If you value your sanity and your money you dont want to buy even a candy bar from this dealership i would go into details but noone has time to read the book i could write. If i treated my customers like these people treat there's i would be out of buisness in a week. So do your self a favor and shop elsewhere. I will say this i received 4 free oil changes and im sitting in akins ford in winder paying for a oil change because i refuse to let them touch my ram 2500 again. I hope this reviews saves somone from making the same mistake i made.
