My experience with Toyota of Marietta was amazing from the time I got there until I drove off the lot with my car. Everyone there was very friendly and made sure I was getting five star quality service. I personally worked with the salesman Jimmie Wilson. Jimmie was very patient with this being my first car. He made sure he explained everything throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a car to visit here.

About a month ago I scheduled a pick up/drop off appointment online for my husband's Highlander. After a lot of back and forth with the service rep and the service supervisor, I was told I did not have a valet appointment even though the website allowed me to schedule it. The supervisor (Steven) explained it was glitch on the website and that it had been fixed so no one else would have an issue. Steven went above and beyond to accommodate my appointment as originally planned. I was appreciative and although it was a frustrating situation, I thought I would give them another try for my recently purchased Prius.

Fast forward to last week on Wednesday, I scheduled an appointment online for my car. I requested a pick up/drop off and it asked me to confirm the address for both. When I got my reminder call on Friday, I asked what time someone would be there to pick up the car. That representative gave me the same spiel about there only being a certain amount of valet appointments each day and that they aren't scheduled online (even though it is an option on the website and Steven told me that issue had been fixed). The rep's response was "If you have already gone through this once, why would you do it again?" I responded by telling her that her boss told me last time that this shouldn't be an issue anymore. I had her cancel my appointment and took my vehicle to Cobb County Toyota. I left a voicemail for Steven on Friday. It's been a week without a response.

My wife and I came here to test drive and buy a car. Jay, who showed us the car was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job. After the test drive, he called his manager to meet us and that s when everything went south. The manager was extremely rude and refused to give us a price that evening. I don t think he believed us when we told him we were ready to buy (we were first timers buyers and new to this as well). We bought the same car at another dealership the next day. That manager really needs to work on his customer service and understand that not everyone just cares about prices but the other things matter as well!

Update to my post! The sales transaction was fine, the office responsible for sending in the paperwork for my Tag is not fine. When my Temporary tag was about to expire and I still hadn t received any information I called the dealership to inquire and they hadn t even sent it in yet. They were going to expedite the processing and called me to tell me to go to the Tag office personally to get my Tag. I went through process and was informed they had not received the appropriate paperwork (apparently it was sent back because it was missing information). I contacted the dealership again and was told that it may have mistakenly been sent priority mail instead of overnight. I am writing this because when I call I can t get In touch with anyone type of superviser and keep getting re-routed to the same voicemail. Can t really drive my car because Tag is a month expired, this is the only way I have to voice my frustration

My experience was forgetful. But, that's the way I like it. Usually, if you remember a car repair, something went wrong. Marietta Toyota repaired my new car for free (under warranty) and they were very nice about it. Listen, you want a Toyota because they last a long time. But, every now and then something might go wrong. There's no other place to take your Toyota. Sure, wait times sometimes are a little long but that's what happens when you're the best. Grab a snickers while you wait.

We had to place a special order to get the desired Interior and Exterior colors. The lifetime warranty on the power train is an added bonus. Great team.

I bought A brand new van in July for my cleaning business from this dealer. I brought it in for service last week, and today when I go check on my van all my cleaning equipment and my machines are gone! The dealer tells me it is not their responsibility! And are brushing me off.
Terrible customer experience from this dealer!!!

Hands down for Samuel Ordonez the best Sale Closer. My girlfriend checked the car today and I know she had million questions.As always she couldn't make her mind about the car BUT SaM made sure to follow up with her couple of times during the same day then she decided to go back to the dealership and close the deal.Once we get there he was very helpful he already prepared all the paperwork that we needed including the Carfax report and the car was double detail for her which is actually very big thing for us during this pandemic event. He offered us snacks and drinks which was super helpful to push the ATP for our brains. Samuel was just so amazing so if you guys wanna buy a car definitely visit Toyota Marietta and ask for only Samuel if you want to taking care of the best way that you can ever have.

