We arrived at 10:10 am for a scheduled 10:20 am appointment to have our 2017 Chrysler Pacifica, with less than 3.5k miles, inspected for cracking and screeching sounds in the steering and suspension as we turn in and out of driveways. It has been overt four hours since we arrived and the vehicle has not even been test driven. All vehicles that came in with us have since left and all they can tell us is they just have not had a chance to look at ours.

When we scheduled our appointment we were told it should take an hour to an hour and a half and that our service could be done on Saturday. Now we are told that that because it's Saturday it is taking so long and they don't know what else to say.

My brother had a similar experience with this dealership before but he said they had improved since he went through a similar experience last year. By my experience there has been no improvement and they lack focus in customer service and considetation for their time.

You expect better service when you purchase a new vehicle and from the Chrysler / Mopar brand to stand behind its service and products. Definitely very disappointed with the service and my purchase of my first Chrysler vehicle and the service from this dealerships.

If appointments means nothing to this service department, why bother having us, the customers, make an appointment and provide us with false expectations of the time needed to have the vehicle serviced.

If negative stars or zero stars were possible that is what is give this service department and I would not recommend them to anyone unless you do not value your time and like poor customer service.

OMG!!! Okay, in short, my husband and I had a FABULOUS experience purchasing our first vehicle together here. Our sales person was Jeffrey, and honestly, his service was the best part, so I'll go into more detail in a minute about him. But in general, the building was clean, even with the door flying open because of the crazy winds we had that day. Every employee there was well dressed, put together, courteous, helpful, and on task. I know that seems silly to say, but it really helped set the professional atmosphere to see people who cared enough about their jobs to actually do them and do them well. Almost like they were happy to be there, which these days is really hard to find in any retail environment, much less a car dealership. So I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the environment and professionalism of the staff all around.
And Jeffrey just made it all even better! We first met when I had brought my other vehicle in for servicing (busted radiators are no fun, let me tell you). He met me in the parking lot, opened the door for me, and helped me find where I needed to go. I had a long wait, and to fill it, I picked his brain about a potential future car for my husband. He took the time to address my questions, didn't rush me, explained everything thoroughly, and didn't push me into any immediate decision. He was just friendly, kind, and informative. I knew then that if we were going to purchase another car, I wanted to give him the sale. I'm in sales myself and I know how it can be, especially as the economy is rebuilding. But his kindness then earned him our sale. Then fast forward almost what, two months? He had given me his number and checked on us a few times- I told him where we were at and again, no pushing, no hard selling. He just listened, set up a time to check back and kept his word. So by this point, I had kind of made it into his 'really nice but really not interested' contact pile in his mind. :) And what do I do? Call him out of the blue (before he was even at work- didn't know that when I called), and asked him for a same day sales appointment. He made the time for us, even though I informed him that the only way were we going to buy a car that day was if it was a deal only God himself could've made. Lol, we'll apparently God did just that! We get there and we received the same treatment as I had this whole time- like we were long time friends just catching up and seeing what's available for purchase. He handled our financing quickly, gracefully, and compassionately (our credit wasn't terrible, per se, but it definitely wasn't good either, if you know what I mean). He never made a big deal about it. He just asked what we were thinking, accepted our answer, and found out what could be worked out. I think it was really smart of him to do this before he showed us any cars because we didn't get our hearts set on something we couldn't afford. He was more interested in getting us the car that best fit our family's needs and budget rather than the one that gave him the best commission. That was the most impressive part to me- he listened because he actually cared. He sat with us and waited for the answer about yes or no, could we be qualified, and celebrated with us when it happened as if he was waiting for his own answer. Then after considering the inventory options and our wants, he picked the perfect car on the first try- our new 2014 Chevy Cruze. My husband used to drive a 2000 Dodge Neon and was very nervous that he wouldn't be able to find a car that reminded him of that one but in an newer, more upgraded way, and he LOVES it! I wanted the car for him and prayed for it for months, and Jeffrey's service and car choice were literally the answer to my prayers! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle whether they're first timers like we were, or even someone who knows what's going on and what they want. His background enables him to meet any future car buyer where they're at. We're so happy with our purchase, thank you so much for such an amazing car buying experience!!!

Rod Ward was a straight shooter and helped my wife get exactly the van she wanted. They ordered the color van she wanted and had a sunroof and heated seats installed. Rod treated my wife very well and I would recommend Chrysler Dodge Jeep highly and make sure you use Rod Ward! You will not be disappointed!

