They were AWESOME! We have been screwed by so many people but everyone we worked with was honest and negotiable. They did a great job and will definitely be back in the future!

I felt very comfortable going to Marietta Toyota for service. They were courteous and didnt try to upsell me.
6/2/2020 - Another great service visit at Marietta Toyota. This place is awesome. Had my vehicle serviced within an hour of arrival. Busy but efficient!
-------
Needed to have a funny vibration checked out and brought my suv in to get it checked out. Turns out the previous place had not balanced the tires appropriately (again). They had my vehicle ready and riding smooth again quickly. Will only get it serviced ay Marietta Toyota from now on! Great people great service!
Great experience. Very quick and professional service.
Only driving my brother to pick up a car. His first time there and had been recommended to use the service department. He was happy with the results.
John Thomas @ Service is the best, need help with something make sure you ask for him. Every time I/we need something we call John because we know he will be more then happy to help us on anything.
*****John Thomas*****
Bought my second Toyota Camry from Marietta Toyota in as many years. The staff is very friendly and greeted us as we came in to shop. Fred Yaple took good care of us and we negotiated a very satisfactory deal to both sides. I have enjoyed our experience and would recommend this dealer.
Received excellent service from Jimmy Wilson. He was courteous and fully explained features on new 2018 CAMRY. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
Nice service and great people. Always first choice!
Very profetional very happy with customer service thank you so much!!
Used Marietta Toyota 3 - 4 times now and service has been consistent, professional, and I have had no issues with my vehicle post maintaince.
Would suggest to anyone needing work in the Marietta area. Also has free shuttle service.
Jimmie Wilson was great to work with and made the process easy! He was very diligent about following up and answering questions. I was referred to him by a friend and would not hesitate to send others. Overall, this was a much better experience than some other dealers I have come across in the past.
Software update very quickly free rental car all covered by warranty
We had a Good experience with Marietta Toyota. John Maddox did a wonderful job in finding the right car which suits our budget.
I feel confident with the service of my car at Marietta Toyota.
Hank Brown was my salesman and he was very respectable. He listened to my needs and wants and he provided me with excellent service. I would do business with him again.
Mr. Jimmie Wilson made the whole transaction of leasing a new car from Toyota a wonderful experience. He was always very personable, knowledgeable of his product, and listened to what I needed in my vehicle as far as features to make me happy while working within my budget. Mr. wilson and the team at Toyota made my leasing experience totally enjoyable.Yes I would refer a friend and or realative to this dealership and Mr. Wilson to purchase or lease their next vehicle.....
Brian Kessler, Service Advisor, is excellent. I always request him by name. A friend's recommendation got us to try Marietta Toyota, and Brian Kessler is what keeps us coming back. I wish he also sold cars-- I'd buy from him too!
Very friendly staff. I would say make an appointment though because there were about 20 people ahead of me and the wait was long for tire rotation.
Jon Thomas had always been our contact on both our car and pickup. He's prompt, informative and easy to work with. He makes the excellent service even better
Super casual and no pressure, I mean no pressure at all. Literally the best experience buying a car I've ever had. Also I was in and out the door with a new car in approx 90 mins. Great place, highly recommend!
My Story - After 11 years with my Honda Ridgeline truck and only 143,000 miles, I decided to step into a world that I hated. "Purchasing a new vehicle for me!" In the last 4 years I have purchased 4 vehicles for my family and consistently the process I hated. If you know about Net Promoter Scores, you will understand why buying new or used cars are horrid at best.
I signed up again for online Consumer Reports for unbiased reviews and what a great source with detailed information on new vehicles. With the online service, CR confirmed that I wanted to move to a mid-size SUV. For 2018 the top spot went to the Toyota Highlander. I was able to request general quotes for the CR site.
I first set up an appointment with a dealership in Roswell and the internet sales person had another appointment on the property when I arrived. I waited 25 minutes and left. I was not going to waste my time.
So I called the second dealership and I believe I found the "BEST" New Car Professional in my life - Aaron Pittman! I drove over to the Marietta Toyota dealership and met him in person. I controlled the conversation with eight things that I wanted from him and the dealership during my selection process.
