Nouf is friendly staff and very helpfull, The taste Lezat Resto perfectly matches with Indonesian tongue, and the Hotel Room very comfortable..

It's a real shame that it's all becoming a retail experience. I wish there had been a much more holistic strategic plan and all the hotels were set much further back with some kind of metro and train access to get into the Haram. The tower looks and feels terrible. The city could have benefitted much more had they planned the hotel industry and its location better.... Just sad...

Everything is just out of the world the welcome, hospitality, service, they pamper you I ve stayed at a lot of hotels in the world but fairmont Makkah just takes the cake highly recommend all to try believe you will not want to leave & will definitely come back for more I know I will for sure !

I was in a neighbouring hotel when I visited your hotel lobby , it seems to be a higher standard than the one I checked in , although they are in the same tower and same rating ( 5 star ) but your looks much more luxurious, I guess I'm liking it and I think my next booking will with your hotel . Luxurious hotel with very good view of the Holy Kaaba. Very short distance to the Grand Mosque. Bit pricey though. Quite out of reach during Hajj time.

The Fairmont hotel is gorgeous.
My first impressions? Amazing. Gorgeous. Hard to Find. These 3 words describe the looks and the attitude of the hotel. I stayed only for one night. I've got a deluxe king room with breakfast here. The hotel decor is by far the nicest l've ever seen. The breakfast at the Saudi Restaurant at the 29th floor is a variety of flavorful choices. the breakfast has a bit for everybody.
You know the fruit is amazing, the service from all the buffet staff was above expectations and the food tasty was very delicious.
From the first entry to the buffet, the front disk receptionist Ms. Shimaa sounds funny, friendly and very helpful, even saying 'funny' because over the course of only a short amount of time she became across as 'helpful hostess.' Ms. Shimaa has been there - above and beyond - in every aspect of not only the duration of the breakfast, but during the entire journey. And I know some of the stuff she did was not in her job description. She answered every question. Even the stupid ones. She s honest, she s good and she s been there for every single detail.
All and all, Ms. Shimaa gained my highest level of recommendation and the best score among all other hotel s staff.

This is absolutely my favorite hotel ever. The food is unbelievable, super clean.lovely staff. And very very nice employees. It was my favorite trip ever. And alhamdullah we did our omra and was great. Thank u very much guys very lovely place and we will come back for sure.

#1936 we have breakfast in lezzet in excellent service done by supervisor kazi and his team noor , kazi gave as warm welcome and always what we need, we suggest our friends to come in fairmont hoet.

Health Club has excellent facilities and great customer service. Very nice staff and convenient facilities.

Perfect service all around! Kazi, Abdulla Zaharani and Riyaz Hussain attended us perfectly well during our Breakfast for the past 5 days. The food served here is pretty amazing as well. Would love to come back again for sure.

We had an amazing experience staying at Fairmont at Makkah. The place smells amazing!!! Service is quick.
Best part was our server Hafiz who made custom chai for us at breakfast. He is well mannered, courteous & takes care of guests!!!

Our family had breakfast in lwzzet resturant we enjoy buffet and service ,thanks kazi take care for us.

Location is top. Housekeeping and maintenance is terrible. All rooms have strong urine smell. Not sure if guests pee on the carpets or probably they using certain chemicals that have urine alike smell.

Excellent service, friendly staff & great location very close to the Holy Mosque. Highly recommended for a place to stay when you do hajj or umrah.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The environment is calm and clean, staff is very helpful and the Internet is like a rocket. Rooms are also clean and well organized.

It is in my opinion that Nouf & Robin are examples of exceptional characters within this hotel's establishment. Being a former Hotelier myself, I can appreciate the challenges employees faces in high volume hotel especially in Fairmont Makkah; kudos to the management. I love the restaurant's food, the F & B staffs and Housekeeping employees. Bravo.

Excellent hotel for Hazz pilgrims. Only few yeards from Kaaba sharif. Only luky one gets room there. 1-4th floor for shopping and food court. A littlebit costly. Cheap restaurent and shops are available at underground floor. Since it is within Official Kaaba perimeter, Namaz can be perfirmed in Jamat within this Hotel.

Nice place and great service. Super close to Haram. Only four stars because the wait time to take an elevator was way too long and for the silly guy from house keeping who kept Knocking on the door and when we didn't open he kept calling the room while the prayers was taking place. Sheesh are we supposed to stop praying to open the door?. On the plus side, the front desk was super professional. The food was amazing. The rooms were super clean. Beds were very comfortable. A++++++ place.

Yeh A class logo k lye boht hi zabardast hay , very expensive. But the view of Makkah from awesome.

The Resturant on Floor 29 at Fairmont hotel in Mecca during our stay was excellent , I mean the Services, the staff and of course the different variety of Arabian and international food , I really enjoyed it and I will recommend this for every one , also you should try my favourite dish ( Omelette with Cheese and Veggies ).

Go on the 9th floor,there is a mosque from where you can get a stunning view of haram.

We have enjoyed with our family alot and breakfast of Lezzet restaurant is very good all staff was helpful and specially Mr. Kazi is super.

Courteous, efficient and fast service. Housekeeping is top-notch. Rooms are quiet and extremely comfortable and clean. I will certainly recommend this place. If you are on Umrah or Hajj, this is the place to be. Its integrated with the haram mosque with its own prayer room overlooking the Ka'abah. What more can you ask for? There's a fitness centre, shopping and restaurants just an elevator ride away. I will be back Inshaa Allah.
