1. Attitude from phone operator

1. Attitude from phone operator
2. 2 days to open safety box, which was locked when arrived.
3. Airport shuttle booking not confirmed, a whole mess during check out.
4. Water boiler not working, full day to send another one.
5. In room breakfast came missing few items, some amount was refunded at checkout.

- all these problems was sorted only after complaining to duty manager !
