Drove over two hours after working remotely with Jeffrey Patrick. He helped me ensure the vehicle I was looking for was available prior to making the drive and helped me come to a good deal on the new Jeep we purchased. I'd happily suggest anyone in the market for one reach out to him. I wasn't disappointed and was blown away by the experience.

Absolutely worst dealership experience. I simply was stopping by for them to take photos of my trim in my jeep Cherokee SRT. I had only had it a week. Bought it from another dealership and needed them to order the part. After waiting for a hour in their waiting room I couldn't wait any longer due to another appointment. I had asked for my vehicle and upon receiving it noticed they REAR ENDED MY SRT WITH ANOTHER VEHICLE ON THEIR LOT. Absolutely shocked this could even happen considering my vehicle was fully equipped with alerts and a backup camera. Jason Frey the general manager says " it's just an accident, it happens ". REALLY!!!!!!!!
Next I spoke with one of the owners and received a very similar response. Yes my vehicle is getting repaired but what an inconvenience and NO they refuse to do anything more than fix what they damaged....NEVER AGAIN....I wont let them move a damn bicycle.....VERY HEARTLESS INEXPERIENCED DEALERSHIP......SAVE YR TIME AND VEHICLE...

I walked in to just browse their truck inventory, ended up driving home in my new RAM 1500. Jeff Mathews couldn't have been more helpful. He met me at the door walking in, then spent time showing me everything on the lot, no pressure. Found the perfect truck, financing was quick and easy. Left my trade-in there, took home my 2019 RAM. For anybody looking for a new vehicle, I would definitely recommend stopping in to see Jeff.

I visited the dealership 2 months ago concerning the airbag indicator light on dashboard. They went under the driver's seat where the device is located. Said it was a loose wire, indicator light went off. Also the passenger side amber light was out, they stated they didn't have the "bulb" on stock. Also they told me my warranty was valid until I reach 50,000 miles. The seatbelt indicator light came back on a month later. Since I had the day off today, I returned to the dealership to have these issues addressed. I was informed by the Service Department Representative that they won't be able to service my Crystler 200 without an appointment, which I can understand. Then he stated that my warranty ended at 36,000 miles, currently I have 37,633 miles. I told him what was told to me 2 months ago when I had 33,000 miles. He told me I would have to pay $120 for diagnostics concerning the airbag indicator light. Then I was told it's not a bulb blown, but the whole amber light part. Which would cost me $22 before taxes. I was truly disgusted with my experience at this dealership. BE CAREFUL WITH DOING BUSINESS THERE.

All they want is your money, lack of customer service. I drove 40 miles hoping to get a good deal, but was definitely a waste of time and money. One of the financial guy will make sign papers without going into full details. I wouldn't go there if I were you.

I recently was in the market for a new truck. In the last 20 years I have owned only 1 truck a Dodge Ram. It has more than paid for it's self so of course I wanted another one. As luck would have it I not only got a new truck I was lucky enough to have an outstanding salesman. His name is Ryan Bills. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for, set aside his personal life and made me feel like I was his one and only priority. Should you find yourself looking for a vehicle I strongly recommend that you seek his assistance. This is not to say that he is the only one to take care of your needs but in 20 years I hope that he is still available. Thank you Ryan for all you have done. I love my truck !!!!!

Jeff Patrick was an absolute pleasure to deal with! Sales manager was great and Terry in finance was top-notch and hilarious. All in all would highly recommend this dealership!

I have to admit that I should have updated this a long time ago. Come to find out, the finance manager Terry ran mine and my partner's credit a total of 15 hits to our credit reports. We had to craft our own letter for Terry to sign admitting they mistakenly ran our credit that many times. I had to then send those letters with other supporting details like our credit reports to those banks to ask them to remove those hard inquiries. It's been a nightmare.

Yes Jeff was great, but go into the dealership with your own financing to avoid this.

And email communication to various people in the dealership either bounces back or they take days to respond.

