We enjoyed our entire experience today at the dealership. Please make sure to ask for Joshua d'Aquin, he's an awesome salesman to work with. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. We'll definitely be back. I'm sure we'll love our 2019 Ram 3500.

Service department is not a good place to take your vehicle to get it fixed they do not know how to diagnostic your car overcharge you for parts and try to upsell things you don t need and they do not stand behind their work don t believe them don t trust them

Recently serviced my Jeep Grand Cherokee for several issues as well as some routine maintenance and Eric Chavez did a superb job. He really cares and is very polite and listens which is something I find to be lost at these dealerships. I ve been to Hayes and Landmark and I will never take my car back to them.

Save yourself the time and energy and go to Mall of Georgia and ask for Eric, you will not be disappointed I promise.

Service department is absolutely terrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. None of the staff know what they are talking about. The story with my car changed every time I spoke with someone. The manager is extremely rude and not helpful at all. I bought my car new from this dealership and have always been a loyal customer but I will be taking my business elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this service department to anyone. STAY AWAY- could not be more disappointed.

Russell kicked arse finding the perfect Jeep for me. I came in just looking at used and left with a beautiful new Sahara. He spent lots of time listening to what I preferred and delivered the perfect option. I appreciate the extra time he spent explaining all of the whistles and bells and showing me how to properly remove the canvas top. I was very happy to have this experience here, as most places sell you the vehicle and shoo you out. Looking forward to many fun years to come at this shop. Thanks again everyone!

I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership and all 3 cars have been serviced at this location. I can tell you that the service Manager Colin Cappy and 2 of his advisers David and Darius were top notch in the handling of a problem that had come to light after my vehicle had an oil change. All 3 went above and beyond in taking care of my concern and Mr. Cappy delivered on his promise of working with me on my next service. I came to the Mall of Georgia Chrysler Dodge dealership with no hopes of finding a car I could afford. I suffered from covid for 11 months I was treated like I was a human being and I had a man equal eye who dug into my consistent scores and found that the only problem I ever had was with Honda they took me down because I couldn't make a payment for 3 months and no matter how many times I called her vote they didn't contact me during the worst times of covid. Mr thigpen and Nikolai stood for me and fought for me and got me into a deal in a car that I know I was rejected on many levels but they just kept trying to find a bank that would support me I owe them everything I would not have gotten two of into a vehicle if it had not been for them. Anytime you want to have someone care about you I would go there it's my second purchase there and I think that they are conscientious people who are thoroughly excited when they close a deal with you and you get into something that you're excited about I would highly recommend them I would go there and I would ask for Mr thigpen or a lovely woman that was there her name may have been May I can't say enough about how they help me get into a vehicle so that I can get a job as soon as covid ends for me I'm a long hauler

I recently purchased my new truck from Mall of Georgia Chrysler Dodge Jeep and our sales person was Mr. Jeffrey Patrick. This was our 2nd purchase from this dealership. Jeff was friendly, easy to talk to common not pushy, and got the job done fast! Most importantly we felt appreciated for our returned business.

I mention that because we also purchased 2 vehicles from a local dealership in the last 2 years. The reason I did not return to Mall of Georgia initially was because they are located a couple hours away from me. However, my local dealership kept me there all day both times and I never felt appreciated for my return business.

After the service from Jeff at Mall of Georgia Chrysler Dodge Jeep this week, I have decided this is my only dealership from now on! AG

PS... As I was typing this, FedEx just arrived at my door. I just received the 2nd pair keys to my truck that I left at the dealership yesterday! Again, excellent service!

Avoid at all cost, the men working in their servic...

Avoid at all cost, the men working in their service department are condescending and rude. They refuse to honor warranty services that are clearly covered. I was personally insulted by Allen who just wanted to tell me how smart he was since he has been doing his job for a whopping 3 and half years. I asked him if he could name a few items that wouldn't be covered under warranty when the engine light was on. He stammered and searched in his pea brain to find one item and was told the brake sensor or ABS which neither light was lit. They are full of excuses before they even diagnose the vehicle becasuse they do not want to offer the car rental that is part of the warranty. Jasper Jeep offered a rental as soon as they validated my car was under warranty. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place that treats women as if they are fools.

Bought both mine (2015 Honda Accord) and my wife s car (2015 Honda Odyssey) here a year apart from each other, which is ironic since they re a Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM dealership! But the sales staff I worked with were helpful and great, the management was kind and sincere and not pushy, and service has always been excellent when we ve had our oil changes done there. Both our Honda Accord and Odyssey have been fantastic vehicles, with zero problems and we really enjoy them.

Took my 2000 Grand Cherokee 4.7 to service area to...

