what can i say, located next to the best place on earth,, definitely want to come back some day

My family had breakfast in saudi restuarant,we enjoyed ,kazi ask quality about food and service ,we recommended our family and friends.

3 star hotel. Rooms are very good but meals need to be improve

Amazing experience and stay at this very luxurious hotel. The restaurant staff are top notch and attentive. Breakfast package was incredible. Nouf was helpful and always available.

Great hotel but not the most conveniently located one. To get to the haram you have to walk through the mall.

Clock Tower is right in front of the main gates of Masjid Al Haram and excellent views to Kaba

Best place to stay for Omrah or Hajj

The 3rd tallest building in the world. Luxurious. But you will be disappointed when using the restroom.

A hotel as hotels go...just a bit more on the upmarket side

Excellent food great service the best breakfast buffet and out of this world international lunch buffet, at Attyaf restaurant at Royal clock tower in Mecca , Faheem is the outstanding server , we cannot find the words to praise him .

Wonderful hotel, the restaurant are very good, and the spa was great.

Excellent stay,close to haram.infact the only gate open for umrah lues just infront of this place so a big convenience.also there was a complete market inside ,also had a barber .so everything needed was available

Beautiful hotel and services the greatest advantage is being closest to haram

The room was nice and tidy, the service was quick and the employees were nice. The environment of the hotel as a whole is welcoming and comfortable.

Very luxurious hotel. MasyaAllah you can see kabah right in front of the hotel room and restaurant. Nice food. Sssoooooo in love with the Hotel

Issues:
- No body responds in the reservation department
- lots of confusion in timing system (i.e. when to ckeck in/out)
- feels more like a 4 star hotela

Good things:

- the view
- close to the mosque
- very good breakfast

In walking distance to masjid al-haram and got a lot of places for shopping. The staffs were ready to assist you at all time

Virtually close to Haram, practically feels thousands of mile away

Its a grand place. Too expensive though. The tower is seen from very far away and is used as a quite useful landmark for tourists.

I am from the united kingdom and was kind of going crazy looking for a good continental breakfast as i was tired of the everyday local food. I must say i was very impressed with the location, the food and the staff members

Super high quality hotel. Service is amazing and in room dining is great. Be sure to try the lamb kabsa.

The health club and spa atmosphere is so beautiful will get motivated to workout out more and the staff was so helpful and kind

I won't say except that I reserved a 3 bedroom room and turned out to be a normal double roon with an extra bed which didn't have pillows.
When i called for the pillows they told me that they are short on them.

The food is very good, The female employee named Noer, is truly charming, friendly and beautiful

Salaam the supervisor Kazi was excellent in my opinion always willing to help and do more and Hanan was very helpful helping us the table and Zahra from concierge very helpful and show us where to shop .

Its good but not on same level like swisshotel or movenpick.

There are major issues in the hotel. First on the check in ...then you have to wait for hours for your baged ...then there are only 3 lifts in the hotel...i have missed my prayers couple of times caz of the lift issues. Then the staff is really rude and un trained. The room and the bed quality is really poor. The breakfast services is too slow. I can go on and on but in short i wont be staying here or recomended this hotel to any 1 else. This so called hotel dont even deserve a single star.

The room service was good and the presentation and everything else was good. They had good facilities. The only problem was the WiFi was slow

lezzet restaurant has a nice view of masjidil haram. The buffet is nice and the food are good

The place is reasonable considering international standards however as people come here for religious pilgrimage and nearby facilities are inferior than clock tower. Food court provides options for all international cuisine however again a little more expensive than surroundings.

This is a great hotel and breakfast at the Aldira Saudi restaurant is remarkable with a outstanding view. Staff is great - restaurant supervisor Kazi is a great guy and very helpful to individual needs. You will love the place.

Excellent service great food would recommend for ummrah travellers.

Stayed there for 1 night. I'm a frequent visitor to Saudi so comparison is apple to apple vs other Saudi based chains. Hotel location is premium yet it is marketed as 100 meters away from the holly Ka3baa.. it is yes and no.. the hotel is in the far end of the hotel compounds (being the largest and the "clock tower").. so u walk near 500 mt just to reach the door. This if u r lucky and can get a room near elevators. Then on finishing the Ummrah. U are already exhausted and consumed. Your hotel is in the far end from your position. So good place and not an issue if u r fit and healthy. Was bad for me as I already have a bad feet.
Hotel got a wow helpful staff. Great team witg lovely smiles.
Food menu for dinner was poor. Breakfast was very poor compared with lower rates hotel.
Room come with very nice suited kitchenet and mini bar.
Over all 8.5 for me..1 point for food and half for location marketing trick

I got a bigger 4 bed room. Spacious. 2 sink in the toilet. But the service abit slow..

My family had breakfast in lezzet resturant,the staff and suoervisor kazi help for table in busy period , they manage the resturant in nice way in busy period. We recommend our family to come here.

Great place to stay closest to haram. One major issue is the slow elevators between M2 and GF. If you do not give yourself enough time for Salah, you might miss it just because of that. I hope the management can do something to solve this issue.

Nice shopping mall at clock tower but price are little bit high than expected.Over all good
