I came into this location upon a belt snapping on the 400 and a light going off. I was on a long road trip with my sister and cat and our AC stopped working. My cat was over heating and desperately needing AC. I cannot say enough positive things about their service department and their accompanying me and my cat. They even brought an extra chair so my cat didn t have to sit in the dirty floor when the work was being done. Ever so often they checked on us and were speedy and good communication of the work that needed to be done without being pushy or trying to talk me into services. Soon enough my AC was running and my car fixed. THANK YOU Mazda for the amazing customer service, even in a pandemic.
