Recently purchased a 2019 Toyota Highlander for my wife at Marietta Toyota and dealt with Jimmie Wilson. Jimmie and the team made it very easy to make a deal as all was done via the phone. Upon showing up, the selected vehicle was waiting for my wife and I to view with the papers ready to go with no suprises. The only snafu was on my part as I may have failed to mention we were interested in a vehicle with a bench seat rather captain chairs for the second row. Upon mentioning this, the team went to work to rectify my mistake and immediately found other vehicles that matched. Overall it was the EXACT experience we were looking for. No run arounds, no nonsesne just down to brass tax. Will defiantly be purchasing our next Toyota from Marietta Toyota!!!!

I recently purchased a 2014 Toyota 4-runner limited from Marietta Toyota. The whole experience was great from the moment I stepped in the door to driving my car off the lot. I have to say my salesmen John Maddox was top notch. I came into the dealership with certain must haves on a 4runner and he searched until he found that right car for me. I would send anyone I know to Marietta Toyota who is looking for a car and specifically send them John s way. Without John Maddox I would not me driving my brand new 4runner.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! You will get awful service and they will cut corners to fix repairs.They didn't include the adhesive to keep my windshield attached to my car. If I would've had the slightest hit, my windshield could've fallen out. When I spoke to BJ Hope, the GM, he said he didn't stand behind the work he does. Really? This response from a GM. How can you trust a company where the GM doesn't even stand behind? He offered no solution.

Took the time to understand my needs and went the extra mile to meet them,by keeping my car overnight..and loaning me a rental until the problem was resolved.
I've been coming here once a month for the past 9 months for the Takata airbag recall. I Appreciate that they give me a new rental everytime, but the service is always slow and rude. I'm glad to finally say that I picked up my car this evening and will NEVER BE coming back. Vehicles are expensive and when we purchase one we arn't just purchasing the car, but we are purchasing and making the commitment to put up with the service that follows. I will not spend thousands of dollars again to work with a company that is going to basically spit in my face and lie to me every time I have a legitament problem with the vehicle they sold me.
Had to take my car in to be serviced for an unknown sound that hasn t been resolved. My review is towards the rental department. I was told my car was covered I was asked if I wanted to added Additional insurance coverage for 19.96 for the day I agreed since at the time I was under assumption I will only have the car for 1 day and said yes I ll cover ONE DAY ONLY which turned out to be over a week. When checking out they said I had a $196 balance due I asked why they said that I had insurance per day I told them I didn t agree to multiple days only ONE. They said they cannot provide a refund on insurance an associate in service department that was assisting me on trying to make the difference but to me it should have been brought to my attention that you have to go back to the service center and tell them you don t want to add additional days which If i was told I would have done that. It seems like there should be a system when customers need to keep the car longer than a day that they call and ask if you want to add it for the remainder of having the vehicle instead of just adding it per day without your permission. I will be calling corporate in regards to not being fully informed of this policy which causes a huge inconvenience
Absolutely loved my car buying experience at Marietta Toyota!!! Javier was so helpful and so friendly and the financing end of everything went smoothly. They listened to my needs and budget and got my payments where I needed them to be and the interest rate where I needed it to be! I would definitely reccomend buying a car from Marietta Toyota. Last week we were looking to buy a 2018 4Runner . Mr. Robert Glover has help us. we had the most pleasent experience with Mr. Glover he made it so easy and painless for us he had to order the color that I wanted and it was ready before the date he promises ,He had all the paper work ready for us and even he stayed 1/2 hour after closing to finish every thing for us. We are so happy to meet him and so glad that we went with him. We are recommend any one who wants to buy a car go with him.
Brian Strickland, my service manager takes good care of me and my 2006 Toyota Matrix. The car is still running well after all these years and miles. They always explain what needs to be done and do only what is needed. It is easy to schedule appointment and the waiting room is pleasant with free wi-fi & coffee. If you're there early enough, sometimes donuts as well!

I looked around for quite a while trying to find a black on gray or black on black Tundra SR5 TRD 4x4 CrewMax, nav, running boards, spray in bed liner. I ended up finding one at Bowling Green Toyota in Kentucky. I saw a very similar truck at Marietta Toyota (local to me). Was actually a slightly less expensive MSRP (no safety and convenience package). I contacted their internet sales department and explained the deal that the Kentucky dealer was offering, and the salesmen chuckled and said "we don't discount Tundras. Maybe $500-$1,000, or whatever the rebate is that month, but no discounts". Well, after hearing that, I went ahead and proceeded with the purchase in Kentucky. On the way to get the truck, Marietta Toyota called back and asked if I was still going to KY to get the truck. I told them yes, I was in route to go pick it up as we spoke. He sounded a little shocked I was actually going to KY to save a good amount of cash versus buying local and paying ALOT more. If you are in the market for a new Toyota, I highly suggest you look out of state. The Atlanta area dealers not only have worse pricing, but their doc fees are substantially higher as well. I also noticed most Atlanta dealers, including Marietta Toyota, pre-load their cars with "paint protection" or "carpet guard" profit enhancement gimmicks. It's not even a reasonable add on price either... All-in-all, I saved $4,200 by NOT buying a truck at Marietta Toyota. Out of curiosity, I looked at their online inventory just now, and they still have that same Tundra almost 2 months later. I feel sorry for who(m)ever over pays for it.... I gave them 3 stars in stead of 1 as laughable as their comments were about not discounting Tundras, they were polite and were also one of the few Atlanta area dealers who actually followed up on a sales lead. Still, buy elsewhere and save some money.
I trust them with my 15 year old Tundra. She runs fabulous thanks to the great care they always provide!

