Owning several Mazda's for the past 10 years we ha...

Owning several Mazda's for the past 10 years we had the opportunity to find expert and friendly staff at Maple Mazda. I received a call from Wyatt our lease manager because as our lease was now coming to an end and although he managed the leasing department, he recognized that the best option for us was financing a new vehicle as there was a low interest financing promotion. He guided us throughout the process, he was very efficient, not pushy and was always looking out for our best interest.
The manager Paolo also intervened to make sure that our loyalty to the brand was not taken for granted and made us feel welcomed once again by making sure we were happy with our choice and payment options.
If you are shopping for car I highly recommend this location!

I recently purchased a brand new 2019 Mazda CX-5 GS from here and Wyatt really helped us in getting the best deal possible. He took into account of my budget and didn t push me to add extra. Through my experience, I can tell Wyatt knows how to treat his customers right and would definitely recommend to whomever is purchasing a vehicle to go to him. I had a great experience getting a Mazda 3 GS from Maple Mazda. As a first time car buyer, dealing with Anders Lindfors was exactly want I needed. Anders was very honest and friendly throughout the entire process and made sure to get me the car that fit my needs and budget. Upon delivery, Anders took the time to show me all the features and how everything worked and even followed up afterwards to ensure I was happy with my purchase.

I highly recommend going to Maple Mazda and dealing with Anders for any future car purchases.

I had worst experience faced in my life while buying a new vehicle at Maple Mazda Location. Specially Bill (Finance Manager) give me very hard time due to not accepting the deals he offered us. We are really dissatisfied with customer service and not getting the same colour which we booked it. I give only 1 star poor management.

I had the worst experience here with the service t...

I had the worst experience here with the service team. I called a week before my appointment for a new windshield and an oil change and the gentleman gave me quote that we agreed upon and i made the appointment. The day I brought my car in the women at the front was unable to communicate the agreed upon price for the windshield but did give me the price of the oil change. Later in the day I get a call that they have found another issue with my car and said I should immediately fix it and it would run me $300-500 before taxes, labour etc. This to me was very unusual as our family mechanic had my vehicle not longer than a month ago and he would have made me aware of the issue. Further, after that I received a call from the gentleman working on my car and told me that for whatever reason the windshield they ordered wasn't allowing my VIN to be displayed properly so they went ahead and put a more expensive windshield on without my consent and now i'm expected to pay for this. First issue: when making the appointment i gave the gentleman my VIN so he was able to order the correct windshield so we wouldn't have this issue. Second issue: your workers have no right to obligate me to a new price and product without my consent. I went in a spoke with the manager and he was extremely unpleasant to work with; he said he would only offer me $15-20 off of this new price when this new windshield was running over $100 of the original agreed upon price. The manager was extremely rude and his business practices are completely unacceptable in addition to him trying to twist my words and make up new numbers of what I now need to pay for the services. After arguing he rudely said as a solution he'd put on the windshield that doesn't display my VIN so that when the cops pull me over i would have to pay double than what I would currently be paying. Are you kidding me??? these are your practices and how you're treating a new customer??? Needless to say i will never be returning to this location for any services or new vehicles. My recommendations would be the following: give your employees training on how to effectively communicate with clients and give management training on best business practices and ethics. The only pleasant part of my experience there was the receptionist in the show room where i paid the bill. She was absolutely wonderful to chat with while i was making my payment and was very friendly and professional. Lastly, Mike the shuttle driver was very kind.

I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I came to Maple Mazda for a scheduled maintenance ...

I came to Maple Mazda for a scheduled maintenance on my CX5. I was nicely greeted and my car was taken into the shop right away as per my appointment. Within an hour, my car was ready. Upon leaving the dealership and heading home, a cloud of blue smoke came out of my exhaust pipe and there was a very strong potent burning smell. Even worse was that I could not accelerate beyond 2000 rpm. This led to traffic impeding issues. I was very thankful that I did not take the car onto the freeway. I quickly returned to the dealership to have my car inspected. After 30 minutes, the service manager spoke to me and had informed me that the oil gun was out of calibration, causing more oil to be added. What I don't understand is why wasn't the oil level checked using the standard oil dipstick method. It sounds like a step was left out from from the quality checklist. Although I am glad to hear that the oil gun was taken out of operation so that another customer would not go through the same experience, I was very disappointed that a basic service could go so wrong. This was unacceptable as I expected more from the Mazda experience; I was given a "sorry for your inconvenience" response. My family has bought two brand new CX5 vehicles this year (2018). This was my first scheduled maintenance and I do not plan to come back to Maple Mazda for future maintenance work.