Just had my 4th oil change and i'm always impressed....pull in pull out ride off into the sunset. Figured they would give me all the free ice creams I want if I write how I feel about Mall of Georgia Chrysler Dodge Jeep.....oh wait they give anyone who comes in for a service free ice cream "SCORE"!!! Found the 2014 charger I wanted online, and sent an inquiry. Was contacted soon after and all questions were answered in a timely manner by at least five obviously hard working employees. Worked out a price and trade in with ease. Our salesman Victor Salerno was top notch and a pleasure to work as were both Rick and Jose in different departments. Was worth the 8 hour round trip. Great job by you guys! Would definitely recommend.

This review is for the Selling department. I bought a used car from them and then they sold me a "Maintenance package" for 2 years or 8 services. I explicitly asked the sales manager to make sure that it includes everything (meaning, oil changes, tire balance and rotation), he said yes, it will be your one stop shop. Well 5,000 miles after, when I come to have my vehicle serviced, they now tell me that balance is not included, that I have to pay another $35 every time that I want to balance.... Tried to speak with the sales manager, and he was rude and aggressive and told me that he is not "willing to help me in any way, shape or form"... Stay clear of their maintenance packages, they are not worth it. And these guys are only after your money, once they got it, they don't care about you anymore...

He and Bobby truly went above and beyond to assist me and my family in every way possible. No pressure sales and round-the-clock assistance are rare traits at any car dealership but at Mall of Georgia Dodge, it s the norm. I visited a bunch of other car dealerships in the Atlanta area and walked out of all of them because those places didn t care enough to find the perfect car for me. It doesnt matter how fancy the dealership is, what matters is the staff and this place is next-level. Thank you Jeffrey and Bobby for all your help. Caveat emptor (BUYER BEWARE!). This past Memorial Day weekend I attempted to purchase a new vehicle. I negotiated a price and was sent an email with the details including price, dealer's fee, taxes, etc. which I agreed to. I asked salesman if I could give deposit to guarantee deal- he told me not to worry about it and he would call me back on Memorial Day. Well, of course, I didn't get a call and he didn't respond to my calls or texts. Becoming very suspicious, I finally got the dealership to connect me to his phone that evening. I wanted instructions on how to proceed and ensure that the deal was going to take place. He reassured me and said he would be speaking to his manager at 9 am the next day, then contact me.. Of course he didn't call me the next day so I asked for a manager -who was never available. I did finally get a call back from the general manager who informed me the vehicle was sold 3 days prior! All he could offer was his apologies. That explained why salesman was not returning my calls. The salesman strung me along and outright lied to me, knowing the vehicle was already sold! He subsequently had the audacity to blame me for losing the deal because I was unable to get an updated appraisal on my trade in last week (mine was just over 2 months old). This had nothing to do with the issue as he eventually agreed in writing to offer me the value of my 2 month old appraisal. Furthermore, I then decided not to trade the car and just buy the new one, taking the trade in out of the picture altogether. He also blamed "upper management" on selling the vehicle (he took no responsibility). He then told me that the price on the vehicle was a mistake, despite the fact that we negotiated in writing. Bottom line is he had no qualms about making an extra buck at the expense of the customer. It's this deception and flat out lying that gives certain car salesman a sleazy and untrustworthy reputation. I would never attempt to do business with this dealership again. They should get zero stars, but it's not an option!

It s more than just a job to him , it s helping people find what they want at a price they can afford ! Going above and beyond to make all aspects a pleasure ! That s most important to me ! Purchased a battery and had installed. I less than 1 year the car wont start. I've taken the car there 3 times to have it corrected and they keep saying the battery is ok. I got a new battery elsewhere and it corrected the issue. What a waste of three trips going there. They are horrible.

Unfortunately the 8th seat shook too much during the ride for our liking. Mike had some great discounts and it was unfortunate that we weren't able to do a deal with him. Please if you are looking for a Dodge, Jeep or Ford find another dealership. If you value your sanity and your money you don't want to buy even a candy bar from this dealership. I would go into details but no one has time to read the book i could write. If i treated my customers like these people treat their's i would be out of buisness in a week. So do your self a favor and shop elsewhere. I will say this i received 4 free oil changes and im sitting in akins ford in winder paying for a oil change because i refuse to let them touch my ram 2500 again. I hope this reviews saves somone from making the same mistake i made.

Just want to say that I bought a Town & Country here in 2011, had some service issues, & I just got tired of dealing with it. They could have refused to give me what I wanted and be fair about it but when I tell you I was taken care of with the highest level of respect would be an understatement.

So now I am into my second vehicle with them & I do not regret it for one minute.

Thanks Mall of Georgia Jeep, you have earned a very loyal customer.

