Estee Lauder makeup section was clean and the women were very helpful.

A department store for clothing. Many brands are on show. The only thing that does not please me is the enormous confusion for too many items on display. The stands are one glued to the other.

Tried to spend money here but couldn't find any employees to give it to. Spent more somewhere else instead.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am still spending time trying to cancel an order I placed yesterday. I will never purchase here again. I wasn't 100% when I left the store - still filled with questions. I felt rushed and bullied (guilt tripped) into buying from this salesman. One of his sentences were: "I don't want people to use "my" showroom to just try the mattresses" and "I have a dentist client that spent a fortune on his mattress and most people do" - First, almost $5k is a load of money for me. An investment you want to make carefully. Second, I want MY purchasing experience to be the one that makes ME feel comfortable. Third, I came looking for another salesman who I had met to a few days ago that did not PRESSURE me into making a buying decision right there and then. Pushy salesmen belong in the past. I get to choose if I want o make an online purchase or a retail one. Whatever issues you have with the products you offer and their manufacturers are your issues, not mine. And not letting me have my own process not just for an expensive item but one I will have to live with for 10 to 15 years is abrasive conduct towards a customer. Still waiting for the cancellation of part of my order that he refuses to help me with. Also, if you ask why I am cancelling and I tell you, you have no right to get mad at me for not liking the answer. You asked.

Looking for Lovely, nice designer clothes, shoes etc, i recommend this store. Quite different from other Macy's stores i've visited.
Above all the workers there are extremely nice people with excellent customer service.

The store associates were very helpful. Although the store was busy, they still were attentive to me and my family.

Well stocked, few people shopping but no offers of customer assistance.

A lovely place to shop and constant marketing with discounts make it very attractive

Macy's always has great prices. A lot of people feel that just because Macy's is a department store that their prices are outrageous. Let me just say this if you can spend $15 on a blouse at Walmart you can go to Macy's and find better quality clothing for the same price.

If you think Macy's has the best service you've ever experienced, you really need to check out Nordstrom.

Macys Perimeter Mall leaves a lot to be desired. You are better off ordering online. An associate looked at me crazy, when I asked a simple question.

Made me feel awkward doing a return of a fragrance I recieved for birthday. Was offered a gift card or return to the purchasers debit card even with my receipt. Smh

Great selection of everything you need under one roof, friendly staff and competitive prices make this a great place to shop.

Disappointed. I'm a huge fan of Macy's but it's over for this big retailer. Random display, price points are average and selection is a ton of below average styles.

Went to do an exchange for a jacket that I ordered online as a gift. They had the jackets in stock at this location but they were all in the same size I had bought originally so I went up to Nikkia and asked her to please return the jacket and order me another one in the correct size. She said I can't do that. You have to order it online yourself. I said you can't help me place an order for an item that you have in stock from another location or online? She said no it says it right here, as she turns the computer screen towards me. I said okay that's fine return the item please and asked for her name as I left. Let me just say I was completely nice the entire interaction and from the moment I spoke to this employee she had a bad attitude. One I really don't care if you are not in a good mood or if you do not like your job, fake it until you make it. Two your lack of interest in actually finding a solution for me and helping me get the correct item from a department that you work at is by far deplorable.

Waited for 10 minutes on the phone , hung up, ridiculous !

Do not come to this place to shop unless you want to be harassed by macys security. Come into macys to spend a $500 gift card that i recieved from family members. Shortly after arrived to shop i noticed macys security following me and pretending to do dressing room checks. As im walking around the Ralph Lauren Polo section i over hear 2 employees talking about me and when i stepped around the corner the older female employee mouth fell open due to the fact she just been caught talking about a customer on the sales floor and the older gentleman had the deer in headlights look on his face. As i proceeded to continue to shop and over hear macys security talking about me to the same employess i had caught a few min earlier. Public slander at its best at macys. Asked to speak with a manger both security and the 2 employees refused to call a manager. I called the store and was advised that the manger was helping another custkmer and I would recieve a call back still waiting on that call back. Did file a formal complaint with Macy's Corp office. Be aware of the people around you at this estiblshment estiblshment

I bought a necklace for curbside pick up a s there wasn t an issue. The knots on the necklace were. If I buy a $400 necklace from Macy s you d think that someone would ve made sure it was knot free.
I live in west Georgia, the Macy s at Arbor Place doesn t carry an excessive about of anything, we have to drive to Cumberland or Town Center or even Perimeter Mall. I expect better from Macy s.

Had a great experience today while shopping for Chanel cosmetics. The sales associate Mary was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the entire Chanel line of products. Not pushy, just five star service from the beginning to the end. I highly recommend Mary and thank her for the excellent service I received today. I will be back and will refer you to others. Good Job Macy's.

What more can I say. This is my favorite place to shop.

I enjoy shopping at Macy's but the limited workers or cashiers is unacceptable No one should have to do circles around the store to find a casher. There is at least 7 register's and majority of them have no one at them!!! You have "Finish line"in Macy's but the dont accept Macy's customers. The Cologne counter will not take a customer that has clothes. I get Macys might have a budget but come on you can hiring and train people to assist. Macy's PLEASE do better!!!!

Makes you feel like it's the only store in the Mall you really need to shop in.

The associate at At Your Service was very professional and prompt. The store was very busy !!

The women's area is laid out by Brand. It's very hard to find stuff there. I had to go down stairs to find suit jackets but with no direction it took forever, I was about to give up but my wife was like maybe it's down here? Stupid.

The men's area however is very well laid out and easily organized.

Really nice store with people that are friendly and willing to assist when you need it.

Looked all over the mall for my daughter's graduation dress. Walked into Macy's and found 2 right away. Customer service was very good.

Very hard to find parking spot, very busy area with a lot of traffic, due to highway renowations.

This Macy's is way better than the shabby one at Gwinnett Mall. Will go here mostly from now on.