It's been over 9 hours and the burning smell still resides. *Sigh*

*Update* The GM (Robert) contacted me to apologize for the mishap. He was very understanding and truly wanted to address my disappointment. Robert is a man of his words and he was the reason why my family had purchased a second car from Maple Mazda in 2018. Thank you Robert

Had a bit of a rough go with the warranty that I purchased when I bought my car, with a few small minor issues, but - Yawar, Bill and Rob took very good care of me and made me one happy customer!! If I ever trade my car in after being finished with the one I bought, I will definitely be going back to Maple Mazda. I Couldn't have picked a better dealership to buy my very first car from!! Warranty Bumper to bumper deceptive as wear n tear of using door is not covered, parts should be strong enough to withstand Canadian weather. I just have the car for a year too. Its cheaply made imo. Wind blew door opened and a part got unhinged. Still works but not holding door as well as before. 1st and last Mazda for me.

Our great young sale person Yang, manager Henry and financial manager Terry made the process smooth and enjoyable from start to end.
Most of all, we had very good deal thanks to them and we love our car.

After visiting a couple of different Mazda dealerships in Toronto, we bought our Mazda CX5 from Maple Mazda in Vaughan and it was an amazing experience for us. The Sales Manager, Paul Joseph, gave us a very good deal in terms of the interest rate and trade in. He is very professional, helpful and friendly as is the rest of his team; the Finance Manager also made everything very easy for us. Before finishing the conversation with him, our financing was already approved for the purchase of our vehicle. Bobby was another friendly sales staff who gave us a lot of information about the vehicle during the test drive and everything went smoothly, better than imagined. I believe that we could not have a better service anywhere else and we love our Mazda CX5-GT as it has exceeded our expectations above and beyond.

we bought 2 cars from Maple Mazda, and it was a great experience.
Purchasing a car can be a stressful time, let alone getting 2 at the same time. The staff at Maple Mazda were truly great.
Our sales consultant (Sheldon Thompson) was very professional, just sat with us, had a conversation in an effort to gain knowledge and information about us, and what we are looking for. He made us feel at ease, and worked to balance what we were looking for and within our budget.
Ryan, the sales manager, worked with us to close the deals and have it make sense from both our end, and the dealerships end. At no time did we feel pressured or rushed to make a decision.
We then moved to finance, where Bill was very reassuring and friendly, as dealing with trying to make the finance work can make you feel very uneasy, but it was not the case, dealing with Bill.
We were at the dealership way past closing, and at no point were we made to feel like we were imposing. We were assured that it was not a problem, and that the did not mind having to stay late.
We have had our cars for 2 weeks, and they have been a dream to drive I have the new CX-3, and My wife has the CX-5. the power and control in the CX-3 is amazing, best ride I have ever had, and I love the sleek shape of the car. my wife's car is great too, she is enjoying it, feels great on the road.

I was recently shopping for a vehicle and went to Maple Mazda so I could do some test drives. I had told the salesman that it was ME who was purchasing the vehicle, however throughout the entire process he proceeded to talk to my boyfriend that was with me rather than myself. He even asked him for his information! My boyfriend noticed I was a little agitated and proceeded to tell the salesman that he had nothing to do with the purchase and yet he still talked to him rather than me. He even tried to get me to buy a larger vehicle for "all the kids I'm going to have" He even made a comment on my appearance, and while he may have thought he was giving me a compliment, comments like that have no place in a business transaction with a potential customer. I was very disappointed with his blatant sexism and went to another dealer. I even ended up buying a Mazda, from someone who gave me, the buying customer the respect I deserve.

After reading some of the most recent reviews posted for Maple Mazda during this most difficult time I felt I should share my feelings.
From booking my appointment to picking up my car it was very clear to me that Maple Mazda was putting the safety of its customers and employees as a top priority. Given I have both of my elderly parents living in my home it was very important to me the situation was taken seriously. I personally watched as the service rep sanitized my car and applied the appropriate protection to the drivers area. I waited outside while the oil change was performed. When the same rep brought my car back outside when it was completed he again sanitized all the areas that would have been touched by a stranger. This made me feel like they cared about my well being. Yes the whole process took a little longer than it usually does, yes it was an "inconvenience" that I had to wait outside and communicate over the phone. I didn't mind one bit.

