The only good thing about this hotel is its location! Other than that, the rooms are dirty and smelly, we didnt have hot water, we booked a haram view but we got 1/5 of a view! Never again!

Tallest building near Masjid e Haram. Very Beautiful and tidy hotel. I would love to visit it's top in the next trip to Makkah but don't know the procedure.

Place is nice for 5 star international hotel, not bad. Just please take more attention for the switch lamp cuz the button is missing

Our family enjoy five days in hotel breakfast and lunch we had in lezzet restuarant, the service is superb staff are polite and calm,kazi and his team tumb up, keep it up.kazi show his professional in work, he treat all guest in equal manner.Thanks kazi

Very convenient to visit the Kaba. The building is complex require to change the lift to go down. Rooms are nice and clean, buffet meals area is also excellent with a large choice of food. I've found the staff struggling to make the tables ready once guests left.

Five-star hotel but with the taste of budget hotel. Physical facilities are okay but its hospitality is (in my opinion) lower than other 5-star's..

This hotel is at clock tower & is the highest hotel in ksa. Very good views of haram & the city.

Only trouble is getting inside it because of the crowd, I would advise you to get the room where you can see makkah, that room is verry high so If your OK with hight it's beautiful.

Best place to stay nearest to makkah! Perfect and comfort is up to the mark!!!

Makkah clock tower is an awesome place to enjoy the beauty of the world. As we know it is one of the top 10 tallest buildings in the world so it is a good spot to see almost the whole of Makkah. It has a lot of luxurious facilities. It also a good spot to see the kaabah, the holy place of Islam.

Khan family had breakfast In Lezzet restaurant excellent food and buffet ,service given by Kazi ,very warm welcome and table readily available, prepares the best tea ,you have to try it.

Amazing service, amazing food, amazing view; over all everything was amazing. Our host Kazi, took care of us and made our trip so much more worthwhile.

The hotel and the staff were amazing they gave me a Suite with last minute upgrade with an amazing view of Kaaba. I can never forget this experience. I recommend this hotel to everyone that visits and wants to stay near Kaaba.

Great place to have a break .perfectly located .restaurant are diversity friendly. Bilingual staff is a must & ( assets) .I was repeatedly assisted by Khalid,will go out of the way help .make up staff always available. Highly recommended. INSHALLAH will have revisit soon with family. Highly appreciated.

Perfect location, we stayed i a room with Ka ba view and it was spectacular. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great with variety of options.

Amazing experience. The gym was spotless clean and the jacuzzi was so relaxing! The staff were so lovely and welcoming. They took great care of us and gave a fruit bag every time we visited. We were shown a lot of love and respect from all staff, ashwaj, faten, Omniya. Love you guys xxxxxxxxxxx

Al Dar restaurant on M3 is one of the best restaurants in aspects of food quality taste and services .

Very luxery! Good delicious food and nice shopping mall. Unfortunately therre are a few toilets and not clean.

Spa is beautiful, the gym has good quality equipment, staff are very polite and helpful, very nice jacuzzi, steam room and sauna also nice. Overall this spa is a very quality experience for whole family, they have men and ladies section separately and also kids area.

BEST dining services AND food in Atyaf restaurant!!! When staying at the clock towers, visiting this place is a MUST DO!!! they serve an array of food that fits to everyone s taste. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. So if you happen to stay here, visit Atyaf!!!! You won t regret it!

Excellent location, amazing rooms and facilities. A bit of a walk as the hotel entrance is right at the end of the lobby of Makkah Clock Tower (Mall). Lifts are usually busy.

Aldira restaurant gives good service and have the best kabah view from the restaurant

My family had breakfast since 5 days the buffet is nice need to add additional dishes, the service given by Magharwry and hafiz is outstanding and kazi supervisor handle the restaurant in amazing manner ,he welcome all guest and smile ,he treat all guest inbsame wat, it show how professional is kazi,we recommend our family to come here,thanks kazi and his staff.

It is really a luxurious place specially when you take a room which you can see the Kaaba from your window.

Definitely gonna stay here for my next visit.

Nice, quite,secured, proficient but expensive. The main minus is the delay at the checking out counter the beggers like hotel staffers that their expectant looks for tips or sadaqa is scaring and unpleasant. At the Bell man and restaurant floors, special attention is accorded to people who make themselves popular through giving handsome gifts/sadaqa/bribe etc. Also one of the most annoying things having to flip the toilet sit cover before you can flush the toilet and the curtain that due the way they are installed, you can never get to pull them well enough to protect you from the scorching sunshine.

i gave 3 stars because: decor aint clean and new. and i payed 750 for a night just to get partial view of alharam not even alkaaba. sorry but not coming again for this.
