Toney was my car dealer but it wasn t like any other car dealer out just for the commission wasn t trying to hurry up and get me in any car to get rid of me we actually sat down and went over my options and the things that I wanted in a car... I have an eight month old and making sure my car was safe for her was his priority he educates you on the car(s) you choose. I was stuck between two cars And while test driving he showed me the features and helped me understand the 2 different cars he was definitely patient when it came to me understanding the financial part of getting the car. It was an overall wonderful experience if you need a car new or used make sure you TALK 2 TONEY. Tell him Ayrionna sent you.!

Mall of Georgia Dodge Jeep Chrysler is a great place to by a new or used vehicle. Chris our salesman was great. This makes the second vehicle we have bought from him there. My Son and Daughter in law have purchased three from him. He will work to get you a good Deal. The finance manager was great too. He remembered my wife and I from the first Jeep Grand Cherokee. This time it s a 2021 Challenger for my wife.

As a woman I am very intimidated to go car shopping by myself. I stopped by Mol of Georgia Chrysler just to check out the Jeeps. The sales rep, Sean Wood, made my experience so incredibly wonderful. He was so courteous and patient and treated me with so much respect. The entire staff was incredible! Something I was dreading so much turned out to be such a great experience thanks to Sean. I m so excited for the weather to turn warm so I can take the doors and top off!

Poor customer service, I went to get my Jeep serviced and I needed a ride to a store right next to the Mall of Georgia, they told me the shuddle ride policy was only straight to the mall of Georgia and back, I told them the store I needed to go to was on the way to the mall and they said no, I asked for my jeep back and left, I can't believe they would not go out their way for a customer that means business to the store, taking my business somewhere else.

Ryan Bills was a tremendous help and made the car buying process as stress free as possible. From just being patient with us as we test drove several vehicles, to keeping an eye on our kids while we went over paperwork!
He and his incredible team went above and beyond to give us the best deal possible and worked so hard along with Joe Lary and Jason Frey to secure financing that fit our budget best. I would recommend this amazing family owned dealership to anyone looking for a new car.

Where do I start.. This dealership SUCKS! We cal...

Where do I start.. This dealership SUCKS! We called them and told them exactly when we'd be arriving and which vehicles we wanted to look at. They didn't bother to have the vehicles parked together or to even have the keys ready to show us (even though we drove 3 hours to get there and arrived right when they opened). One was even located on the other side of a fence (on a separate property).

It then took them over 3 hours to do our paperwork for our purchase, then an hour after we'd left to drive home 3 hours they called us to advise they'd filed the wrong paperwork for our loan and wanted us to drive back to the dealership to correct THEIR mistake.

Now, it's been 1 month since we bought the car and they still haven't sent us our permanent tags (they were supposed to initiate this process with our DMV, the DMV has no record of the car). The temporary tag is expired, I've called them 4x about this and still haven't received a call back.

I will NEVER go to this dealer again.

Second review. I have no idea why I decided to go back. My JL wrangler soft top is clearly damaged from the bars. There are numerous reasons. The DEALERSHIP have said in the body shop and service area they do NOT know the JL wrangler what so ever! But they feel comfortable enough to deny my warranty on a brand new Jeep. If you buy a jeep from this place DO NOT think you have a warranty if things go wrong. I'm filing a small claims in court soon. Email me if you have questions. I'm not one to normally go out of my way to post reviews, but I feel this needed to be recognized. My husband and I had a wonderful car shopping experience this past weekend. We live 3.5 hours away in South Carolina and have been endlessly looking for a particular vehicle and trim level. Mall of Georgia Chrysler Dodge Jeep had exactly what we were looking for on their lot. We called them Friday morning and verified the vehicle was still available. Jeffrey Matthews in the sales department was phenomenal to work with, and he kept great communication with us throughout the entire process. We completed our financing online/over the phone. Derek Langley in the financing department was a pleasure to work with, and made everything go smoothly for us. The next morning, my husband and I drove 3.5 hours down to Georgia from South Carolina to sign paperwork and bring home our new vehicle. It was a 7 hour round trip for us, but so worth it. We are very thankful to Mall of Georgia Chrysler Dodge Jeep for making it a great experience.

I lost count of the vehicles I looked into, and the different dealerships I contacted. Of all of them, my friend Jeff Mathews made this business (and the car I purchased) the one. Jeff walked each step right along with me and made purchasing my Acadia a easy as pie! We went about it in what can only be referred to as an unconventional way, yet he made it seem normal. ...I came with some fairly specific conditions and I m probably not the easiest customer to work with... Not only was he SUPER awesome, but the car was a steal, AND the final steps were seriously wham, bam, and done. They know their stuff at Mall of GA DCJR and I highly suggest you check them out for your next auto purchase. You ll be glad you did!

This is by far the best dealership I have ever don...

