Went into Maple Mazda, because I did my research on all the Mazda Dealers in the GTA and found that through reading online reviews as well as seeing more "Maple Mazda" plate covers than any other, decided to go in and have a look at what they had to offer. I was greeted by Steven Chaiken, who asked me all the right questions that allowed him to get an idea as to what I was looking for. I was looking at a Mazda3, but had no idea of the difference between trim levels and all the offered features. We went for a test drive in a GS Model and then Steven showed me a White Mazda3 GT Model with extra features that had 2500 km on it, and was "his" dealer demo car; I knew I had found my car. Steven gave me all the info and the breakdown of the deals that were being offered by Mazda at the time. As well as what would be offered and available to me when buying this car in a way that made me feel as if I was under no obligation to sign that day and that he would be available to answer any questions or concerns that I had while deciding on whether or not to sign for the car. Over the course of a few days, I thought about all my options and did even more research, and then went back in to sign with Steven, at which time, I was able to get an even better deal than I had first anticipated and walked away a happy first time car and Mazda owner. The car did require some detailing and service because of the added features, which only took 2 days and were very well done. I continue to keep in contact with Steven and the rest of the staff at Maple Mazda, who are always very pleasant to speak with and help me with even the smallest of inquiries. I would highly recommend this dealer and dealership!!!