I've always taken my jeep here for service and maintenance they are nothing but nice and really listen to the customer. Recently I had to take my jeep in due to a dead battery while there I looked at a few of the newer jeeps and decided to test drive one. Now thanks to Allen White I'm driving a new 2017 Jeep Wrangler. Allen was nothing but helpful and kind. He was very pleasant to talk to and made buying my jeep really easy. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is interested in buying anything from mall of Georgia Chrysler dodge jeep ram. We came here knowing the vehicle we wanted from the website so the process was very quick and easy. We also financed through the dealership which was also completely painless. We felt like they got us the best deal after shopping around - on the overall price by comparison to other dealerships with similar vehicles and on the interest rate. I recently purchased a Grand Jeep Cherokee from Mall of Georgia Chrysler Dodge Jeep and had such a great experience in buying a car! I've been looking for months at different cars, other dealerships and I knew I wanted an SUV. When I walked on the lot at Mall of GA the sales team immediately engaged with me to show me the cars and options I was looking for, based on price, overall package and options. Well, I purchased the Grand Jeep Cherokee and LOVE IT! Since that time, I have taken it in for routine maintenance and their service team has provided nothing more than excellent service. They are very accommodating in taking care of you, whether you have a scheduled appt or not. That is huge for me! I would highly recommend this dealership for their stellar sales team and any follow up maintenance. Great experience for me, especially as a woman, in buying the perfect car for me with a great product and service!!

Update 4/2/18:

The service department here is a joke. In September of 2017 I brought my truck in because of a whistling noise coming from the wheels. They told me it was a wheel bearing/hub assembly that needed to be replaced. They did so and the noise went away for 6 months. At the time they also told me that I might need brakes in the next year or so.

Flash forward to last week... the noise was back so I brought it back. After two hours waiting they told me they didn't hear the noise, so I rode around with their master tech who I believe is named Sean. I knew I was in trouble when I had to tell him to roll the window down. Once he begrudgingly did so, he swore to me that he couldn't hear anything eventhough I absolutely could. We drove north on a very loud Buford Drive to a very loud Buford Hwy then turned right onto a very loud S Lee Street and headed back to the dearership. He made absolutely no effort to keep driving and attempt to hear the noise. I told him that when I drive through my quiet neighborhood I feel like people look out their windows to see who's care was making all the noise... still nothing out of this guy.

When we got back to the service department he disappeared and I was back with the service rep Darius. Darius told me they'd looked at the brakes and both the front and back were at 50%. I asked him if he was sure because of what I'd heard that last time I was there. He told me yes and that I wouldn't have to stress about the brakes anytime soon. He was apologetic that the tech couldn't hear the noise and suggested I try a Chevy dealer, so I did. This morning I brought my truck to Jim Ellis who told me that I need brakes. 3mm left on the front pads, 2mm on the back.

It is now very clear to me that Mall of Georgia CDJ simply doesn't want my business. I have a bunch of free oil changes here and I don't know that I even trust them to do that at this point. Pathetic.

I bought a 2011 Silverado at the end of July and the buying experience was great! The truck needed detailing but since it was late in the evening I was told I could just come back anytime. Finally got the chance to come in and also wanted to have the service dept look into a noise I was hearing when driving. I texted back and forth with Ryan Bills, who sold me the truck, about what I'd be coming in for and he set me up with a time the next morning. Since he'd be out, he hooked me up with Jeff Patrick, who was also involved in the sale, and told me I'd be taken care of.

After 2 hours at the dealership, Jeff handed me back my keys saying the detailing was done but the service department never investigated the noise because "you have to make an appointment for that sort of thing." I thought that's exactly what I'd done the night before without Ryan...

When I got home I opened up the tailgate to put something in the bed of the truck and found that they detail department hadn't even touched the bed! It was absolutely filthy when I bought it and it is just as filthy now. Does auto detailing of a truck no longer include the bed?!

I am incredibly disappointed with my visit as I feel like it was almost a complete waste of time.

They fall perfectly in line with the generic don't give a damn as long as they can push you into a car as fast as possible. Went in to try and build rapport and test drive a car and as soon as they realized we weren't buying then and there they got in a hurry to have us leave.

Our salesperson, Dylan, was very receptive and professional with respect to our questions and also gave us time to think about the transaction we were contemplating. The 2021 Grand Cherokee Overland was prepared very well for us and Dylan gave us a presentation of its features prior to us leaving the dealership.

I just had the best experience for my Dodge Journ...

I just had the best experience for my Dodge Journey at Mall of GA Dodge.. Josh was my customer advisor and he went way above the normal service one can get. Our warranty had expired and Josh helped to find a coupon to use for part of our service needs. Plus we had a recall notice too that was gone to take hours to complete, but Josh just ran everything through the process in record time! Thank you Josh so much for saving me time and money!

Spoke with a sales rep named Keith P. and his product knowledge was terrible. He only seemed interested in knowing if I was ready to buy right now and if my credit was good. I would not recommend him or this dealership to any of my friends or family. Stay away unless you like being treated as a 2nd class citizen.
