Between Raymond and Bill I was well taken care of at Maple Mazda. Raymond was knowledgable about the model I was looking at and very personable and made the process enjoyable. I really felt like I was buying a car with a salesman who had my interests in mind. I would recommend Raymond to anyone looking to buy a Mazda.

Went to Maple Mazda to do a lease takeover. The car was not even from there but Angelica met with me and first impression was wow! She was smiling the whole time (mask on of course!), presented other options without any pressure and took care of my takeover with ease. Professional, courteous and knew her job without missing a beat. Simply put, I will be back to Maple Mazda for my present car's service and when the time comes for a new car. No brainer. Well done MM and what a refreshing change to be treated like a person and not a sales lead.

Maple Mazda is the worst dealer I've ever been to. Had a bad experience buying car there. They cheated on you, denied what they've said and even their boss had bad attitude. You would only get treated politely before you sign the deal. Also, an other lesson, never buy any extra service package from them.

As someone who has leased cars for many years, with numerous brands and dealerships, I generally dread the end of lease / negotiating a new lease experience.
We decided to start exploring our end of lease options for our vehicle. On arrival at Maple Mazda, Paolo introduced us to Wyatt. Wyatt was fabulous to work with. He clearly wants to know his customer and adapt the experience to his customer s needs and interests. He is attentive, focussed and personable. He is knowledgeable and patient which was very helpful in assessing our options and providing information that we felt comfortable referencing for our final decision.

We felt we had the collective support of Wyatt, Paolo and Bill and had a seamless experience in returning our CX-9 and leasing a new CX-9. There was no pressure or impatience from the beginning of the experience to ensuring everything was in order with the new lease, including the amount of set up support with the new vehicle. We feel very confident recommending Wyatt (and Maple Mazda) based on our experience.

Purchased a Mazda 3 from Maple Mazda and I couldn't be happier. Far and away the most enjoyable experience my wife and I have ever had with a car dealership. These people go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy. The integrity they show is second to none! We dealt with Paul Joseph, Sheldon Thomson, and Bill Zabonas, as well as Ryan Hughes and Tania Compagno. Why so many people? Because they are one big happy family and everyone wants to get to know you. If you are thinking of getting a Mazda than Maple Mazda is the place to go. 2 hour trip for us to get there and worth every minute if the drive. Would give these guys 10 stars if I could.

Recently purchased a used car from them: 1) The gas tank was rusted on top and leaking gas, we found it after purchasing by following a faint gas smell. The top of the gas tank is NOT part of the 30 point inspection. Since it was caught early, they replaced it free of charge. 2)The infotainment system was outdated and kept ejecting our devices. I'm not sure why it wasn't upgraded to the latest version before we purchased it. We had to upgrade it ourselves.3) The car was sold with summer tires and winter tires. The included winter tires was one of the selling points for us. When putting on the winter tires our mechanic told us the rubber was so old on the 4 winter tires that they could not be used, they should not have been sold. Mazda offered us a small discount to buy 4 brand new tires (an added cost) but no refund. 4) 2 of our injectors had to be replaced within 2 months of purchase. Mazda split the cost with us after we caused a significant fuss.

That was our experience.

I had a great experience at Maple Mazda. Sheldon helped me find the exact car i wanted. I was a little nervous about getting approved for financing but Bill made sure everything worked out and got a great rate at that. I forgot his name but one of their car guys i spoke to did an amazing job with the detailing both inside and out. My car is 3 years used and looks brand new! I feel like a new man behind the wheel. Yawar Power and team was and are wonderful to deal with. Yawar's after sales customer service is exceptional. He is quick to acknowledge your messages/ emails/ texts and responds immediately. I'm happy with the vehicle I purchased and with the customer service I have received from the Maple Mazda team.

Went in for service on Wednesday, July 29th. I was...

Went in for service on Wednesday, July 29th. I was having a good day and in a good mood but within 5 minutes of arriving to this dealership, that all changed. Pulled into service bay, with no attendant in sight. Tried to go into the service department and found the doors locked. People working the counter couldn t be bothered to get up off their chairs to let me in or give me directions. Walked all the way around the building through the showroom floor, over to customer service . Without even a hello I was interrupted mid sentence and ordered to step behind the line. The social distance marker was at least 12 from the counter. The counter had a 7 plexiglass and both the rep and I were wearing our masks. The rep started mumbling something with a thick accent which I could not hear or understand. The 15 of distance between us, the 7 high plexiglass and the masks did not help the situation. Along cane Graham the Customer Service Manager to the rescue! Full of attitude and very confrontational tried to justify the lack of service. Terrible way to treat a customer. A change in his demeanour would have made a world of difference. I suggest that Mazda Canada offer Graham some customer service training so that he can learn to change his approach with customers. If he doesn t change, than HE needs to be changed with a customer service manager that understands customer service. I will not buy another vehicle from this dealership nor will I bring my car in for service here. I will also share my experience with all my family and friends that are looking to purchase a vehicle.