Marietta Toyota has always treated me well. I have a 2011 RAV4 which I purchased there and which they have serviced ever since. I feel they have treated me well, been fair with me and have never "hoodwinked" me into a repair that was not needed. My service advisor of choice, Terry, is a no-nonsense, straight up guy, and over the years I have been able to build trust in his opinion as he has never "steered" me in a direction I was not comfortable nor given me a "rush act" to make a decision. Additionally, Terry has let me know about repair issues that will be coming up in the future (i.e., "you're going to need tires in about another X amount of miles so you should start thinking about it). Additionally, they have always met the date/time they promised the repair to be completed - or contacted me and explained why the time would not be met. The service payment department has always been, quick, efficient and polite. I am pleased with Marietta Toyota and am happy to recommend them.

I made an appointment to test drive RAV4 XLE's, and stated on the phone call that I wanted to see one with leather (even if it was a XLE Premium) and one with cloth interior. When I got there, another salesman took over and it was clear that he only cared about making a sell, and not about selling me the right car. He was trying to get me to sign a contract within 5 minutes of entering the building, and he never even showed me a single car. I was quite irritated because I specified that I wanted to drive at least 2 when I made the appointment. I also asked to see them while we were talking, and he responded "You have seen one before right? They are all the same." He gave me the run around instead of answering my questions, then acted offended when I was not comfortable signing the contract. Ultimately, I left and bought a car from Nalley Toyota of Roswell.

I paid extra for the warranty program, free oil changes, tire rotations, etc. up to 70,000 miles, yet my car only has 53,000 miles and the service department said I'm not eligible for any more free oil changes... I paid extra for the platinum warranty and feel as if I've been shafted.

Great place to buy a car especially for your first car! I loved this place and will be back. Fred Yaple was the one to help me and the process was easy and not stressful at all. The finance manager that helped me was Andrew and he made my little credit stretch for a brand new car. Awesome place to visit I definitely recommend!!

First, Let me say that I am about the pickiest person you'd ever want to meet. That being said, I bought a Toyota Tundra from the team at Marietta Toyota.
Sylvester worked with me initially, Stephen Higham then picked up the ball the following week when Sylvester was busy. When I finally decided to buy, Allen Kell picked up the ball when Sylvester and Stephen were off work. it was a very positive experience and I felt the sales team was more interested in what I wanted than simply 'making a sale.'
I understand that Marietta Toyota does pay their sales associates on a salary instead of a purely commission based system. I think this benefits the customer in lower sales pressure and a more cooperative sales team.
I love my truck, I enjoyed the experience and I plan on buying my next car there too.

That being said... for the Management, You cost them a star.
DO NOT admonish, counsel or correct staff in front of customers! I was absolutely horrified and humiliated for a sales rep where I was sitting. A Sales manager came back to his desk where he was working and 'spoke with him' in front of me. I felt it was very unprofessional. I considered leaving in the middle of the sale.

This service center is so thorough and fast. They email reminders when it s time for an oil change and they have a shuttle that will take you somewhere if you don t want to wait. Everyone I ve dealt with has been really nice. I highly recommend!

Dealership and I went back and forth some as we worked out a deal, but everyone was very professional and happy to help me through my process.

I think buyers are so wary of dealers, and it's such a large purchase, that it tends to sour quickly. These guys did a great job of handling our negotiation courteously.

I'm new to this Toyota service team. Previously had my car services at Avondale Toyota in AZ ( last 6 years). This Toyota service department is smaller than I've experienced and that don't wash your vehicle. Mr. Brian Kessler was courteous and professional. He checked my previous services performed in AZ and he explained to me the service being performed here. I hope to be able to have Mr. Kessler as my service manager in the future. In my experience, it's important to develop a bond with one service manager, so as to become familiar with that person. My service experience was good, the waiting was long, but I expected that. My experience with Marietta Toyota was amazing. Rick Knoll customer service was truly exceptional. He greeted us in a kindly manner from the moment we walked on the lot. I explained to Rick what I wanted and what my husband and I budgeted for. The process didn't seem very long at all; maybe because Rick made us feel like we've known each other for years. The sales staff was great, but after the sale they needed to perform the quality check on various things on the vehicle. We were allowed to take the vehicle home for the weekend and return it so they could perform the inspection. We picked up the vehicle Monday afternoon and was told everything checked out and we were good to go. Once getting home we found power steering fluid leaking from the vehicle and discovered that this dealer overfilled the power steering reservoir thus leaking fluid all over the engine compartment. I contacted the dealer and told them what I discovered and was told to bring it back in and they would address it, my trust was already gone by this point by seeing other fluids not topped off such as wiper fluid ....etc. The min and max level was clearly labeled but disregarded obviously and filled the reservoir to the top. Oil life reset was not performed after I was told an oil change was done, windshield wiper fluid level was empty, therefore I seriously questioned what was ever done. Julian and the finance representative gave us great service and very personable but the service dept has lost my trust and therefore my lost business.

