This luxe hotel in a striking 76-story building is less than an 11-minute walk from Diamond Tower, a 93-story skyscraper, and Masjid al-Haram mosque.The 1,542 chic rooms have Wi-Fi (fee) and flat-screen TVs, plus minibars and designer toiletries; some have mosque views. Luxe suites add sitting areas, and tea and coffeemaking equipment. Upgraded suites feature butler service and private lounge access. Studios and apartments are available.There are 8 dining options, including a steakhouse, a refined buffet restaurant and an Asian eatery. Other perks include a kids' club, a gym, and a spa area offering massages, a sauna and a hot tub

The hotel staff is very courteous and helpful.
We stayed for 5days.

On the first day after my breakfast I went to the restaurant to ask for a single banana for my infant son, the staff told me that they will get the fruit delivered in the room. Few minutes later the staff delivered a full basket of fruits along with Arabic sweets. We were extremely delighted with this gesture.
The hotel surprised us with special breakfast on the 29th Floor on our check out day.

Suggestion: Try to make some food arrangement for infants (18m-24m).

Great breakfast view on the haram. Room service is not bad; they don t offer zamzam water delivery like Pullman Hotel.

One of my best options due to the amazing prayer room on level S2

One star is for the perfect location, however it is the worst with the service they provide. Imagine calling the room service more than 20 times and with no answer! And the day after when they answered and we actually got to order, we received the worst meal and not up to the standard of such a hotel. Seriously there is no hotel in the world is doing it worse than this one especially for the price I'm charged with.
I'll probably visit again for the location but nothing else.

Staff is not polite... There is a Souq inside and a great atmosphere.

The Staff courtesy was excellent & always ready to assist us. It was a beautiful experience.

We really had a great time staying in the fairmont hotel. The hotel has a spa only for women. The service is good! They have a jacuzzi and a sauna.

Best hotel in Abraj Albait. I like it and i will come again. Shure to take Alkaaba view.

Clock tower is just an amazing place. 5 star hotel, though expensive.

Excellent in every way. Yet a major drawback is in the elevators' system. You may miss your appointment waiting for correct elevators ... especially in high season

Staff is friendly and resposive. RoomService was quick anytime i needed anything.

I stay at the Fairmont Makkah every year we come for 3omrah. We always have an exceptional stay and the service is always excellent. The staff is friendly and they go out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The food at Al-Dar restaurant on the 29 the floor is always great and freshly made. I would also like to give kudos to our waiter Hussien who was very polite, helpful and had exceptional service and was super friendly. I would like to thank everyone from management to the staff again for giving us a wonderful experience with our stay at the Fairmont Makkah clock tower.

P. S. We were also glad to see the the sugesstions we made the year before about the food wastage was also placed on the tables as a message for everyone. Thank you.

My family had breakfast in saudi restuarant, the buffet and service up to mark, service given by kazi truly knows how to welcome a guest from any where in the world. He is a well equipped individual abiility to mak you feel welvime, fahad serve as in pleasant way, Thanks kazi and team.

The hotel is good, especially you should try al dira saudi restaurant. The food is delicious. I had dinner at this restaurant, evrything here is upto the mark and made me satisfied with the staff as well. I would give them 5 star for their great effort to make us happy and comfortable. Thank you.

This hotel has been wonderful the staff are so obliging and the young man who has cleaned our room certainly well trained. The hotel is so convenient for the Mosque which makes life so easy. Definitely would recommend.

Al-dira Resturant is the best restaurant for families, a lots of food varieties and food quality is great. Mr Saqib the Assistant manager was very curtieous and was personally checking on customers. The service was great especially mr Faheem was fabulous. Took care of all of our needs.
Will come back definitely.

This place has a good food court with all price range options. Plus a lot of sitting space and a modern appearance not seen elsewhere nearby
Plus abraj hypermall is big and well stocked.

Every thing seems good except the room service its worst service you could have. They are taking ages to bring your request or they just forget it.

The place and service was good, but for indonesian like me who not really like an arabian food need another option for food maybe western, japanese, or indonesian food hehehe

The hotel very clean, location in front of masjidil haram so can directly reach for shalat.
Respon staff is very nice and fast responss also.
Restaurant full of delicious food and items, western, indian, and indonesian menu taste good.

My family had breakfast in Saudi restaurant, food and service is excellent, the service given Mohd Rocha is remarkable, we feel like home, we recommend our family to come here, thanks maxi he come to us and ask about food and service quantity.

Stayed for Hajj 2018. Excellent hotel. Rooms well furnished and clean. Staff very attentive. Elevators where readily available. No delays going to Haram, especially right before Salah.
Lizette restraurant food was great. Good choice, especially selections of deserts. Staff was very good. Qazi, I believe head server was polite and attentive. Will stay again here.

Rooms are amazing with awesome views and chef Abdul Aziz is so pleasant, always going beyond what is required to ensure that his customers are happy.

Nouran was really good and very polite. Excellent service at a fairmont gold lounge. Special thanks to Mohazzib and siraj who look after us during the whole stay. Fairmont Makkah is the best and this is our second visit.