P.S. had an appointment for an oil change and it took well over 2 hours! No shuttle or valet service offered at this dealership. Had to sit on a rock outside in the heat the entire time. Nice!

I purchased my car in 2010 from Marco and also dealt with Bill the accounts manager, the experence was fantastic!!! Never over sold me, told them what I could spend on a car and came out spending exactly what I had planned, not a penny more. I get my Mazda serviced at Maple Mazda and deal with Adam, a great help when always takes care of any problems that I may have with my Tribute, at true pleasure to deal with.
From the receptionist to the person that washes my car EVERY time I take it in for service are very friendly and willing to help with anything they can. I will be buying my next car from Maple Mazda for sure.

I'd give this place 0.1 star if I could. Worse service ever. They broke a knob in my car and denied it was them. They eventually fixed it because I complained to Mazda Canada, but when I brought in my car a second time to get fixed they ripped my ownership paper. Don't know if it was on purpose or not but the lady at the counter was rude and was not happy to see me.

I leased my first car here in March 2016! Sheldon was very helpful and sold me on the Mazda 3. The staff here are great and very attentive to my car needs. My car services are quick, well done and fairly priced, when I go for long service their free shuttle takes me to the mall down the road and picks me back up when my car is ready. I have had a great experience with Maple Mazda so far and absolutely love my car and the way it runs.

Bought new Mazda6 at Maple Mazda back in April 201...

Bought new Mazda6 at Maple Mazda back in April 2016. Worked with Vince Chaytha and Paul Joseph. They provided worry and stress free experience.

I have to note we waited for the car for 3 weeks but most likely because Mazda 6 is not that popular as CX-5 plus wanted navy blue metallic. Other than this wait time everything else is great - always get e-mails answered, phone calls returned, questions clarified.

I would highly recommend this dealership.

He walked me through all the cars that i was considering and gave me all the necassary information for me to make a final decision without confusing me or complicating the process. I was very pleased purchasing my new Mazda 6 from his dealership. I had a small issue with a scratch and they looked at the issue and resolved the problem replacing the part while making sure I was happy with the whole process. Wyatt (sales person) was very friendly and made sure everything was handled on time and that I was pleased with the service he provided.

The manager was included to deal with the scratch and he was very fast to make sure issues were resolved and that my purchase went smoothly.

Highly recommend the dealership for any person looking for a vehicle, the very friendly sales person (Wyatt) and the management.

I live in Northern Ontario and dealt with Wyatt Bawden via phone calls, text messages and emails. I gave Wyatt my budget and he found the perfect Mazda for me. I basically bought my new Mazda CX-5 without test driving or actually seeing the vehicle in person until I picked it up. Wyatt has extensive knowledge of Mazda products and after hearing a lot of the values of the car, I knew I had to have this one. Wyatt was very professional in all aspects of buying the car and explained all the great features of the car to me. I would highly reccommend Wyatt to my friends and family. Great job Wyatt.

Extremely disappointed with the way they treat you...

Extremely disappointed with the way they treat you once you sign a deal and have gotten the car. The service receptionists look like they hate their job. And the sales manager Paul is very rude. He was not interested in helping me get a rebate I was promised when I first purchased the car. They will look for any excuse not to give it to you even though the main reason was because he was on vacation the first time I went there before the expiry date, I don't know why nobody else could have helped me. When I went back they claimed it was not valid anymore. Also if you are buying a car don't pay a deposit if you want to sleep on it and still think about it , they lie and say u have to so save the deal but you don't. When u are dealing with them get everything on ur side in writing or have proof because otherwise once you pay they don't care anymore. Best to just avoid them and go to another dealership actually

Edit: in their response, they said "Unfortunately you provided us with those documents after 90 days that the transaction was done, even after we repeatedly followed up that we were waiting on your documents. "