Be wary of the operations after the sale. It could be a surprise.

We drove 3 hours to come to this dealership because they were offering the best price. The salesman, Cotton, was wonderful from start to finish. Made it a positive experience and all the staff was super friendly to both my husband, myself and our dog. Enjoyed popcorn and ice creams while waiting. It was definitely worth the drive. Thank you.

I came to this location on Feb. 13, 2019 due to some issues with my truck. The first gentleman tried his best to assist me. I asked him a question and he asked me to wait a moment so he could confirm the answer. While I was waiting for him to return Adnan came to make sure I had been helped. He asked me if there was anything he could do to help me. I gave him the short version of my issue and he immediately went to work. He assisted me with getting my truck further diagnosed and looked to see if my issue was covered under a warranty. While I was waiting for my rental, Adnan, shared a personal event with me and it left me in tears! I've been to this location before to general oil changes and system updates. But the service I received today was AMAZING and one I will ALWAYS remember. Adnan, thank you again!

Jeffrey Patrick was by far one of the best experiences I ve had in car buying and I ve purchased more than 4 cars in the past five years. He really understood everything we wanted in a car and also connected with us as if we we re family he made us feel comfortable with our decision and explained the process of car buying so detailed that my husband was even thinking of trading in his truck for a new vehicle. This car was a gift for our son and when my son saw the car he was surprised that Jeffrey picked the car exactly how my son described it and wanted it.

The people working here are very friendly, yet the service is awful. The ability to complete any task in a timely manner is non-existent at this establishment. Never have I seen a car lot in which a person waits for 5+ hours to buy a car. I have been to a lot of car lots, and none have taken over 2 hours for a purchase, no matter how busy it was at the time. This place makes you wait forever even if there is only a couple of people. Then if you have things to do, they act like you should be able to show up right away when they call, yet it is fine for them to make you wait all day. Management at this establishment should really work on time management, as this is a huge flaw and looses service. I myself will not be using this dealership again, which is sad because our salesman was extremely nice and honest. If you want a car at a good price, and do not mind waiting days for things to be done that was promised to be done the next day, or have time to wait around for a day, it would be an okay place, but from now on I will be returning to Hayes. If you do shop here ask for Curtis though, as even though your waiting all day, he is a nice guy and fun to talk to.

I have been going to the Mall of Georgia Jeep dealership for at least 4 years, since we bought our Patriot. We have had great experiences there, and they have always done their best to take care of us. If for some reason there was a breakdown in communication regarding an issue, they were right there to correct it. The last couple of times I have been in, we have had unexpected repairs that needed to be done, but they were handled very well and we were notified of the costs, and notified of what was covered by warranty and what was not. The repairs were done in a timely fashion and both the Service Advisor, Eric, and the mechanics were great at advising me on what was going on. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone needing service on their car.

I will not be doing any future business with this Jeep dealership.
Over time my family has owned a Jeep Cherokee Sport, Grand Cherokee, Wrangler, Patriot, and we recently leased a Renegade.
The buying experience was painful. My wife negotiated a deal on a lease and I went to sign the final paperwork since I would be paying the lease. In "classic" dealer scenario the terms of the lease changed from what my wife agreed to. I walked out before getting the original deal.
The service experience was worse. My wife ran over a nail and drove a few miles on the flat tire so I called the dealer to pay for a new tire to be installed. I arrived on Saturday at 10 and went for a 90-minute walk to give them time for the repair, while leaving my phone number in case they needed to contact me.
When I returned not only was the tire not replaced, but they were trying to repair the original tire (which I did not request) and then test it to make sure it was still driveable.
No call to me to see if this was what I wanted. When I asked why they didn't put on a new tire like I requested they said "that tire is discontinued.....", " we were trying to save you money",
My Renegade is less than 5 weeks old and it has discontinued tires?
They decided to try to save me money without calling?
They didn't think that I might be more interested in saving time?

