I booked room for 2 they give the room but with 4 ...

I booked room for 2 they give the room but with 4 beds why ??, no place for setting or eating
Also Fairmont is Second most expensive hotel in Makkah why its look like 2 star hotel
Just the breakfast was good and I asked for clean the table
And I booked upper floor to have a good view but the Window glass was not clean
