Buying a car at Marietta Toyota was easy and lelaxing. I got a quote on line, test drive the car and purchase it the next day. I spent only 2 hours at the car dealer since I didn't have to spend time to negotiate the price. Their price was the lowest among other three dealers. The sale person, Zeb Anwar, was very helpful. SERIOUSLY DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I've come to this dealship for not one but two cars.. honestly the worst mistake I could have ever made in my life! Try getting your car serviced twice a month and still have problems with your car only to find out NOTHING was done during the services that I had. Shouldn't have gotten any of these cars. It's Christmas and I can't even make it to see my family because of this car. Don't even get me started on what they LIED about! Like my brakes being great..no pads! Oil changed.. but there was NOT ONE DROP OF OIL IN MY CAR! And there's more that they've done! I'll be reporting this to the BBB.

Best car buying experience I have had. We are not from Marietta and I was apprehensive at first and didn t want to drive down there....Well let me just say it was worth it! Let me start off by saying they did do a good job of selling me my truck and getting me the payment I wanted but that's where my pleasant experience ended. I am making my second payment on my truck and I'm on my second temporary tag from them because my paperwork keeps getting messed up for transferring my tag. I have repeatedly told them in transferring a tag not getting a new one and have had to spend alot of my time to try and track down why I dont have it yet when they have been paid well to do all this and every time I call them I get someone different who promises to take care of it and call me back and I wait and never hear anything back from them so here I am with a truck I bought on September 14th and still rolling on a paper tag..........very disappointed
Just bought a 2016 Kia Sorento from Marietta Toyota. Car was exactly what my wife and I were looking for and the price was right. They also gave us a decent price on the trade in. Wait till the last day of the month to buy a used car - they discount them pretty good. Jeff Bowser, our sales agent, was great to work with. Made the transaction simple and smooth. I always have fast and friendly service at this Toyota dealership. They remind me of being home in Arkansas. I still drive from Stone Mountain over here because of the service. And its not bad that they are way inexpensive than other service places. I.g. Pep boys lol.

I don t normally write reviews but, my experience with Marietta Toyota must be shared. I was completely blown away by the exceptional service provided when looking to purchase a new car. Car shopping can be stressful, but not at Marietta Toyota. After putting my inquiry in online for the car I was interested in, I had received a voicemail from Tony Esteves. The politeness and professionalism Tony left on my voicemail, I knew I would be working with this company. I called Tony back the same day, came in the next day and left with my new car. Tony is an outstanding sales guy and amazing person. He made my experience truly the best one could ask for. Tony was patient, answered all my questions without any hesitation, and was not pushy at all. It has been a few weeks that I have purchased my car and the superior customer service continues. I have received phone calls from Tony himself to see how everything is going with my new car and from the service department to make sure I had my first service appointment scheduled. In today's world, good companies, and good customer service truly lack. I am pleased to say the family owned Marietta Toyota, knows how to run a business. A recall caller connected me to Marietta Toyota for replacing the air bag and ECM recalls. I arrived before 9:00 am for that 9:00 am appointment and checked the car in with service dept. dropped it off. Had no call from them so went there at 2:25 pm. After. Few minutes of checking, the said it was still being recalibrated, but did not have the part for ECM replacement?? Recalibrated?? Finally got my car back at 4:47pm. Now one day later they called to say they got the ECM part. I suppose I will have another day without my car while we repeat the process. Not what I expected for Toyota service.
Everybody here are very friendly. We see smile and eager to help at all points. There is coffee and snacks at no cost to you. If you forgot coupon, you can ask one.....

I came in on a Friday morning at 9 AM because I had a flat tire. I knew my tires were under warranty because I had recently purchased a brand new set a month prior. I did not leave until 12 PM. The reason I was given for the long delay was that they were very busy and had to get authorization from the warranty company to replace the tire. My initial service advisor told me it would take 30 min. Even though I did not have an appointment on a busy day it does not take 3 hours to replace a tire under warranty. No one would have an appointment for a flat tire that happened unexpectedly. Very unsatisfactory experience.
Honest to goodness Marietta Toyota service department is way far excellent in service and customer relations, and why do I hold this establishment in such high regard of five star and quality at its best is because unfortunately "last July and when I tried to purchase my FJ cruiser in 2013 from AutoNation Toyota Thornton road 1000 Blairs Bridge Rd Lithia Springs,GA, was nothing but frustrating both times and the last time in July I tried to give them a second chance and was totally ignored and stayed from 8:30 a.m. my appointment time till 9:00pm that evening because of a tire issue, and I will call corporate and straighten that out since AutoNation Toyota never returned my email and believe me I definitely have gave them several months to reply and now I'm calling Toyotas Corporate office!! Both Managers didn't want to deal with me and "I quote this one manager saying please find her old tires and send her off out of here"!! So meanwhile it's getting later and later in the day and no manager came to me explaining anything and I'm about to leave out the door with these huge tires that don't even fit on my FJ cruiser and I'm fixing to drive out of the Bay and make a left hand turn and all of a sudden rub rub rub rub my tires would barely turn without scrubbing the fender wheels!! So I drive around and stay another six hours!! So I am a dissatisfied customer from AutoNation Thornton road Toyota with the tires that they stayed late because managers wouldn't return their call to figure out what to do and finally this nice man in the back that works in the tire rotating department finally made the decision to put on some tires but it's not a complete smooth ride and still don't clear the fender wheel as I make a " u-turn or a sharp right or left turn!! Dissatisfied in Douglasville Georgia!!

