A new car purchase is probably one of the biggest purchases ever. Being sceptical is natural. The entire team at Maple Mazda helps you make the transition to car ownership perfectly. I travelled 2.5 hours to get there, based entirely on the reviews I read. I wouldn't lie, the expectations were immensely high. Neda was the sales person. Polite and warm, she made sure we were at ease. Paul, the manager and Bill, the finance manager, made us feel we knew them for a while. Brilliant efforts and exceptional service. Kudos to the entire dealership. They not only met, but also exceeded my high-strung expectations. Without a doubt and without any reservations, I would surely recommend this dealership to any one in the market for the car. Even if you are not interested in a Mazda, do visit the dealership to experience first hand, the benchmark in customer service.

My car got totaled the other month, so I went back to Maple Mazda (returning customer) looking for a used CX-5. Giovanni the sales guy took care of my father and I, and gave us a beautiful car from their used inventory for a great price! We worked on the price for quite a bit and they were amazing for considering my budget and catering to my needs. The sales team and manager are nice people all around who are willing to work with you if you are serious in buying a new or used car. Don't hesitate to talk to Giovanni when you go in there to look for a vehicle, you won't regret it. Thanks again Maple Mazda!

Love my Mazda CX-5 from Maple Mazda. The new safety and convenience features are great. The unlimited KM warranty is something you can almost never find! The financing was very reasonable, the staff were courteous. There was a small issue with my vehicle that was immediately fixed. Albert the salesperson was very nice and easy going. Super happy with the vehicle and the dealership!

We just picked up our new Mazda at this location, I would highly recommend this particular location if you are looking for great customer service from the reception desk, to the service desk to the sales person and manager. The experience was very welcoming, they made my wife and I feel as we were part of their family.
They worked out the best deal for us, Wyatt our service representative exceeded our expectations, as he was patient, very knowledgeable and made sure that we received what we were searching for in a vehicle. We will definitely be coming back to purchase our next vehicle with this dealership.

I purchased my Mazda 6 GT @ Maple Mazda recently. Sheldon Thompson and the Maple Mazda management staff worked diligently to pair me with the best car to fit my lifestyle and at the best price. Sheldon always made himself available for the million and one questions I had consistently providing feedback right away. The professionalism and customer service these guys showed myself and my wife was top notch. Loved my experience and will certainly be continuing my partnership with the dealership through scheduled servicing visits.

Staff are really helpful and easy going. Albert was really nice and Bill for getting me approved for a car loan. I was just a little disappointed for not getting the colour that i wanted. But so far, I'm happy with my white mazda 3.

Since I bought my mazda cx5 in 2008, every time I go for a service I get awful experiences with the service staff . The last time they made me wait 4 hours (outside due for the covid-19 situation) just to start checking my car and tell me that brakes had to be replaced so I decided to leave the place with my time wasted and my car in the same conditions. They only care about their sales no in the costumer satisfaction. I hope to find a better service in some other mazda location because I won't be back there.

I never write reviews. That just shows how good Wyatt is. If you need a car, come to Maple Mazda and ask for Wyatt. If he's busy, wait for him. Trust me, he's worth it! He takes care of you from the moment you enter the store and after you are done purchasing the vehicle.

He asked what my budget was and instead of trying to oversell me on a vehicle, he went below my budget. He saw that my partner and I were nervous about buying our first car and gave us time to think about our choices. He never pressured us into buying anything. He could have taken advantage of us and sold us the car that cost more, but instead he took the time to understand what we wanted and showed us a car that suited our needs. No other car salesmen would sell a lower priced car when we mentioned a higher budget. It was the best experience that we had received.

Bill was a sweetheart too. He never pushed me to buy warranty for my car but went through what all the warranty would cover. I would come back to Maple Mazda for Wyatt and Bill. Maple Mazda all the way!