Here were several of the guidelines that I espoused to him: 1- I wanted him to earn my respect of him by listening to my way of doing business. 2 - Call me back if I leave you a message not call me. 3 - No calls/emails from the Sales Manager. 4 - The process will take at least a month. 5 - Know that I would ask a lot of questions. There were more guidelines that I didn't list; however, if he followed these guidelines he would have more than a 75% chance of getting the sell. He earned my business. However it was not easy -----------------
I went to the dealership 5 or 6 times to look at colors, models, drive the vehicle, understand all the options and take my family at different times.
The process to purchase the vehicle followed exactly as I expected.
Aaron is a phenomenal young man who listens to the customer. He epitomizes "Selling with a Nobel Purpose" by Lisa McLeod.
So after a month, I committed, Aaron created the sales sheet with all the pricing. Their motto was a hometown dealership was that they would "Beat or Match" any other quotes. I got to do it twice with the Sales Manager - David. He DIDN'T do it. The price was the price. His attitude was condescending at best and I witnessed more than once outside of his office. I almost walked out of the dealership because of David but Aaron's professionalism kept me in the office to do business. I experienced how rude he was to the sales team in the office as well. He represented why NPS are so low for this industry. This is reason I gave the dealership 3 stars. Aaron gets 7 stars plus.
Finally my last part of the sales process was with Jeremy in Finance. He too was very professionally and respectful. The process went incredibly well and better than I thought. Jeremy receives 5 stars.
I am enjoying the vehicle and I gained a new friend in Aaron. The family dealership is lucky to have such a fine young man on their payroll. I wish him continued success with the challenges he is exposed to daily with the corner office.
Jon Thomas is a tremendous service department employee. His attitude, helpfulness, and willingness to go the extra mile for me and I m sure other customers, reflects incredibly well on Marietta Toyota. Makes me want to be a customer for life.
It was a nice experience being my first time there for oil change. It didn t take long and the lounge was warm. Though slightly expensive, it compensates for the good work. I ll always go there for oil change.
Thanks
Brian Kessler is the best service representative that I have ever used. He is efficient and economical with me, which I appreciate. His advice is always accurate, and he goes the extra mile to make me happy.
I was ready to purchase a car. Salesmen guy was great. The person dealing with financing did not listen to my request. He kept trying to finance my purchase at a much interest rate.
Best place to buy a new car very friendly and no haggling
I was able to get a same-day appointment to change the dead battery on my Prius. The staff was very kind and courteous, especially Fred, who I had not interacted with before. I was grateful that I could pick up my care that day, and Fred even took the time to pressure wash it for me. Very good experience, and will definitely be back.
Service was streamlined with no excess waiting at any point! Very happy with my experience for servicing.
GREAT SERVICE ON MY RAV 4. BRIAN WAS EXCELLENT. ALONG WITH COMPETENT. HE WAS FUNNY. SERVICE IN A TIMELY MANNER! THANKS !
Aaron was our salesman he was 5 Star. Jerry who completed the finance paperwork 5 Star. The sales manager didn t obviously understand my request which soured my experience 3 star. I will recommend buyers to Marietta Toyota simply because everyone has a different experience.
My wife and I had a wonderful, stress free purchasing our first car with Rick Knoll through the Costco auto purchasing program. I highly recommend this program through Marietta a Toyota! Great experience.
A+ rating for me from the 1st minute we walked in. No pressure and went above and beyond to make us happy.
The staff here always makes you feel welcome. Ask for Brian or Terry.
I completely enjoyed my experience of purchasing a vehicle here. Fred M. was not pushy, insistent, demanding which I really appreciated. He was honest and didn't pressure me but listened to my concerns, needs and wants. While I had other salesmen from other dealerships calling me and leaving messages multiple times and emailing to win the business... I felt comfortable enough to call Fred who was patient with me and provided utmost respect. Thanks for your help, integrity, and patience! ... and the great vehicle!
