Every helpful friendly staff but everything runs slow over here, you will be lucky to get through the lines to any department with at least 10min of holding
Alhumdulillah it was an excellent experience, Riyaz hussain at the breakfast area is a very good mannered person, greeting everyone with respect and was doing an excellent job in providing the needs of guests, always smiling hope to see his smiling face again in future.
Comfortable, and of course the closest hotel to Kaaba
Mazedar restaurant at M3 have a really good selection of buffet. Service was provided by Kazi. Which was really professional.
It's location is very fully accesable to Masjidil Haram, most of hotel staff very humble and polite. For culinary lover...very recommended
Excellent place to be right outside the Masjid alHaram. Very clean and spacious. Excellent facilities.
The staff is very friendly and cooperative
The distance to haram is also very less
All facilities are available
Food is good but variety is less.
All facilities are available like gym, jacuzzi, shops and many more.
Overall I enjoyed staying here with my family and would like to recommend it to my friends.
A spacious andluxury hotel cum shopping mall suited for pilgrimage and other tourist round the year
It's a great hotel facing Alka'aba. Nice to stay at this hotel and enjoy your time there
One of the best hotel in Makkah. Well decorated interior and also great views from the hotel.
It s good food and dood service and I would like to thanks to mr. mohazzib
A very beautiful Hotel on top of the kaaba view rooms are great
Very excellemt service, fast chech in process, very clean, and smily helpfull staff
A five star hotel that is not serving 5 star experience. Yesterday, some of my friends from the same group is avoided of entering the dining meal, saying that my friends were not entitled for the meal. Today, it happened to myself and my husband!!
After rechecked, it was misunderstanding between the hotel and the travel agent, and of couse finally we get our meal. Of course we can understand that some mistakes could happen. But the way they treating us as the guest, is very bad!!
They frankly avoid us as the guests to come in, not even provide us to seat, or even asked us to have our meal first (to be later settled down the bills if needed)!! And it happened 3 times in different person!!
Please fairmont, we came from far away and spend a looooot of money for this Hajj program, more than thousand dollars, the cost of meal in your place of course nothing for us. It doesnt make sense if you think that we try to sneak in to your dining room only for free meal! We come there because of course we're entitled for the meal, based on arrangement from the agent. But the way you treating us was very rude, very inappropriate and very uncomfortable!!
Another occasion, by the time we checked in, I should be entitled for 1 king size bed, not for twin share. I'm calling front office asking him to look for another room with single bed for me, but he rejected my request promptly, not even give it a try for a minute. I'm asking for the 2nd time, and he simply did not do anything. Now im staying in twin room bed with connecting door to the next room, with whoever stay there, they are very noise and kept talking even at night. What an uncomfortable experiences !
The combination of dunya wal akhirat . A step away from kabah
Great location in clock towers, few steps from Alharam Almakki
I nooked double bed room, but the shower was small, bad smell from carpet
The entire staff is kind and welcoming. Even while doing their jobs, if they notice someone is struggling or lost, they will go out of their way just to help and ask if we need anything more. Special thanks to Mostafa and Samir for his help, efficiency, and friendliness and to the rest of the staff on the 29th floor (Saudi and Lebanese Restaurant) for all of their kindness. You guys are always so helpful with everything, every single time I stay in this hotel while in Mecca. Alhamdullilah w Mashallah. Can t wait to come back to this hotel once again in the future inshallah.
Fantastic location, shopping mall, and and fantastic staff!
Very nice clean and luxurious rooms.nice reception warm welcome. And all facilities good.and excellent location.
The best Hotel in Makkah for stay to Umroh. We appreciate for all facilities, excellent services very warm member staff. I recommended for all who want to stay in Makkah, near from Al Haram Mosque. Keep maintan all services, Insha Allah more successfully ahead, aammiin.
Excellent Hotel, Comfortable Beds, Clean Rooms. Great experience.
I can't explain of this place because i haven't word for explain.
Makkah Clock Tower...
A Perfect architecture and eye catching highest clock tower (to date) in the world. You can see it even from the city ends and many other spots. It adds beauty to the holy area adjacent to this. Inside views, shopping areas, hotel and / or rooms are all master class and probably the best in the world. It's surrounded by cool architectures and sites but it has it's own identity and charisma.
It kind of a location guide to Haram e Makki (Holy Kaaba) when you are away from it or coming from other areas / cities. When you see it you immediately think that the Holy Kaaba is there and the feeling afterwards can't be explained. During the visit we were always trying finding to to stay connected to the Holy Kaaba, while we were on the way to other places and on highways. It's an always attracting place and makes you feel good all the times.
One can not forget it and will try exploring it more and more as exploring / visiting all at one time is a tough task. I would love being there again and being able to get some space in it to live during my trip in future.
Very great experience. Got the full look of Saudi Arabia a few years ago when i stayed. Very clean and staff is always wanting to help.
