Out of town & our new Camry battery started dragging, call the closest dealership the service rep said it would take 6 hours to test. Called Mariette Toyota, Bo was really helpful. When I arrived Bo & Markus assured me the problem would be resolved. No appointment in a very busy service center, 1:30 minutes later, I was rolling. Thanks