As always the Marietta location exceeded service expectations. They provided me an honest assessment of what my Tacoma needed and then competed the work same day. They even provided a loaner vehicle! Jon is the best!!
I haven't been to Marietta Toyota in years but do to a recent Toyota purchase Im using them again for service. First off this place has grown since my last visit.
They have really expanded in a good way. They have always treated me right in the past and this time was no different. I was greeted by a nice young man that lead me to my service Mgr. Scott B that took great care of me, Really nice guy.Said it would be about 1.5 hours and it only took an hour so not to bad. Waiting room was nice and clean with refreshments. Work was done in a timely and professional manner so good job Marietta Toyota! See you for my next service! Thanks
Service was great they always take care of me the only thing is the cashier had a real attitude for no reason she was very short and not smiling at all I ve been a long time customer and customer service goes a long way
Eric and the rest of the team we re fantastic to work with! We re so pleased with our new Camry!!
Went there for an oil change. Service was ok, took 1.5 hours to finish
A wonderful experience with the sales team especially Fred. Unfortunately the finance people were more concerned with making commissions on the extended warranty products than providing customer service. We were totally misled on the final price and tried to change it when we compared the figures to a friends purchase within 2 hours. Be very careful when dealing with Roberto and make sure you are aware of the exact price you are paying. There is no recourse and buyer beware..
Not only does our service department, parts department, state of the art collision center and rental department treat you like Royalty!!! But it is better in Marietta for sure! Marietta Toyota is also an amazingly awesome please to work! I am one of our Preowned Salesmanger s here at Marietta Toyota! Keep up the great work team! And please folks tell your friend s and family all about us on Spacebook!!!!
Always treated great not like others dealers at all it's a family with family values but still big enough for a good selection great people
Fred was wonderful to work with. Top class service and an overall joy.
These guys were great....I got there at 7 am and was out of there by 9:30 am w a brake job and the recall done...would recommend to anyone
Brian was wonderful. He remembered me from previous visits. I felt that he went above and then some to make sure I was happy. Thank you again Brian
Great costumer service! Answered all my questions. Justin was awesome!
Car buying nightmare from HELL! I came into Marietta Toyota to purchase a 2017 Camry. I already had an approved loan through Capital one which I was currently using for my 2010 Camry. Capital one had advised me that if I wanted to keep my 2010 they would also finance my 2017 but since I had no need to drive to cars I did a trade in. My loan was for $25,000 so that was enough to cover my balance and the new car. Keep in mind my loan for the 2010 was only in my name which I have proof of. Everything went good until about 2 weeks later when I realize they had scammed an extra $302.07 from me. The loan amount included my pay off amount but two days after a payment was token out of my account. I called Capital one because I thought that would be something on their end but they told me that Marietta Toyota knew that a payment was coming out and shouldn t have included that amount in my contract. So, this is when the nightmare started I called Marietta Toyota about my payment then they tell me that the title has two people name on it. I said that is not true because the loan is in my name and it should only be in my name. They told me when I refinanced my car Capital One never made a new title. That has nothing to do with me. That s when the phone calls began and they wanted me to commit forgery. A guy by the Kerry Westbrooks called me about the title. He said that he wanted me to come in and pick the title up and take it to the tag and title office in College Park, forge the other person s signature which I have on recording and just tell them that he is out of the country. As I kept telling everybody who called me. I have no clue where this guy is. I haven t talked to him since 2011, I didn t even know he was still on the title. Capital one never gave me a problem. He also called Ricky Gilbert and Ann Mims in the office to put more pressure on me to forge a signature. They even typed a letter had it notarize before I even read it by an employee B. Houze which I will be reporting her to Superior Court of Notary. That is prohibited to notarize a letter without them actually seeing the person and verifying their identity. So that day I said sure I would because I was being pressured by all 3 employees. They said they will never know just sign his name. I told them just give me my car back. They then told me we can t do that. We sold it. I said what, ok. I then left and called a lawyer. She told me don t do that it s against the law, just get your car back. So, I then waited for them to call me and said just come pick the title up I don t feel comfortable signing another person signature on a title. I will sign my name but that s it. So I went back into the office 4/19/2017. That s when more pressure and threats came. They called Kenny Westbrooks the master minder of it all, general manager, Ricky Gilbert, and Ann Mims. They basically said so you re not going to help us and sign the name. I said no. Then they presented me with a generic letter from and attorney by the name of Keith A. Meador, threating me that I have 10 days to sign the other person signature or they are taking my car. Then Ann Mims yells at me and says We can take the car right now I responded take the car then but I want my old car back. She said that s not possible it has been sold. The way I have been treated is ridiculous. They should not be allowed to work in this type of field. They need to all be in jail. I can t believe they really want me to commit forgery or threaten taking my car. I told Capital one what they plan on doing and they said they owe them money if they even attempt to take my car. I am going to report them to every agency possible. They owe me an apology and my money back ASAP!!