My response: this is another lie because nobody "repeatedly followed me up" on anything after the car was bought! There was no follow up especially about the grad rebate. THE ONLY PERSON WHO REPEATEDLY CALLS YOU IS THE FINANCE GUY WHO FRANKLY TALKS WAY TOO MUCH TO TRY AND UPSELL YOU ON RUSTPROOFING. Even he did not tell me a word about rushing to bring in the transcripts before it expires. Obviously if i was told "you have 90 days" i would have gone back on time. They also said "way past" the dead line when in reality i was like 5 days past 90days... these big companies don't care about the fact that your'e a student, you'd think they'd be a little lenient! Anyway at this point Im just trying to help anybody else from making this mistake at this dealership.

A week ago today I picked up my new 2020 mazda CX5. My experience was amazing from the moment I entered their doors, a friendly greeting from the receptionist to being quickly directed to Jeff, who had all my paperwork ready from the day before that spoke to him over the phone and explained what I was looking to do and buy. Then introduced to lovely and professional Angelica, who I felt very comfortable with and took care of all the financial matters, and explained all details to me. She was a pleasure to work with, even under these uncertain times still was able to smile and be patient with me, with no pressure. Sheldon then went through the car with me to explain all features in detail.
Thank you Jeff, Angelica, Sheldon and the Mazda Team for your amazing experience and professional friendly customer service even through these uncertain times, you all left a great impression on me!

This was the worst car buying experience of my lif...

This was the worst car buying experience of my life. We walked in with the intention of buying the car that same day. We sat down with the sales associate and he gave us a higher price then he gave us originally. After showing him a quote from another sales associate at another Mazda dealership, he said he would bring this to his sales manager to negotiate a quote. The sales manager refused to give us a quote unless we gave him a deposit... WHY WOULD WE GIVE YOU A DEPOSIT BEFORE YOU TELL US A PRICE. Our sales associate then told us that the sales manager thought we were a waste of his time. I have never been more offended and disgusted by a sales team in my life, we got up and walked over to the Mercedes dealership next door. Jokes on Mazda, because I bought a Mercedes.

Thank you Maple Mazda for wasting my time yesterday and being complete jerks during the entire process.

Not that good of a place to go they forget way to much stuff I went in to get my car fix had to go back for a second time because they forgot set the module up properly and I also requested a oil change on there slip and I even had the little rench light on and they didn t do it but then to top it off they refused to pick me up to get the car because I finished work at 5 and they close at 5:30 so they said they can t do it so I had to walk 1 hour at 20 minutes away to get my car, I would not request this place to people because there mechanics are not that good and service is terrible

I went shopping for a car at maple auto mall we went to a few dealerships before coming to Maple Mazda, we met Omar Saeed who was an amazing product advisor he took the time to understand our needs and show us the best car that fit our family needs. He really blew us away compared to the level of service we recieved at the neighbouring dealerships. After helping us select a car he showed us some prices and got his manager robert munro to help us out. Mr Munro went above and beyond our expectations, he was so genuine and patient with us and worked tirelessly to make sure we were comfortable with the price. We ended up at a great monthly payment without doing the tiring back and forth and bought a mazda cx-3. The financial service manager Bill was so professional and showed us some protection packages to ensure we have a pleasant experience with our new car and wasnt pushy at all. I was truly blown away by my experience at this dealership.. I never thought buying a car would be so easy and hassle free because of previous experiences at other dealerships. Makes me happy to know there are still people out there in this industry that still truly care about their customers. Cheers gentleman thank you for your help and dedicated customer service!

Great service from Giovanni. He was awesome and a pleasure to deal with. Was very interested in the Mazda CX-3 and have done minimal research prior to going to the dealership. But he was extremely knowledgeable and told me about the technical or detailed specs and safety features of the car. Took it for a test drive and then before you know it - we negotiated on a price. Overall, amazing experience at Maple Mazda.
PS. Also love the Japanese Gong. Really adds a great touch and personal experience.
Special shout out and Thank You to both managers Bill and Paolo for their friendliness & professionalism and for always making you feel welcome & comfortable. Very happy with the car and will be looking forward to servicing it here in the near future. Cheers!

I approaced him directly as a result of various positive reviews I read with references to him. He accomodated us and answered all questions resulting in a successful sale experiance. Roger Hung always promptly responsed to all my inquiries even after the sale. The staff in Maple Mazda are curtious and professional. I have had a great experience with Maple Mazda.

