This is where I purchased my vehicle and return to for all my service needs. I don't have a preference for a service advisor because the entire staff is always top notch.

I opted for a Toyota because I desired a reliable, drama free ownership experience. So far my expectations have been met. The fact that my Camry is fun to drive and turns heads is icing on the cake.

My car experience was probably different from most. I knew the car I wanted and how much I was willing to pay. Fortunately, my sales associate Lucas made this happen. From test driving to walking out the door was around 2 hours. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Just bought a brand new RAV 4 Limited AWD 2015 from Marietta Toyota. Ric Frazier, our salesman, defines the meaning of customer service. This is the second time in 4 months buying a brand new RAV 4 from Marietta Toyota. Our first car got totalled 2 months ago and Ric worked with us through the headaches of the insurance replacement process. His help was really appreciated. Props to his sales mgr, Robert Glover, Sr and even his finance guy Shannon. There is nothing I hate more than buying a car and these folks went out of their way to make it as painless a process as possible. Call Ric if you are in the market for a new Toyota....he will follow up with you and like Det. Joe Friday from Dragnet, Ric will give you "just the facts ma'am!" :-) Fred P., Sandy Springs, GA.

We stopped in on a Saturday looking to drive a few cars. We are in the early stages of looking and had never driven Toyotas, so we wanted to get a feel for the cars, get our questions answered and see what our options were. We didn't want to take up too much of his time, but we did want to establish a baseline. While we understand that salesmen work on commission, we also understand that part of sales work is building a relationship with someone who might not buy today, but will buy in the future.

Apparently the sales manager at Marietta Toyota does not understand this. He told us that Saturdays were very busy (they weren't) and that he had fewer salesmen to spare (he didn't) and that if we couldn't commit to buying a car that day, we could only drive one or two and make an appointment for the middle of the week to drive more, explaining that the salesman had a mortgage to pay. Which we assumed.

It was a cold and rainy day. We had been hit up by at least four other salesmen while waiting for ours to get keys, so clearly they were not at all as busy as he wanted us to believe. We barely saw anyone else there while we were there.

So we left. If anyone is keeping the sales guy from making his mortgage, it wasn't us. It was the sales manager that deliberately sabotaged any chance he had of selling us a car. Instead of winning a potential customer, he soured us on ever driving a Toyota.

If you're looking to drive a Toyota, you should probably be driving a Honda instead, but if you insist, go to Cobb County Toyota in Kennesaw instead, where we were in and out in 45 minutes with all our questions answered. But because of the way we had been treated at Marietta Toyota, it was hard to get excited about any of the cars we drove.

I bought my 2018 Hyundai Sonata 2.0t from this dealership 8/29/2020 and I was very pleased with the service from beginning to end. I even arrived 15 mins before they opened and they seen me right away. Blake was my salesman s and he did a great job getting me in and out. I know the process takes a longtime 3-4hr and I did let him know I had to be at work at the 3rd hour. Blake did the best he could getting me out on time. Also the finance guy was great too! Awesome conversation, Forgive me for not knowing his name. Overall the whole staff was lovely! Thankx again for helping me purchase my first car!

Marietta Toyota provided me with an awesome car buying experience. I was nervous, apprehensive and I am sure a pain at times. However, they were always patient and calm and never showed frustration when I gave them a hard time. CJ was the absolute best! He is very calming and reassuring and he is honest! He doesn t sugar coat, and he kept it real! I love my Camry and made the best decision. Miguel was a pleasure to work with as well. No High pressure sales here! Good and honest people.

We used the USAA car buying service which didn't go quite as planned but still was a useful reference and a pleasant experience. The finance manager was very accommodating and provided us with several finance options. Overall, great experience. Thank you John and Roberto!! Love the Tundra!!

Absolute waste of time... These guys are crooks, don't come here to get work done. Their prices are a joke ($300 for a headlight assembly)($900 for an alternator). They'll install a part and forget a component then CHARGE you for repairs ($300 dollar headlight). THEN insult your intelligence with bs explainations on how they mess up by saying they don't see anything wrong. Thanks for nothing guys, Merry Christmas.

This review is directly related to my sales advisor Samuel Ordonez. I bought many cars before but this time I felt like I was being taken care of. Samual from the first moment you feel comfortable. He smiles, listens and he answered all my questions Without hesitation, he showed me the car and worked on numbers with me. He made sure to follow up with me even though I left the dealership which actually made me come back and close on the deal. He was just AMAZING... I wish all the dealerships person gets trained by Samuel as a Sales Trainer. A+ customer service.

I came in this morning for my complimentary 5000 mile service, in addition I requested them to look at my rear driver-side tire because my TPMS light was on and the tire had become flat as well. While I have stickers indicating my complimentary service was performed, I highly doubt my tire was checked at all for any punctures or holes. I was told by the technician, Darryl Tiller, that there was no indication of puncture. Now, my TPMS indicator is on once again and it hasn't even been 12 hours since I took the car in. In addition, the tire has noticeably lost pressure. The paper work for the service states that the tire pressure was set and the indicator reset but clearly this job was. Or done thoroughly. I'm really disappointed in the service I have received here considering that my previous experiences have been pleasant.

Excellent service from the Service department. Dropped of my Corolla for first oil change. Turns out I had a nail in my tire as well. John in service said he will take care off it and call me when my car was done. Took about an hour. But my oil was changed and they had patched and rotated my tire for FREE! Excellent service and will definitely be back!

I arrived on time for my appointment at 1pm. The service bay was full of staff, however no one greeted me for 5 minutes (b/c I timed it), as I stood outside my car. Actually 3 different people came up, to paper my floorboard, but no one greeted or stepped up to ask if I had been helped, until Fred Matte.