Our Toyota Camry is one day old today. My wife Janet has never owned a new car. We decided to rectify that problem.
I literally spent months researching and visiting and calling dealerships that sold mid- size sedans. I really was amazed at the questionable antiquated misleading tactics I experienced.
Until I ran across Rick Knoll of Marietta Toyota. I have purchased numerous new vehicles in my lifetime. Never have I had as straightforward, honest and fair experience
as i experienced during this purchase. I know I walked away with a fair deal on an excellent product.
Rick is a real pro as well as dedicated to pleasing the customer.
I used to consider new car purchase as pleasant as visiting a dentist.
Thanks to Rick Knoll and the crew at Marietta Toyota my view has completely changed. I would recommend them to everyone.
Ed Draper
Thanks Jimmie for all your help! Appreciate you and Roberto being so kind and straightforward to a girl walking into a dealership getting my new car! Will definitely be back to Marietta Toyota!
This is my second car purchase from Marietta Toyota. I have had 2 great experiences buying a car from Marriott at Toyota. I would recommend buying a car from them.
Excellent service and information from Robert and Jeremy today Helping me purchase my new Prius. Robert took so much time to orient me to all of features that were new to me. Jeremy knew everything we needed to know about financing. Great customer service!
Always very friendly and accommodating. They always go over everything they are doing in detail and don t do unnecessary maintenance.
Everyone was very nice professional and very courteous
Great service with getting me and my wife our new car
Got my first car here by Ric Frazier at Marietta Toyota. Love my car and fast and easy transaction. Great first experience buying my first car.
Broken part found
Light not connected
Missing cover plates on kick plates
I purchased a new car from them. I asked for two things. Heated seats and remote start. I took it home to find no remote start... Now they want to charge me an additional fee to install it. I like the car, but they have bad customer service.
I brought my car in for first 5000 mile service
It's just an inspection no oil change. Staff was courteous.
People were nice enough, however it did take almost an hour and a half just for oil change. Seems like a bit long for that. My car was also quite dirty on the inside after they were finished. Mainly just grease on the steering wheel and shifter, would have been nice to have them wipe off when they are finished. Will go to the sandy springs location next time
Marietta is easy to deal with and prompt in getting my car in and out of the shop. I ve been dealing with them since 2010.
My experience today was verry good
My service advisor was very helpful snd honest
Eric Robinson and Roberto Manzur were extremely helpful in my very stressful situation. I would recommend them both. Great personal skills and overall humanity.
What an awesome experience at the dealership!!! Tom, Nic exemplified courtesy, professionalism and enthusiasm throughout!! The finance manager worked wonders to ensure that my monthly payments encompassed the most comprehensive coverage for the vehicle. They've ultimately given me peace of mind and were tremendous
We went in to purchase a new car for my wife. We were greeted by Morris Mega (Sales associate) who was immediately attentive and helpful answering all of our questions. We eventually decided on a new 2019 Carolla. The service was excellent and very quick. We knew what we wanted so were able to get in and get out within about an hour. Overall it was a great experience.
