I was called by Toyota and urged to make an appointment this weekend to rotate my tires. I made an 11:45am appointment. I arrived at 11am to drop off my car. I was passed by, waved offed, and told we ll be right with you many times over. No one came back to even check in with me. One lady asked if I had an appointment, I said yes, then she left. I tried to ask her if I could drop my car off but she kept walking. I saw other people who had come in after me get their cars taken care of before me. Even the person whose car was behind mine was taken care of, as they backed the car out around mine. Finally a lady from inside the building help me after I stepped in between her and a fellow associate. She took me to someone else who said he was too busy at the time. When he finally took my information he kept getting what I was saying wrong and I had to repeat myself over, to which I had already explained when I made the appointment. It was 12:15 before I finally handed over my keys for my 11:45 appointment to which I arrived at 11. I love my Tacoma, but I will be going to a different Toyota dealership to care care of my maintenance needs.
