Dave in the Service Dept was super efficient. I dropped my car off to get something fixed that was on recall. He was friendly, made my car drop off fast, and communicated with me via phone and text message when it was ready for pick up. I was amazing how quickly they fixed my car.
If you are looking for a Toyota, go ask for Jimmie Wilson. He is the best in the class. The process of getting a car was painless and easy. We got the car we want at the price that was the lowest up and down the east coast. I will buy from Jimmie again.

Most businesses want to take your money and get rid of you; not Marietta Toyota, they show that they have your best interest at heart and you can feel it as soon as you walk in. So many businesses lacked this quality. Please do not CHANGE this culture!

Called the previous week to make appointment for 10,000 mile warranty checkup and oil change on my leased Camry. Not impressed with service area. I pulled my vehicle into garage service area, gave my keys to a nice young man who said someone would be with me shortly. I stood there maybe 10 minutes and was pretty much ignored. The courtesy shuttle was great!! I just think the overall customer welcome needs to be improved in that area.
The service was great the convenience was superb and Fred my rep did an excellent job very passionate about his work

They told me that it was going to be a 45 minute wait time for a simple oil change. Two and a half hour later, a guy comes to tell me that the battery is weak. I told him that I got it from them but he could not find any records of it. I told him I didn t want another battery today. He told me it would take five minutes to put the car back together, 30 minutes later another guy shows up saying that the battery was weak. I told him I got it from them- he found it in the system and quoted a pro-rated price more than what I had originally paid. After I got home, I noticed that the glove box hinge damper was uninstalled. Overall not a great experience today!
Without a doubt the best experience I ve ever had at a dealership. I made an appointment a day earlier and when I arrived I was promptly and professionally greeted by the great Mr. Moore. He didn t try to up sell me, in fact he made me aware of something I d been paying for at the other dealerships that I didn t actually have to get changed. All in all the process was very fast, took about an hour so I got a little bit of work done with the free WiFi in the waiting area. Not only did I leave with my car serviced at a more than reasonable price, I left Marietta Toyota with peace of mind.
Smooth process, I came in ready with all of my info. Jonathan and Tim made the process a pleasant and easy experience. Ended up getting a great deal on a new vehicle. You can tell they cared about me and not the just the commission.
Was told my 20,000 mile service would take no more than an hour and fifteen minutes. After that time elapsed my service manager gave me an update that they were just finishing rotating my tires and assured me they had not forgotten about me. After another 20 minutes tried to find my service manager (or any service manager to that point) and could not find anyone. After another 10 minutes of pacing in the waiting area (I am the only one left there by this point)I final find a service manager who tells me they are just finishing changing the oil filter and it would be just another 10 minutes. So just great that what was supposed to take no more than an hour and 15 minutes wrapped up in a few minutes short of 2 hours and causing me to be late by 30 minutes for picking my 10 year old daughter up from dance. Way to over promise and under deliver. Sad as when I've been there on the weekends for my 5k, 10k and 15k service they were spot on.

The finance person was very unprofessional and inexperienced. He needed training and could not explain much. Come to find out all the papers were messed up and I had to come back to fill out new papers a few days later...

Marietta Toyota means what they say. Trust is not a slogan. They have earned it having now having purchased 2 cars from them from different sales reps. The staff across the board are professional, polite, and personable. I experienced excellent customer service with every interaction ranging from the phone operator, the service staff, the general manager, finance, my sales rep and his coworkers. They are ethical, treat their customers and colleagues with respect and give you their best price up front. There is no back and forth. I think that my salesman ty was a patient and knowledgeable person. He brought the car out and it was clean and gassed his boss came over and talk to me and greeted me friendly we settled on a price I wrote a check and I was out the door in less than an hour and a half. I needed a new transmission for my 2016 tacoma, i dealt with bryan kellser and buddy was my service technician. The process was as easy as it could be and bryan and buddy didnt seem to mind that i had a million question for the about my truck and service.

Everything is fine and dandy and price looks good until you get to the financial part. They lack transparency when it comes to the price, what bank is financing you (if you are financing), what interest rate you re getting and additional coverages. They over explain in some areas, but do not give you the full picture. Don t be surprised if you do not get your permanent tags within a month, you may have to go out of your way to get them yourself. If you buy an add on service have them provide you with a list of everything is covered and read it before committing to anything. Later you will find out some things are not covered at all. Also, if you have questions it might take you a week to get in touch with anyone.

* NOT professional on assessing the car issues.
* NOT honest about after hours service. 4pm cannot check the GPS system because 'all my techs are gone'.

Mariett Toyota is WONDERFUL. I have had a Toyota Tundra for 3 years now, and will never go anywhere else for parts or service. The parts counter is awesome, and the employees there are ALWAYS welcoming and helpful. I will never buy anywhere else or go anywhere else. The guys in the service lane are always friendly and there is never an issue about attitutes or servives.They truly care about you and your car. I have never had a bad experience with Marietta Toyota and would definitely reccomend Marietta Toyota to anyone! You wont be disappointed! Brian Finley reccently helped us with the purchase of our new Sequoia and he was wonderful. Helpful and made everything easy!

I've relied on Marietta Toyota for the past 2 years for parts and service for my Toyota Echo and I've only had good experiences. They're super polite, very fast, no run-around, and I never feel like they're trying to squeeze more money out of me. Just the opposite - they are affordable, offer coupons on routine services, and help me stay within my budget. I highly recommend these folks. I've had bad experiences elsewhere and thought to myself, "I can't wait to get back to Marietta Toyota," which pretty much says it all. Two thumbs up. Five stars.
The worst experience in trying to buy a car. Everyone from Sales to financial 1 sat ratings. They wanted to sell us 23, 000 Rav 4 XLE car for 37, 000. With prefect credit score I was getting APR of 6.99%. I was interested in 2019 Rav 4 model no efforts to sell that one. Not coming back, they will try to rip you off.

I bought a Camry from Rick Knoll and my experience with him was very positive. He never rushed me and answered all of my questions. I would recommend asking for Rick if you are looking for a new vehicle.
However, going over financing with Andrew Austin was quite the opposite. He was not nearly as courteous as Rick and was not helpful or patient. Nonetheless, my overall experience was still pretty good.

VERY dissatisfied with this location and their servicing . They gave me the MOST absolute run around. Fred the service manager told me my vehicle will be done the day i bought it in which was March 26th which was true my check engine light was off BUT came right back on the next morning so i took it back the 27th and was told the workers were already gone and to leave my vehicle and come back for it the next morning ! TOTAL LIE i got a call from Fred and was told it wouldn t be done till the 29th . Sad excuse for a business i definitely will not recommend others to come here for an urgent matter
