Fairmount Mekkah is one of the best five star hotels that I have been visited. I have been traveling to Europe, Japan, Korea, China, Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore, there s no hotel better than Fairmount Mekkah. The room is big and clean, the cleaning service are friendly, and the hotel staff are accommodating. Plus, there s no greater feeling than sleeping right in front of Masjid Al Haram Mekkah. Thank you.

Unfortunately Fairmont service level has been depreciating day by day and that's can be clearly noticed in the hotel rating. No one wants to listen and that I had to write all my issues here.

The ladies at the booking desk are trained on how to be rude. Worse is the customer service ladies who are trained on blocking any guest of reaching to the management.

When I asked to speak to the hotel manager, she simply refused and said "I can't transfer your call". Why is hiding then?! Don't want know guests' feedback?! Then I had to write my feedback here.

"Hotel" is all about services. If the hotel cannot provide a customer service then this building is a voluntary paid prison.

Better options is to go for Raffles Palace or Makkah Conrad.

One of the best hotels in Makkah providing delicious and yummy food

I couldn't sleep at all at night because of the neighbor s noise and it's super annoying that I couldn't reach the reception even tho I called MANY TIMES! And for its food menu, it's pricy and so limited and it takes so long to be served even tho your order is small like soup for example. And for its mall oh God wish I didn't go there in the first place, I mean they truly have to put MORE effort into it.

The only thing I enjoyed in this visit is going to the Haram and nothing special about the hotel tbh.

Meanwhile, I'm suffering again from 2 hrs to sleep tonight

Great hospitality, it s very nice and comfort stay. You can have kabaah view from room. It would be better if they have several menu selection for their buffet food. But very nice experience to stay here.

Because it s a nice hotel and a big hotel and the people who works in the hotel are a very nice people.

Specially I got one supervisor in Fairmount hotel. his name Mr shaquib he from India. He is better than any other supervisor. Because of shaquib I Wana go Fairmount clock tower again again and again. Innocent hardworking. His future is very bright.

The staff were very friendly. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. My only comment is the rooms and the hallways are a bit stuffy. A better ventilation system must be considered.

We have spent six nights here with faimly our stay remained exceptional, services were excellent, food marvelous we strongly recommend Fairmount Makkah stay .

It's a five star hotel within a walking distance to masjidil haram

One of the best life experiences! This hotel is excellent. All of the workers are doing a tremendous job. You will be amazed by the great hospitality offered. Rooms are very clean, food is great and it s located in a prefect spot. I definitely recommend it to everyone and it will be my choice for next time inshallah.

The jacuzzi was really nice and relaxing and very hot too , it was quiet I liked that , also the gym had a lot of machines , they basically have everything you could ever need

Masha Allah great service and hospitality from this hotel. Very convenient for when doing Umrah and also excellent hygiene levels. I had the pleasure of being welcomed by Shimaa for our final breakfast and she was amazing, very smiley and caring member of staff. Beautiful experience all together Alhumdulilah!

For the restaurant.. I have a great experience at Addirah restaurant.. the staff is very welcoming and helpful with a great smile and delicious food for sure Especially Mr.Faheem+ Youns and all guys here are very friendly.. If you try it once you would come here again.. thank you all

My first buffet in Fairmont Mecca is amazing. The food is MasyaAllah delicious. Shaimaa, the front desk attendant is very friendly and very helpful.

We had breakfast in lezzet resturant the food and buffet is good and tasty we enjoy and service and staff are proffesiona, kazi gave as warm welcome and serve as hot coffee, he show his skill in service we appericate him and we recommed our family to come here. Thanks kazi for good job.

Worst 5 star hotel ever! Room was not properly prepared. It took them 10 hours to respond. A/C doesn't work. Poor quality food. Don't waste your money here. They are giving Fairmont hotels a bad name.
They aren't even trying to make my stay any better.

I recently visited the Fairmont in MAkkah Saudi Arabia . The facilities at the gym were bar none to anything else in the city. Having a Jacuzzi sauna and steam room in the middle of Arabia was a fantastic luxury. Also very refreshing right after the pilgrimage. Imagine a refreshing gym session with Sana and steam before you go and make tawaf . It s something from a dua dream. Thank you Rafiq and Alaiduroos. Amazing !

Very nice place, close to the Masjid alharam, you can even pray there. The food court is very convenient and handy

We received excellent service during our stay at the Fairmont Hotel in Mecca clock tower.
All the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and the views from our room on the 33rd floor were amazing. It only took as 10 mins to walk into the Mecca Harem sheriff.

I like and love this place because it is the resting area and a good restaurant as well as on the road.

Its a nice hotel. Its a part of masjid al haram. So you can pray from your room. There is a separate lift which directly takes you to haram sharif

for upper class people.....it only dream for peoples ...bt very beautiful..... additional beauty to makkah.......

The location is brilliant in the Haram, although they have been building a new gate for the Haram and the Kabah is no longer within view from the prayer hall or rooms of the hotel. No escalators to access the mall areas - have to come all the way down, out and then up again. Customer service is not great. Language is the main barrier, as not many of the staff really speaks English. Only Arabic and Urdu/ Hindi!

Fantastic place to stay in Makkah and get the most benefit of your time while making Umrah/ Haiij. You can reach out to Ka3beh in no time, even if you couldn t catch the prayer time , you can still make it in the prayer room of the hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, in addition to the AMAZING fitness club which is very enjoyable with Spa, sauna and steam room. Will definitely stay again!!

The hotel has too much or elevators to go through to go to Al Helms or come from and how long and too much towers the family will be separated it happened with us so sometime also they put me to connected room so I hear the voice of a room there coughing their television that sounds which is really bothers me

Hotel room was great, service was excellent, atyaf restaurant has average food but the service was amazing! Overall great but restaurant food can be improved.

Service at Reception is the worst. Checking in took more than an hour, and check-out around 20 minutes.
