I gave it the once over and found that all the bolts from one of the wheel wells were missing. Sat and waited an hour while while 6 bolts were located and attached. If asked about your shop I would definitely tell them to look elsewhere.

Really a great place ! My car is always taken care of and the workers are great. Lisa King always extremely helpful.

I also love that they don t take advantage of us women, because I don t know anything about cars lol.

Went in for a software update for my Corolla. The staff was nice, the place was clean and fast.

Just drove home in my new Toyota. Love it! The technology in the new Rav4 is fabulous. Our sales person, Malachi, was the best. He was very patient in teaching me about the features of my car which was quite the challenge for someone who does not excel in that area. If you're in the market for a new car, ask for Malachi. You won't regret it!

This is our 2nd time buying from Marietta Toyota. First time from the used lot but equally excellent service. Marietta Toyota is a top notch car dealership!

I got an approval,conformation mail from Rickard Warren, quoting a specific price for Camry 2017 SE and other bank financial option as well. He is a very nice and helped me to get the best deal. Said he could get me that price on Oct-16-2016 and done all paper work, I am ready to pay and take the car but The Management is a lie with me on that day, they all of sudden the change price and told me that We could give this vehicle, if you finance with us. they was waste my time and I was disappointed with them. please do not trust on this dealer.

Marietta toyota service center was Great today giving me my first 5000 mile checkup. I was in and out in no time . Very pleased with them...

Bought new Highlander July 4th, it took a little longer than I expected, but it was a Holiday.
Anthony was very professional and delivered the vehicle at the price agreed on the phone (True Value). Everyone was friendly, and helpful and they even fed us lunch.

The service center was clean with great amenities including snack machines, TV, free water, coffee, WiFi, and quiet work areas.

However, I did have an appointment at 8am to have my oil changed and tires rotated. The service center finished the maintenance at 10:22am.

The service center representatives were excellent; the service was just slow.

Super friendly. Let me use a loaner car while mine was being serviced. I really appreciated that.

This is my second purchase from Marietta Toyota. I am very happy with the entire transaction. I own three Toyota vehicles and I have my vehicles serviced at Marietta Toyota.

Took my daughter's car in for service. They were busy but finished in their committed time. The staff was friendly and kept me posted.

The ONLY good thing I can say about our experience at Marietta Toyota was my salesperson Tony and the salesmanager Rick. When we arrived no one came out to greet us so we walked to the car we were interested in ourselves. Tony was working with another customer at the time and we were still looking at the vehicle we were interested in and no one ever came out to assist us. After Tony finished with his customer he came over and asked if we had be helped and we replied NO. He begin working with us and was VERY professional in his approach. He got us the deal we wanted and setup for finance. When we got into finace office with TERRY, IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE EVER HAD I. A FINANCE OFFICE.. TERRY was VERY RUDE and INPERSONAL. IN FACT HE WAS OUT AND OUT NASTY TOWARDS US. so much so we wanted to walk out and ask for a different person to work with. We ended up bearing through it and to the end he had A VERY NASTY ATTITUDE TOWARDS US. and when papers were signed didn't take us back to salesman or give any guidance, in fact we had to ask if we were done and he begrudgingly muttered yeah. That was a very uncomfortable experience and I would never go back there again except to work with Tony and Rick who is the sales manager who was GREAT also thise two are the only ones who made the experience there good. The FINANCE GUY TERRY is the worse and should be FIRED in my opinion.

Alan Kell and Andrew Austin were absolutely the best to work with through the car buying process. From day 1, I never felt any pressure to make a quick purchase. I felt like they both valued me more as a person rather than some customer to make commission off of for the week. I also had very specific needs and wants (which turned out being not an easy find) for my new 4Runner - they made it happen! They worked hard to make sure I was happy and comfortable with my purchase. I would and have recommended Marietta to anyone looking for great customer service and a good team.

I purchased my first new car with the expert assistance of Zaira Smith. I've always had previously owned vehicles and Zaira got me in a new 2020 Toyota that's perfect for me. I got a good trade-in on my previous vehicle. Zaira was with me through the entire process. She even helped me after the sale by cheerfully answering all the questions I've had.

I like Marietta Toyota because they are an independent dealership and have more flexibility than the corporate owned ones. They got me fair financing with not perfect credit.

I went to a corporate owned dealership to get nitrogen in my tires, they wanted to charge me $35! No way! My car sensor was on.

I know I will return to Marietta Toyota for all my service needs, even though I have to travel past several Toyota dealerships to get there. It's worth it!

This refers ONLY to the Service Department. They damaged my car while in service but treated me like some hair headed female and brushed me off. I had been using them for over 30 years and this is how I was treated.

Good service every time I bring my car in for service. Reasonable rates and they are honest about what work your car needs. No selling you services you do not need.