Took my 2000 Grand Cherokee 4.7 to service area to get a vehicle diagnosis a week ago. I had high hopes of a deaership being able to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle. However, after a week of working on my vehicle they were not able to diagnose anything. I had priorly taken my Cherokee to a local mechanic and was told that I had a short in one of my sensors, and would probably need to change my PCM. The shop just didn't have the right tools to work on my jeep any further and recommend I take it to the dealership. At the dealership my father and I asked the service manage to call the local shop where I had been getting work done to better understand where the mechanic left off. They didn't. After a week's time they reached out to my father saying I had a blow head gasket and a faulty alternator. I found that laughable because I had replaced alternator a month before, and I clearly didnt had a blown head gasket. The tech recommend a brand new engine being installed or being financed for a new vehicle. I did not have money for either. I was upset that they never checked my PCM or sensors. I called dealership and ask to have my jeep back since they only wanted to sell me on big money items and not help me out. Basically I wasn't worth their time if I wasnt getting major repairs. At the dealership they still charged me the full $140 for the diagnosis. I had asked to maybe pay $75 because they basically didnt diagnosis anything that was correct, but was willing to acknowledge they had sent labor time on my Cherokee. At the cashier desk my father and I asked to see a service manager to talk about my issues, but only got a service tech that couldn't tell us much. I ended up paying full price and leaving due to frustration. Since the return of my vehicle I have replaced my IACV and TPS in my engine (in my own garage). Less than a $120 fix. I feel like I completely wasted my time and money coming to Mall of Georgia Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler, and would advise others coming here for service to go elsewhere.

Called in advance to find out they had a HellCat at the dealership. However after driving there from Snellville was told this is owners car and no way to open up to even sit in it or even look at the interior. After being harassed for several minutes about personal information was asked if we would be willing to pay 20k over sticker?!?! Funny how it s available, it isn t available?!?!? Then it was, "well if we can get one, what would you be willing to pay?!?!?" .It was like dealing with a Redneck Used car lot in Backwater Georgia. Obviously they didn t take us seriously for whatever reason. We walked. This place is obviously trying to screw people over for top dollar on a HellCat. Stop gouging people, they aren t that tough to get .Very Very poor Customer Service. Lost my business in 5 minutes flat! Avoid this place unless you want the runaround.

In general, I loathe any experience at a car dealership. However, I can assure you that this place is different. They are true professionals who don't waste your time or feed you the usual run around that is all too common in the car sales industry. I took my vehicle in Monday around noon. They bought it from me at a fair price, and had me in and out in less than an hour. Thanks again to Bryan and all of the great people at this dealership. Your service is exemplary and well appreciated.

Don't bring cars here for service. Called up service department trying to get the 6 recalls on my 2014 Ram 1500 ecodiesel truck fixed. They said it will take a whole day, so I asked do you offer loaner cars because I can not wait for the car the whole day. She put me on hold for 5 minutes and then came back said they have a rental that I can use. Drove 30 minutes there and as I was filling out the paperwork, I wanted to confirm that I would have a rental to get home. The service advisor said sorry we don't have a rental for you because your car is NOT disable. There is no way this place has a 4 plus stars review.

I couldn't be happier with Mall of Georgia Chrysler Dodge Jeep. We had bought our Jeep from this dealership over 5 years ago and have always been very happy with the service we receive. We actually have a Jeep dealership just around the corner from us, but we drive 45 minutes to go to Mall of Georgia Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Eric Chavez is the BEST! Super professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I also spoke with Antwone while I was waiting and he was super nice. Overall, just a great experience. My kids LOVE the free ice cream and I LOVE the Jeep hats!

Our company picked up a vehicle here we had towed in for service/repair 3 days prior.
Took 25 minutes to locate keys....cashier said vehicle was no longer there.Service Reps x2 were just as useless and said they knew nothing about vehicle.So we again gave them (owners name and phone#) Who had just left there as we were arriving to pick up his vehicle. 25 minutes later turns out service rep#3 had keys the whole time..He was 5' away from the others and they weren't busy at all I think lazy comes to mind They didn't get the job of replacing the engine so they didn't care about the vehicle or customer anymore...Terrible service

