Makkah Clock Royal Tower, A Fairmont Hotel Review

The breakfast was very nice and the service by Mr Kazi was outstanding.

The Dish actually is really have a good taste.
But if i can give advise , can u make more dishes like maybe indonesian food or western food just like in other fairmont hotel, b cos this hotel is international hotel right ...
so must have many kind of food on bfast time.

The server name hamzah is very friendly and profesional person.

And also the welcoming girl name is nouf is really polite and nice. Make us very comfortable.

We stayed from 2-7 Oct 2018. We would like to return. Friendly and courteous service/staff.
Some suggestions:
1. Water accumulates in shower cabin in room 4501 because of faulty slope. Drainage may be repaired.
2. Electronic floor indications in some elevators not working, creating difficulties for passengers.
3. Some of the elevators not very smooth.
4. Floor numbers be marked on each floor for convenience.

Great hotel, close to haram, but cleanliness could be better

It was amazing! , the hotel s architecture is gorgeous, the rooms were clean and stunning. it was a great stay with a great view of the Ka ba

Very friendly staff and very efficient. The rooms are clean and modern and very spacious. Room service was fast and food was plentiful. Breakfast options are well varied. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Amenities provided in the room is excellent and facilities in the hotel is amazing. Would recommend this to anyone coming here. My only comment would be the confusing hotel lift configuration which can take people confusing.

Looks good from outside but upon checking came to know that it is for umrah and hajj pilgrims from other countries and not for locals.

Breakfast is not up to many other hotels, the distance from Haram is very inconvenient. Not walking distance, but elevators take a very long time

the room is excellence and also the view from the restaurant, subhanallah we can see clearly masjidil haram while eating

Great experience, love the ambience, love the spacious room, but the food need to be enhanced , especially on breakfast time, the waiting list on egg corner too long!

I had breakfast daily at the Saudi Restaurant on the 29th floor. Fantastic staff! Very helpful and pleasant.

To put in one word: disappointing
Make sure you confirm the room view before you check in, otherwise you will probably end up with something overlooking just the desert.

My family had breakfast Mazedar M3 Restaurant. The buffet and food was delicious as with the service. Service was given by Kazi . He was very kind and generous. He made our experience here wonderful. Make sure you come here.

I'm so disappointed and sad for the services of makkah tower , not clean enough, no standards.

Amazing hotel, since we are currently in our honeymoon we were surprised by an upgrade with Kaabah view and a sweet cake with all the best wishes in the room. The service and kindness of the girls at the frontdesk was amazing.

Just also been the first time at the health club, and meet Redwan there. Amazing stuff and amazing place to be.

just few steps from Haram, with all shopping centre around you. prices could hit you harder due to location and services being offered. no car parking for free.

Conveniently close to masjidil haram. No need to walk very far and no need to worry about traffic to reach the masjid.

The Al-Dira restaurant in the Fairmont hotel is excellent. The open buffet breakfast has multiple food choices to suit any palate. You have the usual cereal and oatmeal and pancake breakfast. But in addition you also have options such as foul, falafel, spring rolls, eggs, yogurt, fries.... The open seating style is very comfortable. From private seating to seating with views of the the Kabba and Al Haram. You will not be disappointed. Wonderful and quick service. Enjoy!

From the time of checkin i feel very excited in fairmont gold.very nice property in makkah .The butler service is very professional the butler showkat give us ver good service every day replinishment and when we call tea or coffee it comes only in 5 minutes the smiling face of every staff is commendable.i really recommend fairmont gold to every one either my friends or relatives once again thank you fairmontgold and thank you showkat ahmad

The best hotel

Very good hotel! You have to stay here. In my opinion the best in the whole of makkah. If you want luxury, come here. There floors are even luxurious. They will bring you whatever you want instantly. I forgot my 2 pin plug and they brought one up straight away. All workers were so nice. They would see we were coming to the lifts so they'd stand in the way to keep it open. The breakfast was just spectacular. A wide range of bakery, hot food and drinks. Fantastic

Had a pleasant stay

The best hotel in Makkah. There're issues though. First, the so-called special reception for suites residents are achingly slow. Second, for over 3k a night I expect valet parking or at least a nearby car park. The much cheaper Raffles does both and Fairmont doesn't. Will I stay again? Depends on the offer.

Conviniently one elevator ride away from my room and FREE to attend.

Excellent location. No half or full board. Huge family rooms. Perfect for families with children.

Rooms were big and spacious. The restaurant was spacious, had a great view, and had lots of options. All the hotel Staff and cleaning staff were helpful and accommodating. Especially Nouf at the reception of the Lezzet restaurant. She was always kind and welcomed us each morning with her beautiful smile. Baarakallah feek