Had a fantastic experience at Maple Mazda! From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted by Wyatt and felt at ease. We were only planning on getting some information but we ended up purchasing a car instead! Wyatt was very attentive and asked us exactly what we were looking for. He told us about all the available options and we test drove the car we eventually ended up buying. He was very thorough with explaining all of the features of the vehicle and was extremely knowledgeable about the product he was selling He was never pushy or trying to rush us along. The delivery of the vehicle was very smooth. Wyatt walked us through the vehicle's setup and he told us to see him if there were any other questions. Overall an amazing experience. Definitely ask for Wyatt at the Maple location if you're looking to buy a car, you'll be glad you did!

As a first time car buyer, I have to say that I could not have asked for a better experience. Sheldon helped out my family and I in a very professional manner, and answered any question I had with ease. Sheldon listened to my needs and wants and made me feel comfortable, without any pressure at all. As well, both Bill, and Sheldon worked within my budget which I greatly appreciated. Every detail about the car was explained clearly, and professionally. As a first time car buyer, picking up the car was really exciting moment for me. I recently purchased a 2019 Mazda 3 GS at Maple Mazda and it was hands down the best experience I ve ever had at a dealership.
Wyatt was knowledgeable, patient and amazing to work with. I never felt pressured and he just made the entire process simple and stress-free! He answered all my questions and genuinely cared about helping me make the right decision. I ve come across too many greasy car salesmen with previous purchases at other dealerships so it was a much appreciated breath of fresh air with Wyatt.

do not lease a car from this dealership. I leased a mazda 3 from this dealership for 4 years. I returned the car to them in very good condition with only 50 k on it. Mazda inspected the car and charged me 1300 $ for small scratches. If you planing to lease a car from them be careful. they are not fair at all. How you can use a car for four years and return it the same shape as first day. My car was almost new. I had no accident, had no kids, only 50 k on it. Why I should pay 1300 $. Overall out of 10 I give 0 to this dealership. worst dealership ever.

I Highly Recommend Maple Mazda in Vaughan.
Booked a test drive and was very fortunate to meet with Product Specialist Albert Fernandez.

Albert is very Kind, Honest, and Professional. He had a tremendous amount of knowledge of the vehicles, and had the patience to help my wife and myself find Exactly what we were looking for.

Our experience at Maple Mazda was amazing from start to finish thanks to Albert and the entire team at Maple Mazda. Jackie the Finance Manager took care of the financial side of things for us, Rico the Service Manager, Ala the Parts Advisor, and Tracey the Service Co-ordinator helped us out with all our inquiries. All of these People were amazing, and very professional.

Maple Mazda has an amazing team, ready to help guide you to the right vehicle. If you are looking to buy a Mazda, take my advice and go see Albert.

Wyatt was attentive and proactive and made the process simple, walking us through each step to make sure we were comfortable with what we were buying. Just got the Android Auto and CarPlay update on the CX-9. They were quick and up front about the cost. The dealership is clean and modern. Has free coffee and water. Will be trying them out for maintenance.

Looking for my first car I wanted to make sure I was getting something that suited me, comfort and style wise. Out of most dealerships in the maple auto mall, Mazda was the only one that truly understood the quality of car that best suited my lifestyle. Walking in I was first greeted by Giovanni, what an outstanding gentleman. He asked me what I was interested in and when he heard I was in search for my first car he immediately directed me to the CX-5. He made me aware that this vehicle was one of the safest ones yet. Giovanni was so positive that this vehicle was a great choice to be my first new car that I could not say no. Since the day I drove off the Maple Mazda lot I'm loving every second I sit behind the wheel.

Leased a car from Maple Mazda a few years ago and the lease was coming up. I decided to buy it out and since this was my first lease, I had no idea what to do or lookout for. They introduced me to Angelica Fernando who is the Financial Service Manager. She helped me out with everything. Responded to emails very quickly, gave me exact costs and buyout values including all fees that were involved. Process was as easy as it can get. Definitely recommend this dealerships their staff.
