Good food. Perfect view.
We have a breakfast with Ka'bah in a view.

Very good service. The staff are very friendly and went out of their way to look after us. Kazi is an asset to the team.

THE place was v ery bad the bathroom was filthy and disgusting the room vas v ery small and 5 bed in a room. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was my third stay in Fairmont and the best.Thanks to Zahra AlSini who rearranged my booking and was cooperative and nice ,the restaurant was great .and room service was excellent.

I like Fairmont once apon a time I went there to do umra and stayed for 10 days I liked these days I stayed at the 51th floor my rooms number was (5116)

The overall experience of staying at the Fairmont Clock Tower is great. The staff were exceptionally attentive, responsive and friendly. The rooms were clean and tidy. The ambiance and location to Alharam were perfect.
A number of issues , however, are noticed. First, car parking vacancy was very limited. I had to park myself at Aljamaraat cause it was full. Despite the limited capacity of the hotel parking lot, it could have provided valet parking even for off- site spots.
Second, the hotel is quite rigid to check-out hours, at 12 pm. It must be understood that in summer it can be a nightmare to check out b4 evening time. Also, there are times like Jumaah prayer that need to be taken in consideration.
Lastly, although the open-buffet breakfast was nice in general, especially the service, few changes can make it extraordinarily. The 2 dining halls could be joined during breakfast time. Extra variety of food and more space for the buffet are necessary. The coffee choices, for instance, were very limited and limited choices for tea.
Nevertheless, it was an experience I d be happy to gave again.

Excellent experience. Very close to Haram. If you are lucky you could get a room where you can see Kaaba from your room. Also you can pray within hotel's prayer room which is continuation of salat with jamaat in Haram.

Stayed here for the 2nd time, first visited in 2017, I gave 5 stars because the Location is great, very close to Al Haram.. food could use improvement, also definitely the one to choose if you like shopping

We had breakfast in Al Dira restuarant the buffet nice and good creavity and lots of choice we have, the service given by kazi amazing he watch every moment what we need he always ready for serve, serving coffee, his team khalil richa also helpfull.

My family had breakfast in Le Zey Restaurent the food and buffet is nice ,the service by Kazi is so good he come to our table and ask about food quality and service plz Payay a and fresh Naan in buffet .kazi so professional he take care of each detail.

My family enjoy full meal in lezzet restuarant ,the buffet and food is tasty and vast buffet, the service given by kazi . He is very generous and helpfull. I guess this hotel has changed the name to far al eiman now. With excellent services and great international food.

Excellent infrastructure but very low quality of room service, housekeeping and changing lifts to reach haram takes a long time.

Very classy hotel, for the more premium room packages, they have a great selection for breakfast/lunch/dinner buffets. There is a designated Indonesian restaurant, lengkap dengan menu indonesia.

We had taken lunch in lezzet restuarant, food is delicious and service done by riyaz , and welcome done kazi and staff is excellent,hanan,zaharani,maher especially,we recommend in fairmont.

Try their food court, the offer so many food both local and overseas. And remember where is your hotel, be careful to not get lost.

I have dined at Lezzat Restaurant level M3 with my family. service provided by Mr Kazi and staff Hassan was excellent.

Only one opinion for the entrance of the hotel should be by card and one security there

The buffet is excellent and service is amazing given by kazi we are hapy with service of kazi we revommed our family to come in fairmont.

Best location, nice hotel and well mannered staff, check in and checkout was very fast, check out day breakfast amazing and amazing location and restaurant supervisor/manager Mr.kazi is fabulous, my room was 2322 and stayed 3 nights.

Because the dessert is so good the food taste is nicee sometime menu is indonesian food,there is very good....

The room almost hygiene, meals can improve for Asia, Malaysia/Indonesia -Thai taste.

Very confusing and you got to keep changng the lifts.

The room is spacious and elegant and the front desk staff are very helpful. However, the staff at restaurants serving breakfast are way understaff and do not represent a five star hotel as they can not accommodate customers needs. The staff can not clean tables regularly nor bring coffee/tea for customers as needed. The pastries and breads are not fresh suitable to be served in a five star hotel. The waiting time to stand in the line to get an egg omelets is 14 minutes. The matters in the bedroom needs to be replaced as it is no longer firm.

The room standard is very satisfactory. However, to get to the room was very confusing initially. The room needs immediate maintenance. The basin water almost overflows. There is no electric 3 pin (Y type) connection for the iron. The toilet ventilation fan makes lots of noise.
I stayed in room 321 as a guest of Saudi Ministry of Defence.
