during weeekens the lift so crowed & for parking situation need more orgenaize..!!!

Hotel itself is very good however lift access is terrible. We stayed during the most busy Haj period and 2 lifts out of 6 remained out of service throughout the stay. We were staying on floor 22 and with mum on wheelchair had to wait ages to get into the lift. People would jump ahead into lift leaving no space for wheelchair.

You also have to change 2 lifts from haram to reach room with bit of walk through the shopping mall. I realised that if you stay in 3 star hotels down the road you can reach Haram quicker.

Service and breakfast however was very good.

Good Ambience and easy for performing Hajj and Umrah

Too much expensive. And facilities are compared to a 3 star hotel only. There is no amneities inside the room.their hair dryer was not working after paying 300 USD you get twin bed room compared to a 3 star hotel room. Not recommended

(updating this review to reflect the restaurant) Came to lezzat restaurant for breakfast and dinner everyday during our haj stay with dar El salaam. The service was great and experience was positive. The staff is very helpful, especially Riyas Hussein.

In brief, it is a place where you can find your save heaven but with heavy budget during haj days. Apart from in off season like if your visiting in beginning of the year it is usually will be less. Services here you will find to be very thankful for so no worries in that department. Good luck

I was there a year ago with my family... Loved the stay! I would go there again, my mother who's on a wheelchair got excellent service and there's accessibility everywhere in the hotel.

Wonderful . Lounge is very peaceful no crowd. Service also very friendly love it.

This hotel is not ideal for kids or the old. You have to switch from one lift then go through reception lobby to the next set of lifts to get to ground floor. Also when you make kids booking the hotel system will easily miss your kid off although your booking (website) shows you have kids booked and confirmed. It is a long walk to Kaaba.

Makkah Clock Tower There are several things which are amazing that the best thing is equation 0.3 m in 0.3 km near the Harlem and it is an amazing place to live with a good thing is the rate always fluctuate depending on the Seasons crowd this hotel is having a lobby and amazing view from the top and Food Court whatever you deserve whatever you try you'll have it this is a perfect place to live and it is having very peaceful rooms quite rooms her amazing staff members and overall it's a best place to live if you are coming from a foreign country like USA UK France Australia then this the best place and highly recommended recommended place for you

Beautiful view from my room to kabba And amazing service , the staff excellent and very good work and services My daughter sick with Allergy and she can t eat only 2-3 thinks with salt only and they take care of her I want to thank them all especially Mr. Nazar who was helpful and Shif Adel with his staff in the Floor 28 who take care of my daoghter Food and us , The breakfast was very good. Every time I come to Umrah I choice Fairmont hotel VIP for my stay.

plain terrible. I got put in the worst room available. the last room away from the mosque. the hotel charge is not cheap, but the room given is not good for dogs.

I had breakfat in lezzet resturant we enjoy the service given by kazi he help me and gave us table my husband is sick he assit us , thanks kazi.

Lyzzet Restauarnt - daily morning breakfast - Alhamdulilah was excellent - staff were superb, food was of a vast variety , excellent food and service. Overall our stay was fabulous.

Me I my family stayed in fairmont hotel in Makkah we a very pleasant time, during our stay we eat breakfast in the Saudi restaurant ( AlDirah ) the food was excellent as well as the service, one of staff name Ahmad Kamal, Richa, Khalil, Faheem and yunus and their supervisor kazi which he a very polite and helpful person. I do recommend staying in this hotel because it s the best hotel in Makkah. If I can give more than five star I ll do.

We stayed here for 3 nights while doing umrah. The hotel is very close to al masjid al haram. It was clean, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast offered had good variety of options. There is a mall in the same building with many restaurants and there is a huge bin Dawood supermarket where you can get snacks, sandwiches and almost anything you need like personal care supplies or charger wires at reasonable prices

The hotel is immaculate and service has been spot on. The morning breakfast has been absolutely great in both the restaurants Mazzedar -
Nouf the hostess has been very helpful.
