Giving 2 stars because I can't say I cared quite enough to "hate" the experience. My husband and I stopped by on Sunday to look at a Toyota Sienna. After wandering around the lot for a while, with no salesman in sight and only finding one van on the lot, we decided to walk inside the showroom. There was no greeter and after standing around for several minutes we never managed to actually see anyone working there, though we could hear people talking. Seemed very unprofessional. We decided to leave and won't be returning.

I loved their services. My car is running smoothly now. On seeing me carry my office bag while I was waiting at the lobby, the lady at the desk showed me the way to the computer room. That was really appreciated as I needed the internet to send some quick emails. The only thing I disliked is they printed my name incorrectly on the invoice, even when I had told them.

Took my 2016 Tacoma in for maintenance on 5/24/2017 and it was impounded due to a life threatening safety recall and they tried numerous times to have me sign a waiver and they would release my truck. I was told parts would not be available for at least two months. I had emailed the GM, BJ Hope, but got no response. I contacted Toyota corporate and just got a bunch of fluff talk. To this day, 7/7/2017, I do not know when I will bet my vehicle back. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER TOYOTA PRODUCT AGAIN AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE WITH THEIR OVERRATED DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS THAT THEY SELL. I previously owned Honda's for over 30 years and never had a issue so a hard lesson learned.

Well my day started at GoodYear first they said 1-1/2 hour wait and $94.00 for an oil change while at counter another service writer said it will be more like 2-1/2 hour wait needless to say I walked out. I made my way to Toyota of Marietta where I was treated like my business mattered my service tech Brian Kessler gave me a coupon to use right away almost half off the asking price at Goodyear for an oil change. From now on you all have my business thank you.

Honor your mistake. I get nothing is 100% until we are sitting at the table to sign the deal. But why should a customer have to pay the price for your mistake on your part where car was posted for one price for several days now. I got one Today s price and get how much taxes and fees will be and exchange emails with your salesperson and get told oh no, that was a glitch sir. Okay fine so what can we do about that glitch..... nothing the price is as posted and then rack up the price with some hidden fees. That is just unacceptable. Hope everyone finds out what kind of sneaky business you all are in.

We purchased a used vehicle three days ago. The salesman was considerate, respectful and very helpful. The manager we finalized our deal with, made us feel like valued customers and appreciated our using their Service Department for 15 years. The young man in the finance department was quick, helpful and respectful.
I highly recommend shopping and using Marietta Toyota for all of your automotive needs, they are doing things right!

I purchased a used vehicle with just over 200 miles in September. At no time during the sales process did the person who worked with me Jimmie Wilson tell me that the dealership did not actually have the title to the vehicle. I did the paperwork, got the keys, and was on my way. Fast forward a few weeks. My temporary tags were scheduled to expire October 25th. On October 24th I called and spoke to Stephanie Parker in the tag department at Marietta Toyota. She told me that I d have to take off from work and go down to the dmv to apply for an extension. As it was my sons first birthday I refused. Not only was she totally uncaring and short with me, but she totally disregarded the fact that it was their error. Nonetheless, she was asked to apply for the extension and bring it to me. She assured me that the title would be received within a week. It has been nearly 3 weeks and their is no sign of the title or tag in the near future. I was told by Frank Brothers, the GM that I would have to drive a rental car until the situation was fixed. He also told me that he had no idea when they would be able to obtain the title or if they would. Please see the nasty email copied directly from my email from Mr. Brothers below. This dealership has taken almost $13,000 of my money and effect November 24th I will no longer be able to drive the car I just purchased. Please please pleaseeeeee do yourself a favor and runnnnnnn don t walk away from this dealership if you value your time or money.

Very super poor customer service never again will I go to Marietta Toyota I paid $70 for an oil change and it took them nearly three hours I understand that they were busy but for 3 hours that's too much also what's the point of checking your fluids on the vehicle if you're not going to fill them up I can do that myself I thought that's why I was paying $70 for them to fill my fluids up also with my oil change never again will I go to Toyota I'm giving Marietta Toyota a bad review and hopefully hundreds and thousands will see it

I wish my initial experience was treated with the same care that Jim treated us with, but I was surprised and happy with the assistance Jim provided. I also watched my truck sit in the pickup spot for at least 15-20 mins, but they wouldn t check me out until the paperwork was processed. I ve had all my work done for the first 60k miles on my truck at this location. But they are getting progressively slower.

I went to parts to get just a key cut and then they tried telling me they need a manager to approve key codes and wouldn't do anything. First off I didn't need a program so no codes were required as I kept trying explain I needed just a cut key that's all, but they did not listen. Secondly it was 5:30 and they close at 7. If I was a customer who needed a program that required codes what kind of business is this? That is completely inconvenient for the customer and I got more of a impression that the two guys I spoke with just didn't want to do anything and were waiting to go home. Finally to top it all off I drove to Nalley Toyota in Roswell and what a great experience I had there. No hassles, he listened, and even did two keys for me for free. This Toyota needs to improve and there run down facility displays the lack of customers coming there.

My wife called the dealership and requested a price on both a used truck on the lot as well as a comparably equipped new truck. Now, three days later, never got a return call back from a used car OR new car salesman. Disappointing, to say the least. If this is indicative of the service Marietta Toyota provides, I guess we'll go elsewhere.