I would give zero stars if possible. Most unprofessional, inadequate and incompetent service department I have ever dealt with. Dropped off a vehicle for diagnostics to determine what repairs needed to be made. After getting back with us the next day and informing us of what needed to be done, we opted to skip repairs for the time being. We specifically had told them the day before that whether the vehicle got repaired or not, it was a must we get it back the next day as it s the only mode of transportation for my brother to get to his job. So we called the next day, after receiving a diagnosis and pricing, that we would be there within a couple hours to pick the vehicle up. Everyone agreed that was fine. No one ever said there would be ANY kind of delay. We get there only to have the technician tell us that the car had been taken apart and it would take several hours to put back together. What?!?! First of all, why didn t someone inform us of this before we drove all the way to your business for nothing? Secondly, WHY was the vehicle taken apart at all? To my knowledge the computer does all the diagnostic work and tells you everything that is wrong. The only reason should take ANY part of the vehicle apart is if we authorized a repair of some sort, which we most certainly did not and even specifically told them the day before, DON T do ANYTHING before we find out a diagnosis, pricing, and give you the approval or not, to proceed. So here we are. You cost me gas to make multiple trips to your business. You cost my brother a days pay because he had no way to get to his job. All because of incompetence. And you re lucky you didn t cost my brother his job because of your incompetence. I do expect my bill adjusted after this headache. Either zero balance the cost of the diagnostics; $144, which was over priced anyway. Most businesses only charge $100. OR you can reimburse me for my gas, or my brother for a days lost wages. One way or the other, I WILL be compensated for the hassle and they better hope they put the car back together properly so no new problems arise. I can have my attorney there otherwise in a matter of minutes.

I just left with keys to my very first brand new car. Ryan Bills made the process so easy. I had been dreaming of buying a Jeep Cherokee for years. I visited two other Jeep dealerships in the Atlanta area before going to Mall of Georgia CDJR. I had to walk out of the other two dealerships because the salesmen were not knowledgeable and seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. Ryan was a pleasant surprise. He answered all of my questions and looked out for my best interest the entire time. Unlike most other dealerships, this one is family owed and they actually care. If you are in the market for a new car, ask for Ryan!

We live over an hour from the dealership, he made it very easy for us to drive down on a week night get our trade appraised and have the paper work ready for the new vehicle we was interested in! I had a FANTASTIC experience with Mall of Georgia CDJ, and specifically my sales person, Jeffrey Patrick. I ordered a Wrangler JLU with them, and not only did Jeffrey keep me updated throughout the build, but he also shared in my enthusiasm for my new Jeep. We negotiated up front, and everyone at the dealership honored their word when it came time for delivery. This is the fourth car I've purchased, and it was by far the BEST experience with any dealership. I highly recommend Jeffrey and the team at Mall of Georgia CDJ.

Will never use this dealer again for anything nor ...

Will never use this dealer again for anything nor will I let anyone I know use this dealer. Service department almost destroyed my wife's 10,000 mile Wrangler, blamed it on bad oil filter housing which was a lie(Technician most likely over-tightened oil filter cap). Was threatened by another technician after calling him out for using obscene language in front of my wife, and very little care by dealer management on entire situation. Best thing I can do is keep anyone I know from getting treated the same. Also, before we bought her new car we stopped here first to look at a couple Jeeps, the sales person was very disinterested in helping us and assumed we were window shopping. He gave us such bad service. We ended up going to Landmark and bought a very expensive Wrangler with almost a 50% down payment. They earned our business and I am very excited on my recent order I placed with them.

I recently started my search for a new vehicle and...

I recently started my search for a new vehicle and having been to many lots over the course of the past few weeks I have had the fortune and misfortune to see some of Metro Atlanta's best and worst car dealerships firsthand.

I would like to thank the courtesy, professionalism and time given by Bill Plachter, their USAA and TrueCar Representative. I had talked with him the previous day and set up and appointment and told him I was at least a month out from buying and explained my situation.

When I came in to the store, the staff were all friendly and zero pressure. I know the sense of urgency in the car business and most dealer will try to sell you a car or a truck today. Bill and his manager fully understood and trusted where I was coming from and didn't attempt to push the issue once. In turn this really built my trust in Bill and his management team. Bill answered all my questions or knew the person with the answer.

I also wanted to give big thanks to the F&I Team. Normally you don't get to talk to them until you settle on a vehicle and you a working on financing., but as this was my first time considering a Chrysler product I wanted information about the extended warranties and didn't want to have to be mulling the information over after working on all the other paperwork. They came out and talked to me and explained the different levels and the costs. Plus which ones would benefit me and my buying and driving habits.

Truly exceptional customer service from sales all the way the to the General Sale Manager. I can say one thing for sure, if my wife and I decide of the Ram 1500 there is no doubt Bill and Mall of Georgia Chrysler Dodge Jeep earned my business.

