the room is very nice,
the food is just OK.
but the staff hospitality is excellent

Staff took initiative to come and ask whether everything was ok

Everything was excellent the accomodation rooms were clean the food is excellent and service is great.

One of the best hotels. . The comfort the luxury the sweet view.. but the service was a little bit slow. I hope they will get better next time i visit.

the spa was great, the staff are good but hope that the time is extended.

Location, comfort, cleanliness and service are all perfect. It may be a bit expensive, but definitely worth it. I would certainly recommend rooms with Holy Kaaba view.

We had lunch lezzet restuarant,the food is very nice ,service given by Awais,hasan and kazi,kazi gave as warm welcome,we recommend our family.

I stayed 5 days and 4 night with my family to umroh..And they had a good view from the restaurant Lezzet, the view is directly to masjidil Haram,and the food for Indonesian taste is delicious also for the service from Kazi and crew was so nice,they re welcoming us so warm and give excellent service. We will recommend to another family to stay and visit to Fairmont Royal Clock Tower..

Best stay ever in Makkah with Amazing Kaaba view room. Excellent staff and prompt service despite being extremely busy and full most of the time. There are lots of improvements and they are really taking it forward.
Great job. Highly recommended and book a Kaaba view room to enjoy the stay and fulfill your prayers unintruptedly.

I came here with my family and we enjoyed our stay at this hotel during Umroh, its very comfortable. The location is very strategic in Zam Zam Tower right in front of Masjidil Haram. Our bedroom is also wide. The meals are very delicious and the taste is so similar with Indonesian food as we are Indonesian. I love bakso the most! Oh I also got new friend name Randy and Nauf at the restaurant.
Thank you for your good hospitality and nice meals. Its a great experience!

This is our second stay at this hotel . Stayed at Fairmont Mecca for 3 nights , service was amazing both at the gold lounge and the Saudi Resturant on the 9th floor . Yunus was exceptionally great at the Saudi Resturant , he greeted us with a smile everyday and accommodated our requests . Room was great overlooking the Kaaba , our Butler was waleed and was great as well !

Clean, courteous staff and a very close by location to Masjid Haram. Though elevators are too many but slow.

Very disappointing breakfast experience. No salt shaker on table, no coffee cups on table, nobody ever asked me if I wanted anything, I was told they do not have green tea when I went to a waiter and asked for green tea, food in the buffet was cold, only fresh cut watermelon available, waiters cleaning adjacent table kept bumping my table.

Worst customer service ever , impolite people, check in is at 6 pm while the check out is at 12 pm apparently they need 6 hours to buy you new furniture for your room from Ikea

The hotel is one of the best in its area and class. Super elegant, very clean and pristine decor makes it hotel of my choice. We recently stayed here during Hajj season and had breakfasts and dinners at Lezzet restaurant at level M3. The buffet has ample variety covering different cuisines. The food
Hall supervisor Riyaz Hussain at dinner time is super friendly and very hospitable - always welcoming and would suggest the dish of the day. He was very open to suggestions to change the menu and add dishes on a day to day basis. I noticed the food would get a bit cold by the time you get to the table from the buffet area due to chilled room temperature set throughout the hotel and he placed plate warmer to address that. I think more of those plate warmers placed in the dinning hall permanently will be better, coupled with the standard temperature of the food warmers set higher than the currently are.

The waiter Hamza at the breakfast was also super nice, very polite and always made us feel well taken care off.

I would like to especially appreciate services and hospitality of both gentleman Hamza and Riyaz Hussain at Lezzet Restaurant at M3.

Overall a very nice and comforting experience - just like the previous 2 visits I had in last 4 years.

Lovely stay at Fairmont. Great azaan system for each room, very concenient.. The only downfall is the lift system which requires improvement.

You will never find avialbel car parking and they just don't care , I was super tierd and had to go out looking for parking in the streets looking 2 hours at mid of night and had to take taxi back to the hotel

Good places to stay, near with al haram and great hospitality

The first thing the entrance from the tunnels are horrible and the staff ..OMG (don t make my write an essay). The room and the view nice ..but couldn t enjoy it.. cos everything is call 0 ...call 0 and then the call center work meets with uncomply by the staff ..the ladies swore too many times... ..ahh

Luxurious Hotel with excellent Location within the hudud of Haram

My wife, son and I stayed for 6 nights in the Fairmont Gold rooms and had a beyond expectation experience. The breakfast on 29th floor was too big to cover in one day. Each morning at the Al-Dira, Faheem took good care of us at our table. We greatly appreciated his efforts. During our tea and snack time in the Gold Room Lounge, Siraj made the PERFECT tea for us. He knew we loved it so much that he had it ready for us at our table few mins after we settle in. The snacks and dessert in the Gold Lounge was always delicious and very fresh. All staff members were pleasantly friendly. We would never hesitate to book the Fairmont Gold when we return again.

I had breakfast in saudi restuarant Al dira, brakfast is tasty and really we enjoy, Mr kazi service is perfect ,he take care of each need,he welcome as with warm and his staff Richa and zaharani they gave as best service what expected.

The hotel is large, clean and beautifully designed Located near the Haram and the markets, The staff are great, friendly and wonderful thank u for them so much. the breakfast is delicious and the best food i ate are Haloomi and pancake, thank u Firoment for our service and ur love with us.

Al Dera saudi restuarant ambience is so good
,we enjoyed our breakfast and service so good all staff are so well grommed and well trained, supervisor kazi attend the table to ask quality and service. Thanks to all managment to have such wonderfull staff,thank to all.

We stayed in this hotel 6 days ( Hajj 2019)our breakfast and dinner were in Aldira restaurant at the floor 29, beautiful view. Breakfast fast was really good but dinner was beautiful. The food was great, tasty and multicultural. Customer service was extremely good and the hospitality was great. We would like to use this opportunity to send a big thanks to brothers Said and Fahed who were always smiling and helpful mashallah.
We are extremely recommended this restaurant where you can have great food with great Haram views.

near to haram. and also the food court was very near to the property. poor cleaning services old furniture. smelly rooms very ordinary breakfast. front desk staff were very helpful.

Walking distance from masjid al haram. They served wide variety & complete breakfast (asian, eurpoean, american). Room is very comfy.

It s one of the bests hotels in Makkah. But the service has been getting bad over the years. Maybe because of the crowd of people who stay there. But I do recommend it for people who wish to see the Kaaba in Ramadan.

The room and room service was good. I wish the breakfast had more variety.

There was a cockroach under the dining table and they did not take care of the situation or even apologize.

The health club was clean. Amal from the health club was nice and sweet.

Had a pleasant stay in the hotel. Breakfast Food items were excellent and service of high quality suitable for all nationalities. Employees in the Saudi/Lebanese restaurant were very pleasing and hospitality was excellent.

Very nice luxurious hotel speacially the 29th floor restaurant

This is one of top ten luxurious 5 star hotel which is adjacent area of holy Makkah haram area. Through window, pilgrims can have a wide view. If you can take room in haram area side, you can even join in jamat for regular prayer, though mind satisfaction is in question. They have spa facility, so you can enjoy. Also you can enjoy delicious food dishes which is excellent. In a word, it's awesome.......