It is not the first time I bought a new car in GTA and not the first time to buy a Mazda (My family loves our Mazda 5 which we have had for 10 years!). However, this is the first time that I've never felt pressured to also buy the extras like extended warranty or other add-on services and I did not feel like I needed to wrestle with the dealership. Roger (sales), Paul (sales manager)and Bill (finance manager) were all "un-conventional" sales personnel., especially Roger, who is very friendly, genuine and knowledgeable. The whole purchase experience is suberb. I will definitely recommend people to buy a Mazda and to buy it from Maple Mazda. :)

Went in for an oil leak, mechanic took two days to redo the oil pan gasket, way over-charged me for an OEM gasket when all he used was liquid gasket, and still didn't fix the problem, had to take it somewhere else to solve the leak

Buyer beware, these guys will rip you off

Went into Maple Mazda, because I did my research on all the Mazda Dealers in the GTA and found that through reading online reviews as well as seeing more "Maple Mazda" plate covers than any other, decided to go in and have a look at what they had to offer. I was greeted by Steven Chaiken, who asked me all the right questions that allowed him to get an idea as to what I was looking for. I was looking at a Mazda3, but had no idea of the difference between trim levels and all the offered features. We went for a test drive in a GS Model and then Steven showed me a White Mazda3 GT Model with extra features that had 2500 km on it, and was "his" dealer demo car; I knew I had found my car. Steven gave me all the info and the breakdown of the deals that were being offered by Mazda at the time. As well as what would be offered and available to me when buying this car in a way that made me feel as if I was under no obligation to sign that day and that he would be available to answer any questions or concerns that I had while deciding on whether or not to sign for the car. Over the course of a few days, I thought about all my options and did even more research, and then went back in to sign with Steven, at which time, I was able to get an even better deal than I had first anticipated and walked away a happy first time car and Mazda owner. The car did require some detailing and service because of the added features, which only took 2 days and were very well done. I continue to keep in contact with Steven and the rest of the staff at Maple Mazda, who are always very pleasant to speak with and help me with even the smallest of inquiries. I would highly recommend this dealer and dealership!!!

(Age 21, looking for first car) Walked in, receptionist at the first desk welcomed me to a quiet dealership while they launched the cx-30. Expressed my interest in the Mazda 3 and was looking for a test drive. Walked around the dealership waiting for a sales person to leave their cubicles to speak with me, none of them got up.

Eventually Sak Esso walked up to me and I expressed to him my interest in test driving and potentially purchasing the Mazda 3. He walked away, grabbed his card and came back telling me to leave and call him for a test drive because it was "busy" in the dealership with ONE other customer.

Needless to say Maple Mazda thinks too highly of themselves and lost a potential sale. Would NOT recommend young buyers to consider this dealership.

This location is amazing. We could not be happier with the experience we had. People who work here are so nice and absolutely fantastic specially Albert. If anyone asks me where to go for a new car I will definitely recommend this location.

After years of owning several Hondas, walking into a Mazda dealership was a bit uncomfortable. After doing quite a bit of research on the CX-5 I knew it was a beautiful and great vehicle, but what kind of service would I receive? Would I question my decision to walk in that day?

Well, that day was the beginning of a terrific relationship between myself and Maple Mazda - specifically, Wyatt Bawden. On that first day he spent hours going over all the wonderful features the car has to offer - his extensive knowledge was very impressive. More importantly he didn t make me feel rushed, and he addressed all of my questions and concerns with the patience and understanding that I needed to feel comfortable with this big decision. After owning many cars over the last twenty years I have never had the pleasure of meeting a more dedicated and committed sales person. He definitely goes beyond what any other sales person does. For these reasons I am extremely glad I walked into Maple Mazda that day.

Very positive experience at Maple Mazda.

Worked with sales representative Roger, an extremely nice and helpful guy who went all the way to make sure I have good experience and get a very good deal on the car. Furthermore, Roger would be constantly in touch with me during the whole process, answered the whole ton of questions I had (every time his response would be within minutes) and kept helping me with some accessories after I had picked up the car.
A shout out goes to manager Bill as well - great chats, quick and effective deal locked.

Love the new car!. I recently purchased a vehicle from Maple Mazda and it's even better then I could have imagined. It's a big commitment purchasing a vehicle and the last thing people want to deal with is a ton of paperwork and poor communication. Maple Mazda offered a smooth transaction that was pain free. I highly recommend going to see Giovanni. He took his time and explained everything about the new car. Giovanni is awesome and so is Paolo. Together they made the purchase a pain free experience.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. When to look for a lease and the lady there would not give me a written quote to show my company. I asked for a test drive and they gave me a dirty used car for a test drive. Terrible experience. I walked out of there due to poor and indifferent customer service. Avoid this place.