This is by far the best dealership I have ever done business with. Not only do they have top quality vehicles but also top quality pricing. I was at the end of my rope when I stumbled across these guys. With me having less then perfect credit (understatement!), I thought I was only going to be turned away again. NO! Not only were they able to offer more then anyone else for my trade, they were able to put me in a BRAND NEW Ram 1500! My salesman was Charles Ashburn and he indeed went above and beyond. I simply told him what I needed and he made it happen for me, even staying nearly an hour past regular business hours! There was no hassle and no pressure. I recommend this dealership to anyone who wants exceptional service, experience and of course highest quality product. I will be using Mr. Ashburn and this dealership as long as I am still driving, and I strongly urge everyone else to do the same. Thanks to all who made this happen for me and a special thanks Mr. Ashburn! I would not be in a new truck without him.

At only 26 years old, this was the biggest purchase I have made. Both Christian and Rocky made this an unforgettable experience. Typical car dealer games played here. Their negotiated prices are thousands higher than internet prices at other dealers in town. (Yes real prices on real cars as I bought one elsewhere.). Nice people here but they use old school car sales tactics. Embarrassing for them in the age of the internet and informed car buyers to pretend MSRP is the starting price for negotiations.

I was charged $130 diagnostic fee for them to basic tell me they do not know what is wrong with my car. I showed up because my oil light keeps coming on, they replaced my sending unit (for $400) and called me to pick it up, when I got in the car the oil light was still on. I complained and instead of offering to take another look, they offered to removed the new sending unit put the old one back on, and only charged a diagnostic fee. My oil light is still on.........

My check engine light was on and I needed to get i...

My check engine light was on and I needed to get it fixed in order to get my tag. According to the error code it was a leak in one of the emission hoses so I took it here to get a smoke test so they could find exactly where the leak was coming from. After paying $99 for the diagnostic fee and waiting for almost 4 hours they gave me an initial quote of $1200 and told me that it could go up to $1700 saying that it was they would have to further diagnose the vehicle to find the leak.
After that ridiculous quote I decided to get under the car and have a look myself and in 15 minutes I was able to locate a cracked hose in the back near the gas tank (hard to see but easily visible with a smoke test they ran in the shop no doubt). Went to autozone, got a $10 hose, replaced it and no more check engine light. Whole process took no more than 2 hours to fix myself.
These guys are crooks and this isnt the first time I've experienced something like this from them. If youre looking to repair your car, STAY AWAY FROM HERE AT ALL COST

This is a rare family oriented dealership that truly cares what their customers are buying. Their used vehicles are inspected better and taken care of better than any other I've seen so that they know someone is getting a good safe used vehicle. I had the pleasure of dealing with Chris in sales who is someone that cares his customers are getting what they need and more. I use to not like buying from dealerships until I stopped in at Mr. Cappy's Chrysler Mall Of GA and met the team he carefully put together there. I don't see myself going anywhere else the next time I need a new truck. Be sure to ask for Chris when you go in.

I just bought a Dodge truck two weeks ago, and still a little heated over how everything went down. Most of the experience was okay except for financing. Sales person showed us estimates on the floor for 60/72/84 month terms...yet would not tell us the interest rate for any of the terms. I asked multiple times, and should of known better to stop at that point. Once in finance manager office, he showed us three more payments that had GAP included and without. The payments were higher then on the floor estimates without GAP...so I asked again for the 5th time. What is the interest rate? He stated 8.5% which I almost stopped and walked out....immediately finance manager gets a call and says I got you a rate reduction to 7.6% which is also insane. However, we had already invested 3 hours and was in a rush for time. I personally feel rate was held due to the fact of finance manager wanting to add-on to it to make additional bank incentive money. I have no problem with salesman making money, but with-holding rates until the end after clients are literally exhausted is not good business. If a sales person brings estimates with real numbers in front of you, they have to be based on term/rate/loan amount. I have always known the rate with dealerships while buying a car within the first 30 mins. I don t know if they have a chargeback period with the bank that loan was done through but it will be refinanced 1st quarter of 2019. Maybe one day they will fix premium charges on interest rates to be given to client and not incentive money for dealership.

Bought certified used twice from here, used or certified just stay away. If you want to buy new thats ok I guess. My first vehicle was a dodge charger, had bad rotors and when the wax job wore off little scratches started showing. Second vehicle was a ram 1500. Again certified, looked nice. Well you cant go over 70 without bad vibrations. Took it to service they charged me to find out what was going on, they say its the wheels but could need alignment, but i thought i paid to diagnose which to me meant see if it wad an alignment issue. No they just checked the tires and said it was the tires themselves. I dont know but felt my money was wasted on the diagnostics when they didnt even diagnose it. Hell i couldve bought tires and saved the money but the tires are almost new and they sold em as part of the price for the truck. Just a bunch of issues stay away from used or certified preowned. Going to another dealership!