I went in for an alinement to get my steering wheel straight. I basically paid for no reason and just came out of the shop with the same problem. I called again but they said they couldn t reach the person who set me up so she said leave a message for him, and I did and he never called me back.

Extremely disappointed in the service here. I purchased a set of oem wheels and was in the process of getting tires. Showed them two other Toyota dealerships within 30 miles radius that s offering great deals on tires. They couldn t figure out how those stores were getting the discount since all Toyota order from the same warehouse. I went and got my tires down the street at Discount Tires for less than the price match ( not sure how they pulled it off, but they have my business for life and long term referrals). Please remove your false price match offer! If you can t match another Toyota dealer, no need to offer this deal as there are many other businesses that will proudly match. THANKS DISCOUNT TIRES! Saved me a 30 minute drive

Andrew Austin, in Finance, worked hard to get is the best deal possible and was open and honest. Very friendly. We will definitely return for future car purchases and hope to work with both of them.
Great customer service! In and out for my 30k inspection in a reasonable time. Staff was friendly and waiting area clean and accomodating. I normally go to another service center on Thornton but the service and wait time was not satisfactory.

I came to get an oil change. The staff was friendly and efficient. It took less than an hour which is much better than Dave Edwards Toyota in Spartanburg, SC where I used to go when I lived there. Much better experience than what I had in the past with Toyota.

Our buying experience from this Toyota Dealerhip has been awesome. Mr. Fred Yaple, the Sales consultant has been great. He made sure that we are comfortable with our choice and explained to us everything from the use of the car to service. No pressure. The account manager, Mr. Andrew Austin is ok... haha. JK...He was equally helpful too. Overall, it was actually quite a fun experience.

My wife saw a vehicle there (used car lot) she was intrested in. We went and she was met by Roderick( real professional) who quickly showed her the vehicle of her intrest. My wife shifted her attention to another vehicle to which we test drove and wound up getting. Look, I've been buying used cars off and on since the 80's and have NEVER felt this comfortable and at ease about the used car buying experience. From our sales guy Roderick, to the finance manager on up to the Sales Mgr.... these are some respectable gentleman.

My wife and I always get treated well there. Prices are competitive and it's genuine Toyota parts so that's always a plus. When my wife got brakes done, Jon printed the coupons to provide a discount for both axles. Never feel pressured into doing a service. The waiting room does get kinda cold sometimes.
I had an easy & happy time scheduling my first appointment thanks to Mary. She was a joy to speak with & very helpful. Steve greeted me as I arrived & was incredibly polite. He even helped push my baby in the stroller so I could carry my sleeping toddler! Five star service all around!!!

I went to the Marietta Toyota Service Center yesterday after making an appointment the night before to get my AC fixed in my Corolla. I arrived early & quickly was not pleased that I had to wait before an adviser attended to me. Then he checked me in only to come get me a few minutes later. He came to me saying he hadn't read my appointment service request earlier & that the technicians who work on ACs would be leaving in 20 minutes so they couldn't help me today but I could come back Wed. before 3p since the next day (today) was a holiday. I am highly disappointed that though I made an appointment I was turned away without prior notice & only an apology for wasting my time. Though I had a good first experience & this location is close to my residence, I will no longer give my money to this facility. They should have written notification that certain services cannot be handled after a certain time instead I was given a text notification that my appointment was confirmed. I wasted my time going over there only to be turned away without even my car being inspected. I am highly disappointed & will be telling those that I know about this horrible experience. The icing on the cake was when I called to speak to the manager after leaving the "appointment" only to get Jon's voicemail. I will not be going to Marietta Toyota again.

I was offered a courtesy car for a recall but times for picking up and dropping off there was no one there at the counter. Waited approximately 20 minutes each time for someone to show. Cashier was unprofessional and rude. Although I have had good experiences in the past have dealt with the dealership for many years. I certainly hope management can address these issues.

Worst experience when I call to finance department and also getting the registration tags. No one responds and directly going to voice mail. I a trying to reach them from a week.

I would rate them a zero if I could. My son went there after seeing their advertised price for a new Corolla. When he asked them for a detailed breakdown of their pricing, they actually refused. Luckily my son walked out of the dealer. We ended up buying a car from Cobb County Toyota, they not only provided a detailed breakdown before my son went there, the price ended up being slightly lower than their original quote. Avoid Marietta Toyota and try Cobb County Toyota instead.

I always take my car in here. Now, I live on the other side of town and still will drive to have my car serviced here! The service is great; it is not always the fastest, but it is ALWAYS thorough. Pricing is very fair, but most importantly to me, the team is HONEST. They will go over everything with you and even find things you never knew about (on my last visit, I unknowingly had a nail in my front tire and they patched it for me). They will never push you to do/agree with things you aren't comfortable with, and they will give you feedback so you can budget things that eventually will need to be completed for future visits. Schedule an appointment because the dealership can get busy, set the time aside, and you will not be disappointed!

Got in at 10:55 for an 11:30 AM appointment and still didn't get the car back until 12:45 PMish; it then had to go back TWICE because of oil marks on the side of the car; it shouldn't have had to happen at all if they just did a three second review of the exterior of the car;

Well I understand our highly skeptical society, and trust I am CEO of that group, I read reviews and even root our the "fake" ones. And despite whatever you may have read about Marietta Toyota my experiences have been nothing but positive from check in to check out, even taking less time that what was projected. Hence in a time in a world where customer service doesn't exist and businesses are forever trying to "pick" a customers pocket know that some are trying to be more civilized in trying to earn a buck and I've found Marietta Toyota thus far to be that dealership!