My family and I stayed in the Fairmont hotel, located inside the clock tower. We stayed in a triple room, which means there are 3 beds, still one room, and there was plenty of area for all 3 of us to enjoy the modern and luxurious hotel. Our view wasn t fantastic, but it wasn t really a necessity. The bathroom is clean and upscale, and the toilet, STANDING shower, and sink are all separated by doors which is simply fantastic. The beds are soft, and pillows are memory foam. There is also a TV, but we didn t find ourselves to ever be using it. If you re into it, it s there. There is also a large shopping mall with a grocery store, where you can buy almost anything you could imagine. The food court here is all run by fast food chains (mostly), so there isn t really much room for healthy eating. Alternatively, the hotel has buffers inside (not in food court) which provide breakfast and dinner which may be slightly more healthy than what you can find in a food court. All in all, the hotel is fantastic and is highly recommended.
Perfect hotel for umrah,
Few step away from majed AL haram,
Wonderful stay, love the prayer area , staff was very helpful and what topped it off was the Mall!
Alhumdullah my wife has wanted to come before her pregnancy and we had to wait until our baby was at around 7 months before we set off. On our arrival in ihram we were tired and reception manager was really quick and helpful he had seen my note about making this a great experience for my wife who become Muslim 2 years ago and our baby girl. He was very humble and made dua and was pleased to have us as quests he then accompanied us to our room as he wanted to show us everything this was amazing as he made us feel special and my wife a honoured guest which he personally said to her. The apartment was amazing and he asked to contact him direct if we needed anything. The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us my sister accompanied us and our baby girl. I had to extend the stay as my daughter was unwell towards the end and again another manager was helpful in extending our stay even though the apartment was booked. Can t wait to use and recommend to my friends and family inshallah. Concierge service by Ghaidaa Alsharif was great help getting my boarding cards and doctor arrangements for my child organised.
Super close to Al Haram Mosque. Love the great surroundings, facilities and the helpful friendly staffs.
The stuff is very friendly and helpful, the staying is comfortable, I strongly recommend staying at the hotel, specially at the Gold Fermoint, visit the lounge the stuff there is very professional.
Excellent, very comfortable with beautiful Kaba view from my room. Mashallah
Very nice hotel. Right in front of Al Haram. Breakfast is delicious. Room is also great
The opportunity to be so close to the house of Allah.
Blessed to be here
The people are good
Service is great
Only concern would be the level at which your stay at.
The higher you will be the longer it will take to get the elevators to come to you.
The only reason the stay would be not a five is due to the delay in helping out with my issue.
I needed to contact the customer service department from the phone.
Then went to front desk and they didn't know what I was asking them.
So I decided to switch my hotel.
I was here for a week..
So I didn't mind switching. But the hotel is lit up
The hotel is great and clean, however service sometimes can be a bit slow and our room did not have the basics like tooth brush and slippers.
By the end of our stay we had difficulties with ordering uber and sauud helped us with that he was so helpful and stayed until we got into the car, he changed the whole experience.
So In general it was a great experience, thanks to Saud.
the best hotel. Free coffee and free lounge service. Thank you chef for good food. Thank you Hassan Mohazzib and Nouh
Very nice and luxurious one , but the parking access is so difficult during hajj season
Nice hotel, good food, very close to masjid al Haram

It s one of the best hotels I ever been in, the view, the rooms, the food, the omelet with cheese and even the staff at lounge gold
Located adjacent to the Masjid Al Haram, Makkah Clock Royal Tower, A Fairmont Hotel boasts a prime location as the closest hotel to Kaaba and yet the best for Umrah and Hajj. Standing as one of the world s tallest buildings with 76 floors, Makkah Clock Royal Tower, the focal point of the Abraj Al Bait Complex, part of the King Abdul Aziz Endowment Project, is the iconic symbol of hospitality in the Holy City.
Expensive but so close to Haram. Food court and shopping all is Available inside. Can also pray in the rooms as the speakers are fitted and jamaat can be heard clearly
The best of all al Al abraj hotels but is most expensive one
Stayed for three nights with no housekeeping to clean the room
And I kept asking for the three nights without any results
It takes u 15 min to go to haram as I have to ride two elevators and step inside a mall to go out of the hotel which is not convenient at all
Amazing service here Staff were very Welcoming The food is amazing and Atyaf restaurant is a must visit there breakfast buffet is so amazing. There servers were really nice and accommodating Super respectful
diorganized reception did major mess in my booking .
no security in what is going into hotel .
noisy rooms ..kids running in corridors.
we had an even poor communication with administration.
bag handdling is bad recived my bags dirty .
dirty windows
dirty corridors with food left overs from outside
will not do it again.
The breakfast stands out. The meal very tasty and delicious. Alhamdulillahi. Love to come back again.
I think Fairmont makkah deserves 5 stars it is such a beautiful hotel