Robert the GM did try and correct some of the promises made that were not kept from the original sale. This was very nice.

In terms of communication, my experience has changed slightly. It takes a lot of back and forth to try and talk with anyone on the phone but you do get information. It is almost better to email or text anyone for proof but you do get calls back eventually

They have tried to repair trust that was broken. And the service team there is very nice.

You will get a good price on a car. You will get your service done well. You may have a headache in the process of the back and forth.

For these reasons, my rating has changed.



This is one of the worst Mazda dealerships I have ever tried to communicate with. Getting a hold of anyone in any department is always difficult. No one calls back and you are always on hold forever.

AND more importantly. They go back on promises more times then I can count. I have given them countless chances, even after the sales person who originated all the issues left the dealership.

Do yourself a favour, save yourself the headache, and go to any Mazda Dealership but this one.

Great experience with these guys! Our sales consultant (Yawar) is quite helpful, Yawar, Bill and rest of the team make sure that we understood everything before buying the car.
Going to car dealership is scary at times, but at Maple Mazda they will help you (no pressure) and give you advice to make the right decision. Highly recommended!

I absolutely love my new 2021 Mazda CX-5!! I previously leased a 2017 Mazda CX-5 and was excited to find out that they could easily switch me into a new model at no extra cost. Newer car...same payments. Albert, the sales representative, was so accommodating and made the whole process extremely quick and painless. He has excellent people skills, is extremely professional, is courteous and has wonderful customer service. He truly puts himself in the shoes of the customer and treats you the way a valued customer should be treated. Albert took the time to show me all the bells and whistles of my new car. Make sure you ask for him for all of your needs. He is amazingly accommodating. Keep up the good work Albert and thank you Maple Mazda for my new ride!!!

We recently went to Maple Mazda as we received notice that they were interested in buying back our CX-9. Overall it was a very good experience and we are very happy with our purchase of the CX-5. Wyatt was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in facilitating the purchase of our CX-5, outlining all of the features that were available in the various models. When picking up the new car, he did a great job explaining all the features and setting up the vehicle for us. He made this process as seamless as possible.

The only thing I would say is that there was a lack of transparency in the details of the vehicle buyback that may have impacted our decision to purchase our new vehicle. It would have been helpful to know what the trade in value of the vehicle was before seeing it on the bill of sale.

Overall, It was a good experience and I would recommend others to go here!

I just bought a new Mazda3 Sport from maple Mazda. I signed the bill of the sale after roughly 1 hour after first visit. I live in nearby and personally I don t like to shop around. Service was good, Albert is helpful, the management is pretty straight forward, the bargaining process went smoothly. Make sure to read the contract carefully, I guess any kind of big purchase you need read the paper carefully. When I picked up the car, the winter mats was not in yet, they said it was back ordered. But after a few weeks I called and checked serval times, it is still not available. Seem like the supply has some problems. I called Albert, my salesman, and complained about it. He talked with senior manager and they agreed to give me a set of floor liners to avoid the further waiting time. I feel they take customer s concerns seriously. A little waiting time but finally being resolved.Gerenally I will recommend this dealership, if you live nearby and love Mazda, it s the place to go.

The staff at Maple Mazda were fantastic and made me feel very comfortable as I looked to buy my first car. I was helped by Giovanni in particular, who was extremely knowledgeable and professional as he gave me a very detailed presentation of the vehicle I was interested in. He did a great job answering my questions and made sure I knew the important facts about the vehicle. Bill in finance was also very helpful in explaining the various payment options available, and made sure I chose the right plan for my situation.
I am really enjoying the car I bought from Maple Mazda, and I highly recommend them for any vehicle needs.

Second time purchasing a mazda from this location. Have to say always a great experience, never feel pressured and always feel great about my purchase. First car was a gem! Love the brand. I had albert assist me with my purchase, he was very patient answered all my questions even though I had quite a few. Made my transition much easier and Bill always offers great advance for the best options for the car. Loved the experience guys love my brand new mazda! This is the first time we have ever purchased a car from Maple Mazda. The experience was very comforting and first rate. We purchased a 2015 CX-5 GT. It handles really well and runs smoothly as advertised by the Sales Consultant Roger Hung. Roger was kind, friendly and really knowledgeable. We also had the pleasure of dealing with Paul Joseph the Sales Manager. He was patient and instrumental in sealing the deal for us. We would definitely recommend Maple Mazda to people who are looking for a used or new car.

