Paul is extremely knowledgeable about Mazda vehicles and shares pertinent information with his customers. He gives clear, direct and accurate answers to customers' questions. He genuinely empathizes with his customers. He listens and identifies with them, staying focused on their goals, and translating these goals into solutions for them. He asks about your vehicle needs, what features are significant to you and, above all, respects your budget. He leads his customers through the whole process, in a flawless, organized manner. He genuinely cares about the customers, not just the sale. He totally advocates for his customers.