The Service Manager told me to "have a blessed weekend" in a perfect "go to hell" voice when I demanded they bring my car out immediately so that I could take my business elsewhere.

Of course I called and left a message with the General Manager and received no call back.

Poor service appears to be ingrained here.

The customer service is pretty good, but when it comes to time spent servicing vehicles they fail. I have sat and waited 2 hours for my Jeep to get an oil change; nothing more than an oil change. I could understand maybe an hour on a busy day but 2 hours is just outrageous. Especially when I had an appointment scheduled. Also while I was at one of my regular service appointments the service guys lowered a 2016 Dodge Charger and pulled it off of the service lift and rear ended it with another car. That is just careless. Honestly if I didn't have the free oil changes here I would never come back.

I can't say enough about my experience here at Mall of GA Chrysler Dodge Jeep. My family and I were looking for a minivan to accommodate our growing family. OSCAR FERRARI was the best! As the parents of a special needs child, we have to make sure that when we make any purchase it fits the needs of all our family. Oscar made sure we didn't buy anything we didn't need and he helped us get a great deal. He never pressured us one bit and made the sale an easy one. I would recommend him to ANYONE. Every time I have come in to do the smallest thing it is an all day event even tho they tell me 1:30-2hours. Today it 7hours last time. It was 4 days and I could even get the manager to call me back about what was going on.

They will take your money and not fix your car.
They have the worst staff and management ever.
Again be very cautious about what they tell you and record their voice while talking to them. Because they will say something to you and will not fix your car.

Worst when it comes to call backs and customer service. Every time we call in to setup something we never get a call back from the advisors, when I called to ask about transferring Oil Changes to my other Jeep because I sold the one it was on, they said they would call back, never did. My Grand Cherokee started leaking oil after we had oil changes from them, there is a big puddle of oil in the garage. this is not a new car, but only 4 years old it should not be doing that. Just poor all around. I would not suggest them to anyone.

UPDATE: 10/29/2018: Received a call from Colin on 10/25 and requested that we took the car in right away and that they would take care of it. They moved my remaining oil changes over to the remaining Jeep also. they put us in a rental and Eric was on top of all the work being done. Calling back after leaving message and following up through Saturday when we picked up our car. Ended up the Oil cooler was leaking and was replaced under warranty. Raised the review to a 4 for now as time will tell.

Took the car for warranty work. I was told that I put little wider tire on factory rim that's why the shock wire got rubbed. I tie the wire after I saw wires were about of clip so they don't get more damaged. I got a call that you owe us $107 because you put aftermarket tire and since we didn't install it so we can't cover under warranty. oh, they removed my tie so wire is hanging loose. I have complained to SRT and they are trying to reach them for last 3+ days and so far no one has called back. They are going to contact the Atlanta region mgr since they don't even response to SRT call.

My experience when purchasing my vehicle from Mall of Georgia Chrysler Dodge and Jeep was amazing! Anthony the car salesman did an outstanding job of answering my questions and helping me pick the right car. Instead of selling me a car Anthony made the process feel like I was just there picking up my car. Oh by the way I love the car he had it washed inside and outside. This was my first time buying a car and the second I walked in I felt at home! Miss Terrie Miller guaranteed me she would get me the price I need before I even made the long drive there. When I arrived she was very upbeat and had such a positive attitude that she would do what it takes to get me into the car I wanted. We went over initial prices and I could not afford it, so Derek worked his magic and got me the exact price I needed. They knew I had a long drive so they even filled my tank before I left. Antwon in financing was also upbeat and trustworthy and made spending a large chunk of money fun! I wouldn t recommend anyone else! It is worth any drive to come to the mall of Georgia Chrysler!!!!

Ordered a 2021 Jeep Wrangler with Mike Clinnin and loved how he didn't play games or try to make me come in for a price on the Jeep I wanted. I literally drove 4 hours one way to buy my Wrangler from Mike since ALL of my local dealers wanted me to come down (during a pandemic, mind you...) to "discuss" pricing. Uh, no.

