We purchased 2 vehicles at the same time. Worse mistake ever. Since themselves all we get is the run around on service, repairs and refunds. Please if you are looking for a Dodge, Jeep or Ford find another dealership. If you value your sanity and your money you don't want to buy even a candy bar from this dealership. I would go into details but no one has time to read the book i could write. If i treated my customers like these people treat their's i would be out of buisness in a week. So do your self a favor and shop elsewhere. I will say this i received 4 free oil changes and im sitting in akins ford in winder paying for a oil change because i refuse to let them touch my ram 2500 again. I hope this reviews saves somone from making the same mistake i made.