After inquiring about a new Tacoma online, I was contacted by a sales rep. The rep informed of a $5,000 discount off the MSRP as well as multiple vin # s to view multiple trucks that were in stock. A short time later, I was contacted by Malachi (different sales rep). I explained to Malachi that I had spoken to a representative from Marietta Toyota already and would be coming to the dealership shortly to test drive. He told me that he d be the sales person meeting me and that as a TRZu CAR dealership, I d get the best price for truck as well as an additional $1,000 discount from the dealership. After going inside to do the paperwork, a sales manager comes back to the desk with a breakdown of the cost. This is where the deal became shady!!! The original $5,000 was taken off the MSRP, but was informed the $5,000 included the $1,000 from the dealership. No sweat, I could understand how that was a possible misunderstanding since I spoke to 2 separate reps. The shady part was the total amount was $500 more than the original quoted price. When I asked, the sales manager arrogantly says that was the cost for the window tint!! I explained that I saw the pictures of the truck online earlier and there wasn t any mention of a $500 window tint. He says Would you not have paid for tinted windows? How much would you be willing to pay for window tinting? I explained that I was given a price for the cehicle and thought it was shady that the price changed by $500 after agreeing to purchase. He says I ll take the window tint off, do t want your blood pressure to get up over $500 Was shocked the manager would act so arrogantly, until I went to the finance dept lol! My credit score is over 800, yet for a 48 month loan, the best interest rate I qualified for was 6.49!!! I explained I would just write a check and not finance. Was told the only way I could get the $5,000 off would be if I financed the truck with the dealership and made a minimum of 6 payments. The high interest rate seemed ridiculous as well as the terms! The finance manager wanted to throw me off by showing me terms for light stream, which was irrelevant seeing how my loan would be financed through Fifththird bank... while signing papers I asked to see where the contract demands me to make a minimum of 6 payments before payoff. Then the manager says It s not a demand, but we ask as a courtesy Overall, I was pleased with the sales rep Malachi. He seemed like a genuine guy. Unfortunately, due to the managers tactics, Ill never go back to MARIETTA Toyota.
I pulled into Toyota service with an ongoing complaint re: low tire pressure. diagnosed with having a nail in that tire. told service rep to replace tire. Wait time was short. Love my new tire!
It took Just over an hour for an unscheduled oil change. The service Manager checked me in & was pleasant. They could work on finding customers when car is ready - there has to be a better system than walking around yelling names. Used the WiFi to work which was great!
I bought a new Toyota Highlander from Jimmie Wilson. Jimmie was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
Tom D. and Roberto were very helping in getting my son and me in our new 2019 Corolla! We are so happy and grateful for the service we received!! Thank you Marietta Toyota!
I have been a customer of Marietta Toyota for the past 5 years. It's the best place in Cobb County (in my opinion) to get your Toyota serviced. They offer unbeatable coupons, the service staff does everything in their power to help you, and most importantly they look out for their customers. I recently had a situation with my car where my battery needed to be replaced and I was a little short. With the help of Scott, my service provider, I was given a coupon that covered the difference in the cost. It was exactly what I needed. I was so happy I could have "bear hugged" him. Thank you Scott!!
Quick service. Great communication. Reasonable prices.
I had never thought I would have bought a vehicle in another state I live in if it wasn t for my old friend Leo Bianchi. He knew every detail of the Higlander: the trims, cargo, space, technology, safety, options, warranties etc. He knows he s brand and products. I was totally convinced after a few days of going back and forward with questions. He went through and got involved in every detail of the order, pricing and financing process until the final shipping of the vehicle directly to my home in Florida. I never stepped inside the dealership.
Leo takes so much pride and integrity of he s job that he goes way beyond anybody s expectation.
Leo, thank you so much for a flawless experience. I will share my experience with everyone Know. My best wishes to Leo and Marietta Toyota.
They will not sell vehicles outside their neighbouring states since paperwork hassle (doesn't make any sense). May be owner doesn't shop online. I am sure he has Tesla, but wait a minute, isn't it online purchase only or may be he goes and picks up airline tickets personally, what a joke. Here is the best part, u can travel to the dealer from out of state but you have to pay MSRP though vehicles are discounted by 7k, just had put my phone down as spoke to a moron sales person