I paid for tints when i purchased a new Mazda 3, i requested tints to the max allowable. Now its like i have no tints on my car. The Manger said he would re do free of charge. He doesn't return my emails or calls. Clearly doesn't want to keep his promise. I will not be buying a car again from this chain. Before you even think of buying a used car at this dealership, beware of the following:

1 Expect a unexpected low ball price for your trade that would put you to shame
2 What they show on auto-trader is completely false advertising and is completely opposite to what your going to encounter
3 Dont be surprised or fooled by a so called low price for their used car
4Car proof will wow you and you would then think, that why the heck did you waste your precious time or even bother visiting this zero professional and no deal dealership.

Just purchased a 2018 Mazda CX-9 GT from Tony my sales representative at Maple Mazda and loved every minute of the experience. Not only did he get me the best deal he made sure everything was clear and I understood what I was getting for the money I'm investing into my vehicle. Bill the financial genius got me approved and at a very great bi weekly rate that made me very happy. Paul the sales manager made sure everything was in perfect order upon picking up my car with all the features I was looking for in a car. Truly a team effort as Tony, Bill and Paul would keep me updated on the situation and all in a quick and timely manner. Would recommend anyone to see one of these gents to get the car for the best value money can buy. I was glad not to go to the other manufacturers or dealers and make this big decision at Maple Mazda. I just purchased a mazda3 GT from Maple the salesperson Roger Hung has done a good job, the customer service is excellent, I will definitely send referrals to him!! I test drove the CX3 and the mazda3 and I actually liked both , but I went with the mazda3 GT for the 2.5L engine. Roger was really helpful throughput the whole process.I've chosen both optional tech packages and I had to wait couple of days for the car to arrive at the dealerships since they did not have that specific car in stock. I will definitely buy again from this guys.Thanks.

Purchasing a new vehicle can be stressful enough at the best of times, but especially when you are forced to do so suddenly, and during the Christmas season, it can be overwhelming. My fiance's vehicle decided to die on her at the worst time. She and I visited the Maple Mazda location on a whim just to take a look around and see what some of our options would be. As we looked at some of the used vehicles in the parking lot we were approached almost immediately by Paul the sales manager. He came across as very friendly and gave us our space to browse without being pushy. After walking into the showroom we again talked with Paul and explained to him our situation and asked what our options were. Being skeptical of sales people I was still unsure of where this process was going to end up. To my surprise, from beginning to end this was one of the most comfortable large purchase buying experiences I have ever had. Between Paul and the finance manager Bill, the entire process was a comfortable one. They both went above and beyond to ensure that the deal could be finalized and that we would be satisfied with our purchase. I have been to other dealerships recently myself as I am looking at purchasing a new vehicle in the near future as well, and the customer service has been nowhere near as good as we were treated at Maple Mazda. If you are in the market for a new or used quality vehicle, I highly recommend dropping into the Maple Mazda dealership. Having only dealt with Paul and Bill I can only vouch for their customer service, but if they are the example set by this dealership for what a customer should expect and receive, then I am sure all of their associates are as equally skilled at making your buying experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I wasn't in the market to even purchase a Mazda for myself, but I am almost certain my next vehicle will be a Mazda and will be purchased at Maple Mazda. I came into this location upon a belt snapping on the 400 and a light going off. I was on a long road trip with my sister and cat and our AC stopped working. My cat was over heating and desperately needing AC. I cannot say enough positive things about their service department and their accompanying me and my cat. They even brought an extra chair so my cat didn t have to sit in the dirty floor when the work was being done. Ever so often they checked on us and were speedy and good communication of the work that needed to be done without being pushy or trying to talk me into services. Soon enough my AC was running and my car fixed. THANK YOU Mazda for the amazing customer service, even in a pandemic.

Walked in to test drive the CX-5 on Friday, drove off with a new 2020 on Monday! The Product Specialist, Albert, and Sales Manager, Henry, were both great. From the moment our family walked into the showroom, Ryan Hughes (GSM) and Eric Agmon (Sales) made us feel comfortable, answering every question and/or concern we had with ease. Having previously visited other Mazda dealers, I was also very impressed by Ryan's straight-forward, easy-going and transparent approach throughout the entire sales process. He even provided us with a copy of the dealer worksheet so we could review the numbers overnight, without added pressure and shop around the offer if we wished to.