We bought here our first car six months ago. We were very happy with the service. We appreciated how they tried to explain to us all the aspects of the deal and make sure there were no misunderstandings. They were very patient and competent. We got a good rate for our loan, considering that we did not have a long credit history. We feel that this dealer is serious and honest. The sale person who served us, Alan Kell, is one of the best we found (and we visited several other dealers before buying from this one). He understood our needs and was able to show us why the model we chose would be our best fit. Overall, we recommend Marietta Toyota.
Just acquired our first Toyota and Google searched the best place around Marietta to have it services and Marietta Toyota popped up. So I've only been here once but my experience was wonderful. Clay Moore took very good care of me and I was in and out in an hour. I waited inside and was surprised at the big waiting areas. The service on my vehicle was thorough and Clay explained everything that was done. Again, my 1st time but very happy with the service and personal. I would recommend trying them out!
There is a service rep by the name of Jon Thomas and he has 5 star customer service. First off, he answers the phone or will return calls etc. Also, he was very accommodating as I had my job schedule to work around and to do a proper diagnostic for my car took time. If you ever have to go here for service, Jon is the guy to ask for :-)
These guys fixed a rolled o ring on my oil filter that another dealership messed up. Jonathan Thomas was my service advisor and took great care of me and handled billing the other dealership for their mistake. Highly recommend.
I took my car, in order to get my alignement unfortunately the thing they did to my car was worst then what my car was. And while doing their espections they told me my car had a alternator problem, I asked them to fix it, trust me y'all my battery stoped changing since then..... and My car can't start . Finally they did my oil change and put for me the next visit after 3000 miles, and when I drove to Texas, Toyota of Richardson did for me an oil change and put for my next visit 5000 miles. I personally advise the owner to keep his eye on those service employees. It my first and horrible experience with this dealership......
My brother recently totaled his car and needed to find a new one. He isn't good at car buying so I offered to help him. I sent in for a USAA quote, then when they responded (I dealt with Mr. Robert Glover Jr. and Mr. Robert Glover) asked about the dealer fees and a quote on what was on the car. The response I got was 'We will not send a detail breakdown quote with you being in Birmingham, AL for you to shop us with your local dealer.' No other questions asked, nothing. First of all, I don't live in Birmingham, AL, and second, we actually need a car and this is for my brother who lives IN ATLANTA. I call in and ask why they won't send a quote and he says simply you have to come in we will not give you any pricing. Why would someone drive across town if you don't tell them anything, just to slap them in the face with a high doc fee possibly or a ton of accessories on the car and corner you at the dealership? Horrible way of doing business.
I came close to purchasing my Toyota via a non-Toyota dealership. On a whim, a friend took me to Marietta Toyota Dealership. The end result? I ended up buying via Marietta Toyota. I couldn't be more satisfied. From start to finish, I was impressed with the quality of service. My sales rep. is Curtis. He not only assisted me throughout the entire refinance process but he also gave me his contact info. and told me that I could contact him at anytime if I have any questions or concerns about the car. The car was well serviced via the dealership's on-site service technicians and I was given a service form delineating all the work and check points that were covered to make sure that the vehicle is in working order. Bottom line, I'm writing this review because I left the dealership with a feeling of security - that any needs or concerns that I had regarding my Toyota Corolla would be addressed in a timely manner and professionally.
True to his word, every time that I've contacted Curtis with a question or two about the car, he's called me back in record time. I'm truly satisfied with Marietta Toyota and would recommend them to anyone.
After being at Marietta Toyota all day, I can say that my experience was amazing there. Michael helped out a lot and was super friendly. I would recommend this place with Michael to any friends and family.
I had scheduled an appointment from my car to be serviced. I was not informed by the service rep that the service I came in from was not needed. I was not informed that my car was ready when the technician was completed. I sat in the waiting area for an hour and forty minutes. I happen to look outside and see my car parked in the area where the cars are parked after service it completed. I asked the cashier if my paperwork was back there and they didn t have it. To sum it up I was told that my paperwork was still on the service advisor desk and he was helping other customers. Wait, I m a customer as well whom has not received any service, communication or notifications!
Well its a long story but the service provided by the Marietta toyota collision center was not at all good.. They will trick you in paying more once they get ur car. I had dropped of a toyota corolla here and these people had provided me the estimate for 1800$ as i was paying out of my pockets.. when I dropped off the car the next day i got a call from these people saying that they have found some more internal damages with my headlights and it would cost my 3300$ now which is almost double of the estimate provided. Well over the call the person who was working on my car said that while doing the process the headlights break and I would have to pay in order to fix the headlights.. Well it was actually intact and working when i gave my car to these people. Now the headlights are loose cuz the have broken couple of brackets inside and i have the screws with me in my car cuz they cannot put it back as they were broken. I told them that I don't want to fix it and i want have my car back as it was cuz I couldn't afford 3300$ but they said that they can't put it back cuz they have already ripped it apart. So i said just keep it like that i ll take it from there.. Next day i get a call again saying that they have put the car back together and it would be $176 to open the car and put it back again. But I didn't respond to the call cuz already they messed up our mood on a vacation.
I reached at the location on Saturday when i wasn't aware that they are closed and what I find out that my car isn't locked up. All the doors were open. Thats again being a little irresponsible cuz somebody can easily break into the car. I called the manager cuz we wanted to discuss about all this things but he didn't show up saying that he didn't wanted to argue with us over this issue and they could do $100 instead of $176. We just paid them and walked out as we were getting late to go somewhere. So i am out $100 (their charges to open the car up) and $120 (spent on uber rides as they were closed Saturday and Sunday). And i am stuck with the car being broken even more. And when we paid the amount the lady at the counter threw the keys and the bill instead of handing over to us respectfully. I found that a little rude. But again nothing we can do. We didn't wanted to fight with them nor we raised our voices cuz we are already frustrated with the car that we have purchased a month ago and its already damaged.
I would have rather taken it to a local body shop and have it fixed. Theres a lesson when the insurance is paying for the repairs go by these people but if you are paying out of ur pockets never use them.. My mistake that we used them thinking that toyota would be the best place to have the car fixed and my car would be ready by the time i will come back as i was out of town and will save me a lil time.. but m gonna have to pay more money as i will have to take it to the other body shop and they will keep the car for 4 days as well may be a week who knows.