We called first to ask for a particulat Jeep Patriot and salesman Jeffery Patrick located the car and sent us pictures of the car including odometer read on the car. When we got there, he already pulled out the car waiting for us. He was busy with another customer came before us so he referred us to another salesman, Clay Talor, who is the most interesting salesman to work with. We took a relaxing test drive and decided to buy the car. The whole purchase process was quick and simple like a breeze. We got a very good price for our trade and for the car. Overall, the interior of dealership looks cool and the whole team just awesome. Pleasant experience. Will recommend to any of my friends or buy my next wrangler there! Thank you Jeffery and Clay!!

Sean Wood was the sales rep that helped me. I wasn t purchasing at the moment but he was still kind enough to help answer all my questions. Very informative! Let me see multiple vehicles I was considering. He was so patient and very happy to help. What a wonderful experience I had looking at the cars. Never had a sales person stay so patient and happy, knowing I was not purchasing That day. Definitely know who will be helping me when it comes time to actually make my purchase.

Great service. Jeffrey Patrick went above and beyond. We had him running back and forth in the cold rain finding us the car my son wanted and he always pleasant throughout the entire deal even though we ended up keeping him after closing hours. The whole team was great. Would definitely use them again

At the beginning of July Clay Taylor sold my parents a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Sport for me that I am absolutely in love with! The car had a few knicks & scratches, which Clay promptly scheduled to be taken out for us. Him & the whole staff at CDJ were so helpful during the process. I'm looking forward to working with them all in the near future to make some modifications to my Jeep.

Marcus greeted us as soon as we arrived, we told him we knew the exact vehicle (down to the VIN) that we were looking for. He was extremely kind and took us to Mike Eubanks. Mike was incredibly helpful, probably the best car buying experience I've been a part of. He understood that we were on a time crunch that day and did everything he could to expedite the process.
I came back a few days later when I had more time to sign the final papers with Rich. Rich however did not provide the same experience. He was rude, did a poor job of explaining the different warranties he was selling, and even went as far as to say that the car I was buying would 100% break down after the Jeep warranty expired. He acted as though it was a major task to give us better explanations regarding monthly payments. The GM however set it all right.
All in all, a great car buying experience, with the exception of dealing with Rich.
Thanks for the great experience Marcus, Mike and the General Manager.

I just want to give a shout out to Jeff Patrick at Mall of Georgia Chrysler Dodge Jeep! He has consistently helped me find the perfect car that fits my lifestyle and my budget! The financing department helped me get approved with a 5% interest rate on my FIRST CAR WITH NO CO-SIGNER (other dealerships turned me away ) Fast forward to a year later, and we were able to find the perfect car for my Fiance, and only WEEKS later I totaled my baby (RIP) and we went right back to the dealership to find another car. This time I got an even better upgrade with all the bells and whistles. Way to turn a crappy situation into a WIN! Can t wait to pick up my new car today! If you go and see Jeff, just tell him what features you re looking for and how much you want to spend a month and he WILL deliver.

A nice establishment, but personally, not somewhere I would bring my vehicle for service. The Service Manager has zero integrity. Will look you dead in the eye, shake your hand, and promise to keep in touch but as soon as you leave will forget you even exist apparently. Everyone s experience is different so don t take my review to heart, I probably just happened to be the only one to get the short end of the stick. It happens, I guess.

Closed and met and saw the car for the first time. Ryan and the dealership was and has been very friendly fast and helped me very much. This is the worst car dealership and service team ...

This is the worst car dealership and service team I have ever dealt with. My appointment for service was scheduled for Friday at 10am my vehicle was dropped off on Thursday at 2pm. My vehicle didn t get looked at until Monday. I was told my service advisor was Dan I made several attempts to contact him after later learning he was on vacation. Why issue me a service advisor that is out of town ? I was later contacted my service advisor Michael Wolf who told me my car had a PCM issue I agreed to order the piece and get it fixed. I was told part were ordered and my vehicle would be ready the next afternoon. I arrive the next day to find out my key had been lost and my vehicle still had not been worked on. After much frustration I leave and return the next day only to be told the PCM was not the issue so we have to further diagnose and that it would be 144 for diagnostic that didn t tell the issue plus another 600$ to take the vehicle apart to find out the issue I then decided to no longer receive service from them and take the vehicle elsewhere. I told Dan the service advisor to put my vehicle back together and I will have it towed elsewhere. When I arrived and asked Dan about the issues he said Yeah I know this wasn t our greatest hour and proceeds to tell me I owe $144 for a diagnostic that didn t tell me the issue with the vehicle and I was never given a loaner vehicle for the 8 days my vehicle sat in there shop with no answers on what needed to be repaired. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH AGAIN!!!

Oscar Ferrari was my sales person and he could not have been better. He was very helpful with information, cared exactly about what I wanted not what he wanted to sell me, and was not the least bit pushy. I highly recommend him and Mall of Georgia Chrysler.