My advice would be to use another dealership if you want a Mazda. The car is great, but this dealership is disorganized. I was just trying to wrap up the end of my lease and it was a mess. I was transferred to people in wrong departments, sales people I spoke with promised/told me things that their manager said they weren't allowed to give me, I was told to come in for an additional inspection which they ended up telling me I didn't actually need after I took the morning off work, they also quoted me a new monthly lease rate and then promptly increased it by almost $80 just days before my lease end (I was told that Mazda just changed its strategy to become a "luxury brand" - hence the price increase). No thank you. Off to lease from someone else.
I just wanted to edit based on the response from Mazda below. The monthly rate was not increased due to damages - that had been included all along. I was specifically told over the phone it was because they are moving towards being a "luxury product" - Mazda please don't change your story.

I purchased a 2014 Mazda CX-5 GT from Maple Mazda back in June and was very pleased with the service. The process was very smooth and the entire staff made me feel like family. I dealt with Sheldon Thompson who was exceptional and very easy to deal with. He didn't once rush me or make me feel pressured into buying. General Sales Manager Ryan Hughes was also very pleasant and made sure that I was taken care of. Finance Manager Bill Zabonas was very caring and thoughtful in making sure my needs were met and that my new vehicle had the right coverage.

Before we purchase our new CX5 , we visited different dealers. Other Dealers were trying to make the sale without listening to our concern. But In Maple Mazda, Paul listened and helped us to choose the right Vehicle with no pressure. After Sale , we sat with Bill for rest of the deal. Bill explained our options very well and we were able to choose the right one. Sometimes you are coming home after the purchase and asking your self ," did I make a right choice?!!!!!" Answer is yes. We got the right vehicle and good price and more important We had a great experience at Maple Mazda with Paul and Bill and we will recommend them to others.

I can't even believe my self how bad is the services centre. I send an appointment throw maplemazda website because you guys recommend to do it and get 10% discount plus I send a requested throw appointment page unfortunately no one reply back to me , when I call today they said the person who is responsible for the appointment she on vacation or something like this what the hell is that you put some person on vacation with out replacement, what kind dealer can work without have somebody replacing that person , plus the service lady was really rude ...... plus I submit my appointment on October 4,2016, I should have my car to be server for October 11,2016 but Maple Mazda doesn't care about their customer from the first day I bought the car brand new all is trouble. bad bad bad dealership I ever deal with it , Not recommend for anyone to buy a car from them . when you go for buy a car they care about you ones the deal is done , they real don't care about their costumer. sad experience . plus I call on Thursday some Precipitant take my number but she never pass it to anyone. so disappointment .

Horrible Service Center! Bought a demo vehicle from them & there has been an issue with it ever since. Car rattles & squeaks when in all gear selections. They have taken the car in & claim there is nothing wrong with it at all! Really?? What car squeaks & rattles that is 1 year old. Have sent it in multiple times & have never got anywhere! They did a recall service on the car & w.e chemicals & lubricants they used dripped onto & hardened on the side skirts of the car. They didn't clean it, bought it in for service again & asked them to clean it as it was their doing, car still has it all over. Won't bring my car here for service ever again! Neither will I ever buy a car here! Be warned!

worst dealership ever. I leased a Mazda 3 from them 4 years ago. Returned the car in very good condition with only 50 k on it . Mazda charged me 1300 $ for small scratches on the car. If you plan to lease a car be careful with this dealership. They are not fair at all.

Good people, great service! You can not go wrong with Robert( General Manager), he has cut a deal for me than NO other dealership in Toronto or Waterloo area can beat that yet! The customer manager(Paul) is a man of his his words and been very responsive whenever I need them. Even after purchase, the sales person(JP) in my case provided me with his personal cell number and has been helpful in debugging any issue even after hours! Last but not the least, is their service shop. Larisa has been very communicative and helpful to me. She made sure that my service gets done in time and also followed up with my Mazda insurance to take care of minor repair that my car need. I would say this is a great quality service and as of now I am very satisfied with the service!
Therefore, I totally recommend this dealership!