This dealership ran a hard inquiring on my credit without permission. Upon calling to inquire about it. There solution was to send me 2 different emails with my name spelled 2 different in correct ways. So I am supposed to dispute this my self with the credit agencies with my name spelled wrong. I never signed for anything giving them permission, the employee I have been dealing with admitted they have no paper work. I would be very Leary of any transaction with this company.

I work in the industry and do a lot of out of state internet deals, from experience, I can attest that how he does business is what you want from a sales person when buying out of state. Shipping was a little long, but that has nothing to do with the dealership and they did everything they could to get my vehicle in a timely manner. *thumbs up emoji*

I will not be returning to this location for any business nor service. January 17th 2020 my mother and I came to purchase two new Jeep Renegades. Our saleswomen is the best of the best. Jason Frye, Sr. the sales manager and Brian Wolfswinkel, the General Manager on the other hand are the absolute worst. We spoke with Jason thursday evening, two steps away from closing the deal and driving off in our new vehicles until negotiating prices caused a conflict. Now, we both buy new cars every two years so we know how the process works. We never buy cars at sticker price. If you buy cars at sticker price you've paid too much. Thats when negotiating comes into play, which Jason did not agree on. In which we weren't asking for much. We have tried buying cars at this location multiple times and have had similar issues when it comes to negotiating prices where they have let us walk before. This is where we get our cars serviced we figured lets try again. We expressed to Jason our past experience when it comes to trying to buy cars from this dealership. "Is it that this dealership doesn't negotiate or is it because we are women"? we stated. That apparently hit a nerve with Jason. He threw the papers down screaming "THIS DEAL IS DONE, ITS OVER". This man is over six feet tall in my mothers face screaming and yelling at her while putting his hands and fingers in her face. At this point there are other customers and salesmen there witnessing his actions. Not one person approached the situation other that our saleswomen to see what Jason was so irate about. By the look on the faces of the workers this was a common thing that happens with Jason. Nothing was ever directed towards him just off our previous experience at the location. Doesn't matter if he were man or female, he is conducting business why in the world would someone be so aggressive to someone. What makes it worse is that he is a man speaking to women in that matter as if it is okay. We ended up walking out that evening because of how we were treated. The next day, we came by still willing to work out a deal and speak with the General Manager Brian. We brought up the actions that accrued the evening before about his employee Jason so he would be aware of his behavior. All we wanted was an apology. Brain didn't think an apology was necessary. So we asked to speak to someone higher as he proceeded to say "I am at the top of the food chain". We asked for his business card, he threw it to us rather than handing it to us in a respectful manner. We brought that to his attention of him being disrespectful and rude just like Jason was the evening before. He then told us we had to leave and was calling the police on us to have us removed. We have done nothing wrong and was only seeking an apology but rather we were disrespected twice in two days by two different men that were of management. I will now be taking mine along with my friends and families business elsewhere. Since this is how they treat people.

Looking for a 19 JLUR I contacted most of Ga, some of TN, and SC. I was willing to flying to VA to get the really good deals. Mikes Clinnin's first counter offer made talking to anyone else a moot point. Mike was in line with any discounts I could find by searching fourms or sorting by price/ feature on car apps. Financing was a breeze and completely transparent as the agreed price is what was presented.

Mike is a great no pressure "when can you come in" guy. He does what he says he will do and always gave me proactive updates on the status of my Jeep order.

Save yourself some time, use this review and/ or my name as reference, and work with Mike for the best deal in the Southeast. I couldn't be happier with the entire process.

See Sebastian- great salesman. Jason Frey was terrific and down-to-earth. I felt he really had my best interests at heart when searching banks for the best loan. Derek, in Finance, made signing papers actually fun. He was hilarious. All in all, good experience. Thanks Sebastian for everything.

I have not purchasd yet, but I keep looking. Always friendly, allowing me to take the time I want to choose my next van. On lot selection is limited due to space. But attitude is worth more to me at this point. 4 stars due to parking issues. All else is great.

My wife and I always do extensive research and visit numerous dealers before purchasing a car - this time was no different. We visited 7-10 dealers looking for the right car for us, and contacted even more through email or phone. We settled on Mall of Georgia Chrysler Dodge Jeep because of the car salesman we had, Jeffrey Patrick. He was able to give me all of the information I needed via text, taking pictures of things that would help with the process, clarifying everything, and not once pressuring me to come in. When I finally did come in, the Jeep we wanted was not available and so I decided to wait and come in another time after thinking some things over. There was NO pressure from Jeff to buy or test drive the vehicle I didn't want - he just asked me to let him know what he could do to help.

Ultimately, my wife and I came back and purchased the Jeep we did want. Jeff stayed late for us, didn't try to rush us and was friendly the entire time. An exceptional salesman and one we will send others to as often as possible!

Michael Rowe was our salesman and we couldn't have been more pleased. He worked with out budget and was able to get us in a 2014 Jeep Wrangler that we absoutley love. He came in on his only day off because it was the only day we were available. I highly recommend working with Michael for your car needs. He will get you the best deal and look out for you!
