Amazing hotel but yiu need to take more than 1 elevator to reach to alharam

This i's Very near Mosque Al Haram. Its a 5 Star hotel. From this hotel you can watch Kava (House of Allah).

I along with my family had a wonderful experience in Aldira restaurant. The service was excellent in particular Mr Ali Qureshi who was very attentive to all our needs and gave us so much information about the city as well. Highly recommend this restaurant for its world class service!.

the lunch is very tasty,the team member serve us lunch nadeem,awais,hasan is iperfect and they are profesional in there work, especially hostess hanan she is very humble to us, kazi take care of us in nice way.

I recently stayed here with family. Hotel is good but they didn t provide room with Haram view. Breakfast menu need to be reviewed by their administration. I can visit again if they provide a Haram view.

I just had excellent breakfast buffet in Aja restaurant service was top notch and food is perfect and I want give special thanks to Nouf with knowledge of restaurant. Thanks to everyone. See you next time.

Strategicly very good place to stay. Very close to Masjid Al Haraam, just some minutes walking. Inside the building you will find planty of good shops there you can find all gifts for your family. They are more expencive but you will save a lot of time so that you can do more prayers instead of hounting for gifts in 1000 different places.

Here on 4th and 5th flor you will find plenty of fast food places.

Expensive but nice services... you can save time and energy to do more worship at Haram... but you have to pay a handsome amount for it... Breakfast shouldn't be Arabic menu only...

Our family had breakfast in lezzet restaurant we enjoy the breakfast and in service they treat as very well especially kazi and his team work very hard in operation in busy period they arrange us table and serve coffee great job they had done,thanks kazi and team, we recommend our family and friends to come here, kazi keep it up.

We had a great stay at the Makkah clock royal tower hotel!

We got to the hotel at three in morning and were greeted by a welcoming staff quick to get us to our rooms!

The morning breakfast is great. Fresh omelettes and eggs made to order by Ahmed were my favorite! That and puffy naan bread.

The staff are extremely polite, professional and helpful. Not being able to speak Arabic wasn t an impediment.

The location is great. The haram is extremely close. Particularly nice for my older parents for whom walking is an issue. If it s too hot in the middle of the day, there is a nice prayer hall overlooking the haram, we frequently utilized.

the staff are the best part of the hotel. We had an excellent experience with Mohammed Imhan who always stopped chat with my folks in the morning amongst the hustle and bustle. Super helpful with directions and restaurants recommendations!

Overall, we highly recommend. Looking forward to coming back!

We had breakfast in Al Dira saudi resturant,the breakfast is excellent,service given by ibrahim and kazi,kazi gave escort us and give us informaton about restuarant,he help for ur baby by providing baby chair, he satisfied with his service,we will visit again.

Fairmont is second name of luxury,expensive and style. Although good place to stay for who can afford it.

Health club ..very gud behaviour and specialy muhammad was very gud behave and instrustor and very gud ambiance

Excellent Hotel. All Friendly Staff. I don't know about other rooms but my suite on 20th Floor had Haram View and it was magnificent. Along with Executive Elevators leading to our floor. Had a short visit there but I am definitely coming back here for the same suite.

Everything about the experience was amazing from touching the stone to doing umrah. However hotel wise, its best to research on everything because it is very expensive and make sure your flights are always booked. i prefer the madina hotel over the makkah hotel due to their being more space and everything.

Very nice hotel, near Al Haram, highly recommend if you are visiting mekkah. Only downside are the elevators and it's probably because the place is very crowded, and you need to use 2 elevators to go to Al haram

- Clean ? yes (with few comments)
- Staff : polite and respectful

Cons:
- Very limited car parking- even though you are client but no guarantee that you could have a parking for your car ... I had to park outside In public car parking lot.
- Check in at 6pm - too late! I hated the check in policy :( ... at least the check in should be at 2pm not 6pm ... please keep in mind the check out is 12pm (noon time)
- Staff promised me several times to get the room earlier than 6pm but no luck ...

I hope it is getting better in Future - keep it up.

Excellent superblock where hotels, shopping mall and footcourt get connected under one roof. Location very close to Masjid Al Haram.

The best possible hotel to stay at while in Makkah. Five star accommodations, incredible food options and closest hotel to the Haram. Highly recommended!
