I have always been a lover of the brand but I have to change my mind. I bought several things but the leatherette chairs CS1380 Juliet were really painful. The leatherette has crumbled in two places in two years, especially in front of almost all the chairs. In the face of chairs for> 200 .

Unfortunately we had a really terrible experience buying from Calligaris and I would never do it again. We ordered six chairs for the dining room from Tiare outlet store. When they arrived we put them in the car and we took them home without controlling them. At home, we opened one immediately to try it and saw when we removed the plastic that was torn off the seat. We checked the next one ... even torn. The same applies to the third, fourth, fifth, sixth. Every single chair tore at least a little, and we had just spent 800 euros on us.

We took pictures and immediately notified the store (only a couple of hours since we collected them). They assured us that we could turn back the chairs to have them replaced. However, a few days later they wrote again saying that they could no longer trade them - their reason was that Calligaris' headquarters said that the tears on the chairs could only be made with a knife, so we had to do it ourselves. All they could offer you a discount if you want to buy more chairs. As if it wanted more chairs from the place that has given us six defective?

The sales man was helpful and tried to help us challenge this with them, but after several months we don't have a solution, so my only option is to warn others here to avoid shopping from here. It's a shame because Calligaris is a local Friulian company and normally we would like to support it, but it's really scary for me that a company would treat its customers this way.

Product defect confirmed by the company, the latter if not under warranty does not respond .... Bad company !!! Never again!!!

Exceptional tables and chairs with the taste of true made in Italy

Beware of buying ON LINE. They do not ABSOLUTELY respect the delivery times. I am waiting for an order by MONTHS and they had said 3 weeks.

I have nothing to say except that I walk past to go shopping in my favorite supermarkets and see their advertisements in the furniture newspapers.

We made several purchases from your brand and actually a bad experience .. poor products and some even deteriorated in a short time. Not recommended

Extraterrestrial prices, for an initial made in China

The chair made by this manufacturer is made of imitation leather and crumbles to a very shocking appearance. Here is a picture of the New York office chair after a few years of use. Payed the hell out of now and looks like this. Re-upholstering with real leather would cost the same as the chair price. I do not recommend.
