This hotel is locoted so near to Masjidil Harom. It is a luxurious hotel that offers the guests with complete facilities they need. It is also situated inside of a huge mall so it eases the guests to access it.

I had the best time staying here, helpful staffs who answers your call eventhough it's 1 am in the morning then politlely deliver extra pillows and blankets right to your door. I stayed in fairmont jakarta too once and it was as delightful with amazing interior.

There's a wrapping service in the lobby that costs 30 riyals if you have extra luggage

We enjoyed our lunch in lezzet restaurant Kazi is so help he come to our table and ask about service in professional way ,he treat all guest with smile. We recommend our family to come in Fairmont.

Stayed in Movenpick. Alhamdulillah for everything. May Allah taala make it easy to come here and do Umrah again.

Aside from a fancy looking and nice smelling lobby and nice views from the expensive suites and restaurants, this hotel is ridiculous.

From the horrendous elevator wait times, two sets of different elevators to reach the Masjid Haram floor, leaky showers and water damaged bathrooms in many rooms, to bring only accessible after crossing the entire Abraj Al-Bayt mall from *inside*, 30-45 minutes required to make it inside Masjid Al-Haram for every prayer, I do not recommend staying here unless you travel to Makkah to pray inside the hotel.

Clearly it's primarily surviving off its name brand of Fairmont and the fact that it is the actual Clock Tower structure. Even then technically the clock part is actually a space exhibition that has never opened to to the public. But the Fairmont is part of the same vertical column so many people stay there for the novelty.

Any other hotel in the Abraj al-Bayt is a better bet. In my opinion, the best hotels in Makkah are Dar Al Tawheed Intercontinental and anything in the new Jabal Umer complex.

The food is very excellent and very tasty.all service staff are very good especially water melon is very tasty.mr riyaz hussain supervisor is very attentiv to theguest .breakfast also very good .mr muhammed ibrahim is very good.

A fairly good hotel with acceptable facilities. But it's not at all an executive place for a luxurious stay. Hotel approach for taxis is limited.

Breakfast spread is wide and serves varieties at M3 level.

we had breakfast in lezzet restuarant the buffet is nice display and hygiene ,we enjoy it the service take care by kazi supervisor is so perfect in busy period he help us to give nice table his staff hasan, noor they example for service good job keep it up.

Kazi is the best part on my breakfast buffet.. quality of food.. Superb!

This is my first time in fairmont i so happy to stay in this hotel close to harm .my family very happy also specialy hospitality in atyaf resturant employes are humble and polite we feel like stay at home inshallah come here again

View was great. No strings attached. Haram was always in front of our eyes. The only issue was the price that they have charged during checking out of the hotel. Approximately 200 was charged extra and i hate all the excuses for that. Won't come here again and i will suggest you to try some other hotel.

i was there 4 nights last year 2019 for umrah the best place ever i would love to be in the amazing hotel evry time i go back to macca inshallah the view from the room is amazing. Service is excellent, staffs are very friendl .

I stayed on floor 13th, which is a room with 3 beds. The room is very nice and clean. The bathroom is also great, with showers. They also give us hairdryer + iron on each room. But the outside window is very dirty. Well, it can be forgiven because the food they served are so tasty! I tried their different restaurant everyday, one the corner have the greatest view of Kabbah

This tower has 6 five stars hotel and apartments. apposite KHANA KABA.

Best hotel very near to Haram

This is the clock tower that is able to be seen from a few km away. It is quite a spectacualr building, and has lots of facilities including a huge shopping centre and is very conveniently located. I have to say tho that I am not a huge fan only because it is so big and imposing it takes a lot of attention away from the kabah and it really sticks out even from inside the haram

This hotel is beautifully appointed and is very close to the Haram. I enjoyed my stay

Undoubtedly one of the famous & surely the largest landmark of Mecca (Makkah), the clock tower can be seen from quite a distance infact anywhere from Mecca city & surroundings.

The Mall inside is great too, almost all the famous brands are present, oh and food court is Damn good all famous food chains are here except the one that really matters in Kingdom (ofcourse I am talking about Albaik).

5 star or more for sure, but if you want to pray the five times in the Haram, you'll find taking two elevators in and out quite annoying.

It's a great place to stay. It's quite close from the kabah, which usually is the main reason you're in Mecca anyway, and the food provided, while not excellent, is pretty nice. Service while usually is not the nicest, but is pretty satisfying. This place can be your reliable go to hotel to stay, but while it isn't anything extraordinary, it's a great place. I'd give it a 4.5, but there's no option for that

Close to masjidil haram, very comfort room, great service, and nice food especially for Indonesian menu, so authentic

This hotel is considered one of the best here in Makkah, their prices are good, great breakfast buffet, and friendly staff.

Although there are some notes to be considered, sometimes house keeping are late in bringing requested stuff, and room windows are not clean from outside.

It take nearly 10-15 minutes from the room to Al Haram.

Good food good service. But i suggest you for to providing indonesian food, such as sambal indonesia (please translate if u dont know) hehe. And everythings is ok!

Very royal experience, the rooftop dining area is beautiful! WiFi in the hotel is a bit slow in the room and hall way, other than that it s a great experience.

Good hotel but lifts are a bit of a problem as you have to change two lifts to reach haram
