Makkah Clock Royal Tower, A Fairmont Hotel Review

All the food is good and delicious.. and the staff especially name nouf.. is very kind and helpfull

Saudi Al-Dera restaurant is a must go-to when visiting the Clock Tower Hotel. We were treated very well by Mr. Kazi, who always made sure my parents were well taken care of Alhamdulilah.

Best service and best breakfast Mohammed alyousaf is best guy and much more I think no other hotel beat that service like fairmount

Visiting family in there room. Got coffee from the lobby and some interaction with the staff.

I didn't stay at the hotel but I went to the food court, too much fast food, don't expect to find quinoa bowl or a simple croissant with smoked salmon but there is plenty of burgers and fries chicken

Family have stayed in Fairmont in 2016 i visited them there at time of Haj. I must say its a beautiful place. Whilst i stayed in Swisshotel.

Shower not working, orders were never right, and service is terrible. The staff are not helping. Bed and sheets are horrible.

Excellent but a bit out of the way if you are driving as it takes ages to get to it from the car park when it is busy but one of the closest hotels available for pilgrims

This is the best hotel I Mecca. It's very near Al Masjid Haram. Best foods and location. You can pay with Imam in Haram.

We had breakfast in lezzet restuarant the food is delicious and buffet is creative and service kazi is so courteous and helpful to us, we recommeded to come in fairmont.

Excellent Food and fantastic services . The staff are very polite and attentive in particular M2 restaurant and Riaz Hussain,the supervisor, and Hanan was very helpful.
I will recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Makkah.

Best place to stay just 1 min away from Haram. One of the best location to stay and have a view of Haram from room. There are few top hotels in tower such as Swissotel Makkah. Hotel Pullman Zamzam Mekkah. Mecca royal clock tower hotel and Abraj Al Bait. All these hotels are atleast 5 star and some rooms with Haram view at an extra cost.

It is located inside shopping mall. Nice place to stay

Alhamdulillahilladzi bini'mati tatimushalihaat, my first impression its detail is luxurious, the employees are friendly, the room is spacious, big enough to travel with kids and fam. The food taste great. Indonesian cuisines are avilable for umra pilgrims, it looks like that they provides food for guest as its origin country. By the way, they provides body scale in the bathroom, so no worry for those whose on diet .

The stay was super amazing and one of the best things that i liked are the workers there they are super friendly and the hotel is so huge and it is so close to the haram .

What an amazing hotel. Staff extremely helpful and polite. Rooms are lovely and spacious, breakfast has a large variety in the buffet including an egg station.Bathrooms are clean and fresh. Azaan is heard in all the room's via a speaker. Our room is on the 46th floor, takes less than a minute in the lift.. Views of the Kaaba are nothing short of spectacular.
I would like to thank all the staff for making us feel so welcome.

I did not stay in the hotel so I can't judge on it, however the buffet restaurant in the lobby had a very good food selections and the quality of the food was good. Staff service was excellent... much better that the Raffles hotel.

Good value for money and luxury best hotel to stay in Makkah if you get chance in low season don't miss this hotel because in high season price of it become very high

Best accommodation in Mecca >this was my opinion when I visited the place, however
I am disappointed as they withdrew the money from my credit card upon reservation online, when we arrived we paid cash, the receptionist promised that the amount of money will be back in 10 days. This was in 1/12/2018. Till today 4/9/2019,we never have the money back. We called several times no respond. Lastly one employee promised to call back and no reply till today.

Such a amazing hotel in everyway. Perfect room, view and distance to the kabah. Breakfast is amazing and very authentic fresh and delicious. Customer service is fast and good no long wait checking in and out just straight to the point. Alhamdulillah a must for next time in shaa allah

Five star hotel in zam zam tower. Really close to main gate masjidil haram. Good breakfast and services.

We enjoy lunch in lezzet restaurant. The food is very good and tasty. Service given by Kazi is nice.

It was a problem with the check in as we were promised in the morning the room ready at 3 pm from M3 reception but when came back from umroh at M2 the room is not ready and being told only 1 available . Room and restaurant service are good

We stayed for nine days and had food at m3 the service and food were excellent it was a wonderful experience to stay at Fairmont. The Chef's and staff went out of their way to arrange special menu for our group of 219 persons.

Very bad experience, definitely not 5 stars, one star for the mattress, 3 stars for the breakfast, one star for the staff experience, 5 star for their attitude, and one star for the elevator facility

Very good place to stay in Makkah but I don t suggest it for elderly because they have to walk into the mall