Mike gave me a fair price and cut right to it for me.

My Jeep had a few hiccups after I got it, but FCA corporate and Mall of GA really did work their tails off to make me happy (and yes, I am now happy).

If you're ready for a new Jeep, shoot Mike Clinnin an email or call him and let him know what you want. He'll take care of you.

As it relates to COVID, I was very shocked to see that almost zero of the personnel at the dealership were wearing facemasks when I came in on 11/30/2020.

The exception here was Mike Clinnin (my sales guy) and the finance manager I dealt with.

Perhaps Gwinnett Co did not have a mandate in place then (our county has had one for months) but you figure the dealership would go out of their way to enforce employee mask wearing, especially when folks have to spend hours in a dealership (thankfully, Mike made sure I only had to be there for 45 mins, and 15 of that was me outside driving/looking the Jeep over).

I did not care for the 50.00 car promotion. They actually try to make you hunt for the 50.00 car in a large group of $20,000+ cars and when you find a 50.00 it's a lemon. I didn't know that they were allowed to actually sell cars that deperately needed work. Not to mention, they didn't have enough cars to accomodate the crowd. This event was a complete waste of time.

I read some bad reviews regarding the customer service from the Sales people at Mall of Georgia Chrysler Dodge Jeep. However, I did not want to assume the worst without my personal experience. Especially this location only being 5 minutes from my house, I figured I give them the benefit of the doubt. I see why the people rated the sales people as they did...So far, I'm very unhappy with their unprofessionalism on the phone, which I could've overlooked, but their inability to create a pleasant experience for me as a customer is another story. I usually do not write a review, but I think this one is well worth it.
Although my inquiry was on the phone, I'm ready to purchase if they have the car I'm looking for with the specification provided. It's just plain rude for the sale person Manny (sp) to not even return the call after I stated the exterior color he referred to is not what I'm looking for...I'm still waiting on whether they have the color I'm looking for or not as he advised that he will check on it and call me back...so do you have it or not???? If not, he could've just told me!!!
Customer service drives the business in sales..one of the best advertisement is word of mouth...so I just have a very hard time understanding how can he not return the call or follow up! Now I have to go to another Dodge dealership; further away to purchase the car!

I purchased a new Dodge Challenger R/T on Saturday...

I purchased a new Dodge Challenger R/T on Saturday from the Mall of GA Chrysler Dodge Jeep and it was an excellent experience. I live in TN and spent a few weeks dealing with local dealers who seemed to excel at wasting my time and employing sales "strategies" that were barely cutting edge in 1985. I located a car that I liked on the Mall of GA's website and worked with Charles Ashburn (Internet Sales), who was responsive and forthright from my initial inquiry through delivery. When we arrived on Saturday to pick up the car, Charles had it freshly-detailed and waiting in front. He quickly introduced us to Jose Sueyaras (Finance Manager), who was customer service-oriented and straightforward in his approach. We were out of the dealership in about an hour. Allie in customer service was also very good at following up to make sure all of my questions were answered. I would highly recommend this dealership and will absolutely see Charles and team for my next auto purchase in a year or so!

This place is a joke. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I bought a "certified pre-owned" Jeep from here two weeks ago. It already doesn't start. I took me three hours just to get them to agree to get it towed. The free rental car while your car is being serviced? Good luck getting it. I can't get anyone except a receptionist on the phone and it's been five days.

This place is basically a buy here pay here dealership with a nice building. Stay away.

Update: Notice how every positive review on here has a reply from the "owner?" Not mine. My car was finally fixed, six days later. I had to bring it back again because "the mechanic who installed the part didn't read the instructions" and my blinkers and fog lights were mixed up. I didn't notice until I almost got into an accident, which would have been my fault, since my blinkers weren't functioning properly.