He is the only reason this visit received 4 stars because the service was poor. When I returned to my vehicle, after getting my brakes done and an oil change, every item previously in my glove compartment was strewn about my passenger floorboard.

Like I said, Fred Matte is the only reason I have them 4 stars. He was excellent, explaining what was found on inspection. We had a refreshingly honest conversation about what was needed and when. I will only schedule with him, since somehow I was invisible to everyone else, if/when I return.

Marietta Service Department provided me excellent customer service. Stephen Hanna got me in and out in less than 90 minutes without an appointment. He went over everything that was done to my vehicle and made sure I was satisfied. Also, he thanked me for my military service.He went the extra mile to notice.

It was my best experience with Toyota. I was previously getting my FJ Cruiser services at another location, and my experience at Marietta Toyota far outweighed any other service experience. My Service Attendant was Marcus Waters, and he was phenomenal. I m thankful for his expertise, and professionalism. My decision to make Marietta Toyota my permanent location is solely based off my wonderful experience facilitated by Mr. Marcus Waters.

The service center staff here have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Brian and Terrance were rude, especially the cashier Lisa at the service area was very rude and uncouth to customers and I felt very uncomfortable and will not have my car serviced here again.

DO NOT GO THERE EVER!!!! I would give them 0 stars...

DO NOT GO THERE EVER!!!! I would give them 0 stars if possible. I had an appointment for service at 5 pm. Just to fill all fluids to proper level, do the inspection and reset the maintance light. I called them around 3 pm on the day of the appointment if I can come earlier and they said no problem. I came there around 3:30 and did not get done until 6 pm. Also I received a cupon in the email from them for this service. 55000 mile or 6 months service for $11.95. Tire rotation, fill all fluids to proper level, multi point inspection and reset the maintance light. Once they finished they did not want to accept the cupon because they did not rotate the tires and that was included on the cupon. Instead, they charged me $49.95. They charged me four time more because they did less work. This is a rip off. They send you cupons just to come in but then they will charge you what ever they can extra. I will never go there again.

They did not say anything about an over an hour wait when I took the car in and decided to wait since the last time i waited 30 minutes... I waited 2 hours!!!! I won t be using them again for service.

Today I had a scheduled maintenance appointment at Marietta Toyota with Brian Kessiler.
This was a 30k service which was thoroughly done by a great service crew. All my concerns were discussed and delt with to meet my satisfaction.
I was offered a loner but I passed on that offer. Good thing I did that because I only spent a little under a hour and a half in wait time for this service. Very quick and promptly sent on my way.

This place has remarkable service. I took my 8 year old car in for a recall repair. Not only did they get me in super quick, they were really when I rolled up and while I waited, they had free wifi, and a little office area with desks and tables and outlets in addition to their regular waiting room. I was able to get some work done while my repair was completed way faster than I expected. Technicians are super courteous, and this place is run efficiently.

This is the second time we have dealt with Marietta Toyota and both times we have been very pleased with the professionalism of their employees. Our sales person was Jimmy Wilson and he was very knowledgeable and most of all walked us through the new car features and spent the time with my wife and myself and we were never rushed.
Jeremy Marx was our financial manager and he whisked us through in no time . He was extremely knowledgeable and professional.
Both of these gentlemen made our car buying process at Marietta Toyota a delight !! We will recommend them any day!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE 'service' department!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These people totally circumvent Standard Operational Procedures as outlined by Toyota Motor Corporation in the Toyota Factory Service Manual. I am a former Toyota Technician and went to these clowns for service on my air conditioning compressor due to not having a particular Special Service Tool. Needless to say, the so-called mechanic (note I did not use the term technician to describe this person) who was working on my vehicle decided that instead of using the proper tool, he would just pry the part needing to be replaced with two screwdrivers and a big, ball pein hammer. My air conditioning compressor was broken as a result. Instead of informing me of the problem they had with removing the part that needed replacement, the mechanic working on my vehicle decided to sit down and have a smoke break. The advisor and the mechanic tried to sell me aftermarket replacement parts after they broke my air conditioning compressor!!! I spoke with the General Manager who took notes of my complaints. He assured me that the Service Manager would contact me. Fat chance. The original date of 'service' was in June. By December, there was still no call or contact. It was only after I contacted Toyota Motor Corporation that the 'Service Manager' contacted me. I tried returning his call, but then he did not answer any of my return calls. The Customer Service Representative was the only person who communicated with me. Once an agreement for making things right were agreed upon, I returned (only due to Chris Rattazzi's efforts) to have the new compressor installed. Immediately, the 'Service Advisor' locked my key in my vehicle. I also found that the compressor that they ordered for me was a reconditioned unit. It also had no clutch assembly. This was a detail that these people did not communicate to me.
There were lots of details that I omitted, but needless to say, the attitude of the Service Department (as a whole) was pathetic. They are rude, snide, and extraordinarily unprofessional. I cannot say anything nice at all regarding my experience with these people in the service department. I would NEVER recommend going to them for ANYTHING!!! They have other issues such as a very loud argument that took place in the drive-up bay between two employees the day of the original date of 'service'. As I mentioned earlier: these people totally lack professionalism. The parts department and the Customer Service Representative are the only people that I can say are not blanketed by my previous statements.

Professional staff, courteous and I feel confident that my car is in great hands with their trained service people. Nice waiting area and they will take you to and from work if you prefer not to wait. I highly recommend this facility!

I came in to have a fender flare replaced at the Collision Center, after comparing prices. Russell was great. He even took care of a couple of other minor issues on my SUV at no additional charge.