I have owned 8 plus cars over the years. This was by far the easiest car buying experience ever. At no time did I feel pressured. The finance part was even better, owner will not charge over dealer cost for warranty or maintenance for military personnel. I will go out of my way to buy from here again for my next car.
I am very happy with my RAV4 and feel like I got a great deal, which has not been the case when I have purchased other vehicles. They have me a great price on the vehicle I wanted and it came with a lot of extras. I had a post-sale issue that Ken corrected immediately. It was good to know he truly cared about making it right. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

The sweetest receptionist is always greeting us and the guys in service provide us with time and explanations and an overall great visit. It is nice to see familiar faces with every service. Best customer service! From the first call I knew I was in good hands. I had a bad experience at a different dealership and was pretty upset. Marietta Toyota was great, I talked to Victor Martino for about 10 min and made an appointment to come in. I met with Alan Kell and we went over all options and decided on a very nice truck. Due to inventory shortages we were not sure what color the truck would be but he would call me in 2 days to let me know. And as promised, he called and told me when my truck would be in and which color it ultimately was. And when the truck arrived he called me again. It had 3 miles on it. Everything Alan told me was true, from the return calls to the steps being taken to get the truck ready. When I came to the dealership to take ownership the receptionist was over the top accommodating.The detail shop came to announce they were finished and even Tim Hackney, the finance guy, took extra car to go over every detail about our financing and extra protection options. I just can't say enough good things about them. You have a choice of dealerships to buy your next car from, but you owe it to yourself to buy it from Marietta Toyota they really do treat you like family.
Steve Hana is reliable, honest, and straightforward. I couldn't ask for a better person in Service to deal with here. I don t even know where to begin. My family and I are going through some trying financial times right now. We were under the impression there was something wrong with the battery of my Prius as the Hybrid System icon showed on the dashboard yesterday. We all know that battery costs 2K-3K or more, which is the funds we don t have on top of dealing with other financial stuff as well. I texted Steve this morning to please don t work on our car as we were going to get it towed to our local mechanic (to save money). We go over therr to wait on the tow person and Steve tells me they looked at it and it was a factory recall issue instead! It was the anti lock brakes instead of the battery and they were COVERED till Dec of this year! That was a true blessing in disguise and it s saved us so much money! If Steve and his team did not look at our car, we would have still been under the impression it was the battery and then would have to pay for the tow to the local mechanic and then buy a diagnostic fee and the list just goes on and on. So Steve was our ANGEL and I cannot say enough wonderful things about his team over there at Marietta Toyota. THANK YOU STEVE AND TEAM!!!!
