Macys Perimeter Mall Review

To the few team members I spoke to they were very kind and knowledgeable, they provided excellent costumer service. The price of everything I bought was just right. I'll be coming back to this location soon to shop for more

I wish I got his name (middle aged man, middle eastern or Indian) but the man in the men's cut department was very friendly and helpful. I was looking for a sport coat and he took my measurement and made some recommendations. I ended buying two coats and I like them very much.

Good attention and kindness of the person who attended me

I shopped for over an hour in and around the lingerie department. I asked over a dozen people for help and even managers told me they didn't work in that area/ have enough product knowledge to help me. I was also told that the scheduled person had called in sick and the backup person covering that area had just gone to lunch. When I finally found what I needed with no help from employees I went to check out. The first several registers I passed were unattended and then when I found an open register they told me none of my coupons would work on my items and they don't take competitors coupons. I don't shop at Macy's often but I definitely won't be returning.

I enjoy Macy's , but I sure do miss Rich's Department Store . I got a great pair of Asics mens running/ cross training shoes for a great price , while charging my car at the VOLTA charging Stations outside in front !!!!! I love Macy's amd Perimeter Mall for inviting VOLTA Charging !

My experience at mac in macy's was horrible i dont even know where to begin. First off i had an appointment for 4 oclock amd nobody touched my face until a quarter to 5 then acted like they didnt care and it is my prom day and im on a time schedule hence why I scheduled it for 4. This is just poor customer service wouldn't recommend

Macy s is open at Perimeter Mall. They have limited capacity and have closed some fitting rooms. I don t know if all fitting rooms are open. I think there was less product on the sales floor. It was cleaner that pre-shutdown. The cashier was un-friendly, and even though I speak English, the cashier kept telling my daughter to translate everything for me. I found that to be rude. Yes, I have a strong accent, but I speak read and write fluent English and do not need a translator to buy a simple item.

What a difference between heaven (Perimeter store) and the damp,squalid, smelly store in Tallahassee that has just the name to its credit.

Had to find someone to assist. Clothes selection not what it used to be.

Always like to stop in to check out the latest sales when I'm not busy and they always deliver.

Great store, always crowded, clean and friendly people to help. Great prices and sales. Although not a big fan of department stores in general, I always enjoy shopping here with my wife. Thank you!

Very nice Macy's location. Well stocked and with helpful staff. I live in NYC and it's rare that I find anything in my size due to the high amount of foot traffic. I found everything in my size here. (6'7", 240lbs)

I purchased my 1st peice of furniture at Macy's, which I have always gone to Ashley's Furniture. It was the best decision for me. Excellent customer service, and I was not ignored like I was when I went across the street to Rooms to Go. Delivery was really a Ted carpet delivery. I was so happy with the setup and service for my Bedroom set I'm going to purchase my Living room set from Macy's

Cute antique concept in retailing. Hate the return policy on mattress. Simon properties could sell the building to Public Storage after Macy's goes bankrupt.

Macy's used to be my store, but the quality of the dressing rooms and restrooms makes me not want to spend my money there.

No one offered to help... sales associate in the men department just stood there and not once did she say may I help you.. needless to say we took our business to Dillards

Only took me a couple visits and a phone call to there corporate office to get a junk watch returned. They kept bringing me to the jewelry counter where no one would help me.

Citigroup Inc does Macy's credit card offshore with foreigners who repeat what you say and sounds like English without getting it at all. They refuse to use email so you have to go to Macy's.com press credit card then use their secure email so you have no record of what you asked them nor any reply from them is saved in your email either. They fail to do what they say is right to do and fail to do anything in a timely manner. I should have realized when they could not send simple credit card with my wife's name on it to us. That too took ten secure emails and several months too. And then they sent it with the WRONG NAME ON IT. I wish I could see all those secure emails from June 2018 but convenient for them it is just my good memory that is left of all that wasted time and effort on my part with these NO SERVICE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I get it now. May 18 we bought $3150 furniture on 0% promo for 12 months. Only $1293 of it was coded as promo 0% although we only bought 1 purchase. We did not get bill until last Saturday July 6 from May 18. This was because they did not ship the stuff right to us. And some of it they shipped from Macy's was listed as delivered by USPS . So USPS said it was delivered but it was NOT. So now we owe $1964 plus late fees and interest. It was supposed to be $262 we owe. Store sales rep had to enter order as 2 orders because part of the order was a drop shipment. His mgr is Phil Logan and he refuses to reply to my emails and when I talked to him said it is on his desk and will take a long time to fix. No it is simple. Cancel the 2nd order and reenter it correctly and it will show on my Macy's bill overnight. Instead he says wait. So I contact Macy's 3rd party who does Macy's Credit Card for them and that is Citigroup Inc. They fail to fix it and send me BACK to sales rep and his mgr by name. I contact them again at the store and no reply for 3 days time. So I contact back Macy's credit card which is offshore Citigroup Inc doing that for Macy's. She says yes we will fix that for you. I log on to Macy's a week later still now and nothing done. So I send repeated emails to Macy's credit card and get 1 reply finally. They admit that the previous Macy's credit card "agent" got it fixed and would appear on my account on or about September 12 by which time 18% interest will be due and late payments and credit card slow pay on credit report. Do business with these people in their furniture store or Perimeter Mall main store ONLY if you bring cash. Do not charge ANYTHING with ANY of them. I really appreciate you telling me this is ON YOUR DESK and me to wait. You will NOT bill me $334 interest. We told you we wanted to save our cash. Now I read all these HORRIBLE REVIEWS of Macy's Credit Card Services by Citigroup Inc on Consumer Reports and I see that Macy's REFUSES to join Consumer Reports over ALL THE ISSUES with all of us using Citigroup Inc to transact credit card purchases with Macy's. I am TEARING UP your Macy's credit card I spent $10 thousand dollars on in the last year furnishing our new home. And I will NEVER step foot in your store in my lifetime. I should make you come pick up all your furniture since you LIED to me that we get 0 % percent interest on $3150 purchased from you May 18 and still on July 13 today 2019 have $1856 on 18% interest when we said we wanted to save our cash. FOOLS.

Love Macy's,just never believe the store manager.I asked her to hold something she said yes and then changed her mind while holding it and told me she can do that..Get what you're getting ,but management is rude.North point mall location,only shop at because it's close,if you want great customer service go to Cumberland..

Love this place. Clearance rack is where I usually shop. You can find great deals, it just takes a little work.

Lancome sales rep was Awesome... I went to the northlake mall a day before and had a bad experience.. Thank God for the Macys in the Perimeter Mall..i had a super friendly sales person with a great attitude that helped me to match my foundation and sold me my moisturizer I needed.. i will be going back to the Perimeter Mall Macys Store...