Today I received several calls from Marietta Toyota rental department, and the calls were about a car rental. I previously left a couple messages about a loaner. I had an appointment last week for services to be done, but one of my services I had to reschedule due to the rental area was taking so long to give me a loaner. I finally did a call back to reschedule my service, and I included in the message to the car rental department about a loaner, and I ve received several calls from Marietta Toyota saying we don t have loaners we don t do those we don t know what that is we only do car rentals. I ve been going to Marietta Toyota for over a year, and not by choice, but I ve always got a loaner especially if my services is going to take some hours, but the guy in the rental department wanted to go back-and-forth with me about we don t use the term loaner we only use the term car rental, and I spoke with Alex last week he mentioned a loaner, and he told me to contact the rental department and let them know that I need a loaner of the day of my service, and that s what I did. Since I wasn t able to get to anyone in the rental department. I went to Marietta Toyota car rental scheduling so that I can at lease save a car for myself the day of my appointment. I mentioned a loaner, and several people in the service department mention loaners that s where I got the word from I didn t just pull the word out of thin air. I m so sick of Marietta Toyota. I decided to just wait for my vehicle to get detailed, it s just not worth it going back-and-forth with someone over which word is correct, and how things are supposed to go when you re getting your car service. I ve never saw the guy before, he s African-American, and also ignorant! As a matter fact he was ignorant last week when I was getting Service done, and I told him I was in line for a loaner, but he told me someone else was in front of me, and then he proceeded to call out the person that was supposed to be in front of me, but they never answered, and then he finally said hey Miss Phillips. I m ready for you, and I told him it s OK! I cancel because y all were taking entirely too long. Whatever guy he called that was supposed to been in front of me never answered, and he also called the person, and he never answered over the phone, which I find funny because I was already standing in line behind another customer, but I was told to go sit down until it s my turn. I cannot stand the way Marietta Toyota do things just so unorganized! Lets not forget the Caucasian lady that sits behind the desk for checkout with all the unprofessional tattoos on her left arm some older Caucasian lady, she checked me out last week, and of course she was being unprofessional. I asked her about the windshield wiper pricing, and she got an attitude about it. I only asked her about the pricing, because I wanted to make sure the coupon that I had matched the pricing that I m supposed to be paying the day of my service. I m not sure why she had the attitude, she had me standing in line, and no one was in front of me, she wasn t speaking to any employees, she was just sitting behind the desk just letting me stand there in line. I just stood there, and shook my head because I m not surprise! However, out of everything Alex in services was very helpful, and very professional, and Alex I appreciate your professionalism, and I thank you for being fast and swift with my service. I hope this feedback help anyone that goes to Marietta Toyota. PS...I don t need anyone from Marietta Toyota to contact me or offer me anything. Check the people y all continue to hire! All I can hope is that my exterior detail cleaning goes well, including my complementary vacuum. I do hope that I don t have a problem come next week, but it is Marietta Toyota! The dealership that hire people with they eyes closed! Anytime an employee is comfortable moving unprofessionally, that means that the company can care less what their employees do

This is our 2nd purchase from this dealership (for 2018 tacoma). Sad to say, our experience has not been pleasant unlike the first purchase (2017 corolla). The finance manager was very unorganized. He made us come back 2 times for paperworks he forgot for us to sign. No respect for our time. Always hurrying up. And when we ask him to return our call, just to make sure that he was there when we arrive, he Never return our call. Missing the Fred Yaple/Andre Austin team.

I had a great experience. I was greeted by Steve who was very pleasant and extremely helpful. While I was there for routine maintenance, I had a problem with one tire in which I easily could have been sold new tires. Instead, Steve very graciously took care of the problem with no cost to me.
